Direction, in which social environmental responsibility can be implemented, may be follows: improving the conditions of production, reducing environmental pollution; reduction in use of exhaustible natural resources; the transition to new forms of energy that are more cost-effective; carrying out any other activities to improve the environment at the seat of production, etc. That is, the number of possible actions is large enough and their feasibility on the enterprises of Ukraine, which will increase the level of environmental protection and reduce adverse environmental background. The work is devoted to research prospects for blue-green algae for the production of energy. On the solution of this problem at the same time decreasing level of ecological danger from not control development of cyanobacteria in the waters of the Dnipro reservoirs. Showing effectiveness and prospects of pretreatment of cyanobacteria in the field of hydrodynamic cavitation to increase the degree of extraction of lipids from biomass, as well as the quantity of biogas formed as a result of methanogenesis. To use the spent substrate in agriculture and forestry as a bio-fertilizer determined by the level of toxicity of its different concentrations by bioassay using Daphnia magna Straus. In this article the features of formation and development of rural green tourism in Ukraine are considered. The value of natural landscapes, development of history and cultural traditions of the Ukrainian people for attracting tourists in rural locality is defined. The paper focuses on the priority of the development of rural green tourism, due to an urgent need to address the socio-economic problems Ukrainian rural areas. Demographic situation, rural population employment, housing stock and infrastructure of rural settlements are estimated. Legal regulation of rural tourism, according to which the activities in the field of rural tourism are seen as one of the varieties of work and services in personal part-time farms are analyzed. Considerable attention is paid to the categorization of homesteads "Ukrainian hospitable homestead" and "Green homestead", proposed by the Union to promote rural green tourism in Ukraine. The article indicates the need for financial support for rural tourism by creating the infrastructure of financial and credit services, elements of which must be specialized banking institutions and investment companies as well as non-bank financial institutions. In conclusion, measures to promote the development of rural tourism are proposed. Their implementation will contribute to the revitalization of the local labor market, the preservation of ethnic and cultural identity of Ukrainian village and provide conditions for meaningful and comfortable stay of tourists. Questions of crisis management of Ukrainian wineries and possible following directions of improving their competitiveness in the domestic and international markets are considered in the article. The features of the crisis management application for the formation of a sustainable development strategy, updating and adapting enterprises to rapidly changing environmental conditions are appointed. Analysis of crisis management methods in order to substantiate the appropriateness and timeliness of their using are conducted. Dynamic development of the modern economy and society generally requires serious efforts and commitment of universities in the direction of the principles related to sustainable development such popular nowadays. A similar topic is especially relevant at the end of the stated by the UN decade of education for sustainable development. This article aims to identify some of the critical areas that prevent universities towards sustainability. Of course listed obstacles is not exhaust all possibilities of failure, but give a starting point for future research projects. Topical issues of the influence of competition on the sustainable development of enterprises are considered in the article. There is a dialectical relationship between the notion of "competitive enterprise" and the category of "competitive environment of the enterprise." The essence of this dialectical relationship considered in detail in the article. The aim of the article is to identify the nature of the competitive environment of the enterprise and determination of the degree of its influence on the competitiveness of enterprises. The author examined functions of competition and proposed to complement the existing list of them with the adaptation function. The need for assessment the competitiveness of enterprises is justified in the article for making effective management decisions for their achieving sustainable development. The article describes the cluster approach configuration management of tourist flows in the project management system. The article is devoted to the autor's attempt to prove the fundamental role of sociocultural component within perspectives of regional sustainable development. From the standpoint of system integrity, ethnocultural environment is proposed to be studied both as the catalyst of regional sustainable development and the risk factor (in case of polyethnic and ethno-contacting regions). The correlation between ethnic diversity and territorial localization of social problems within ethno-contacting borderland is described on the example of such Ukrainian region. The structure of sociocultural component of sustainable development is analyzed. New author's approach to the research of ethnocultural environment is proposed. A step towards formation of new conceptual type of consciousness is made. A notion, which characterizes the certain level of self-consciousness when the paradigm of sustainable development becomes a kind of "religion" for person, is put into practice. The results of original research in the levels and dependencies of air pollution on the Romanian territory in the county of Teleorman are presenseted. At