This paper presents the issues related to the mathematical modeling of organic pollutants present in the river. The models have varying degrees of complexity, ranging from the description of ordinary differential equations, to partial differential equations of hyperbolic type. It also provides an interpretation of their solutions, using the natural specificity of the river, allowing an accurate description of the river a set of ordinary differential equations.. Discusses the problems of river pollution control, taking into account various factors gain control of extortion and various pollutants and their location. The issues raised were used to the idea of solving partial differential equations on the basis of a set of ordinary differential equations. Furthermore, polynomial interpolation was used to create an approximate model biochemically polluted river in the calculations are based on only selected characteristics.