firstit is defined the indicators of pollution with nitrogen dioxide and monoxide. A database of two measuring points in Turnu Magurele and Alexandria is created. Bulgaria contributes to the international efforts for climate change combat as a party to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change and the Kyoto Protocol. For the period 2008-2012 Bulgaria has registered 52 % reduction of total greenhouse gas emissions below their 1988 level which is an over achievement of the country’s individual commitment for the first period of the Protocol. For the period 2013-2020 Bulgaria has committed itself into achieving the basic strategic targets of the European Union for 20 % reduction of greenhouse gas emissions, 20 % enhancement of the energy efficiency and 20 % share of energy from renewable energy sources in the total energy consumption. A pack of strategic legal documents defines politics and measures that need to be implemented over the main priority axes and economic sectors in Bulgaria up to 2020 at the total cost of over 10.5 billion BGN. Applying adequate and economically founded measures will lead to achievement of the committed targets and transition to a low carbon economy that is energy and resource efficient and does not affect the environment. The ambitious target of the EU on climate change is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions with 80 % below their 1990 level by 2050. The following main normative documents and requirements concerning the transboundary air pollution were considered: Convention on Long-Range Transboundary Air Pollution (Geneva, 1979), Directive 2001/81/EC on national emission ceilings for certain atmospheric pollutants as well as National Programme of 2007 for reduction of total annual emissions of SO2, NOx, volatile organic compounds (VOC), and NH3 in the atmospheric air. Some prognoses about the levels of the emissions for the years 2015 and 2020 in two versions each such as pessimistic and optimistic in relation to the economic development of Bulgaria as well as some measures for the reduction of the emissions were presented. For effective and consistent implementation of processes for generating potential of the regions associated with the combination of parametric changes which affect the appearance of the factors of intensity of development and related costs of internal and external resources, of particular importance is the establishment of an effective system of macroeconomic regulation of the development of the real sector of the regional economy (RSRE) of Ukraine. The methods of selection of efficient methods, tools and mechanisms for the localization efforts of management subjects with a view to rationalizing the use and redistribution potential of different nature for the sustainable development of the state. It is proved that the recovery of the real sector on the basis of innovation is to use the principles of macro systemic and structural evolution of the economy. With regard to the application of an integrated approach to identify optimal for a particular region of the tools in the article improved target macroeconomic regulation of innovative development of the real sector of the economy in the regions. It is proved that a rational distribution of productive forces, sustainable and integrated development of the real sector of the economy and the economy of the regions of the country as a whole is subject to application of the cluster approach to building corporate and cooperation framework of the regional economy. It is underlined that the rationalization of the structure of the real sector of the regional economy is formed when the seal resource-functional and system-universal relations in accordance with synergetic-temporary interregional and intersectoral association of industries for target functionals. In this context, the dominant strategy to ensure industrial stability suggest the incorporation of innovative and synchronized using the principles of the system, integrated, object, target and structural, informational approach to the basics neoclassical paradigm recovery in industrial production in Ukraine. The usage of specialized machines with computer numerical control (CNC) in furniture production completely changed production processes. Along with the increased accuracy and possibilities for producing complicated furniture details, a lot of technical and economic indices of production changed as well. Multifunctional CNC machines can perform numerous technological operations at high processing speed and reduced idle time. This leads to significant changes in the duration of the technological operations and respectively results in changes in the time and labor standards compared to traditional technologies. Furthermore, principally new element of the technological preparation is the need to develop digital programs for CNC machines. Upon the production of complicated furniture details, additional requirements occur regarding the used equipment/tools for fastening the processed details. In that relation, some time rates have been developed for the technological operations upon production of complicated furniture parts by 5-axis routing woodworking center. It is a fact that management as a science had emerged in the sixties with establishment of over a hundred and sixty institutions of higher education for the education of professional management, i.e. persons trained to manage organizational systems. The five-decade period has shown that management is inevitable, and that it is up to now the most successful modality of leadership. But neither this nor any other concept is immortal, which is only logical because in the world of high technology, of organizational, social, political and other changes, management too must evolve in all its elements. The introduction of natural sciences, and above all of biology and medicine in the management, can increase the success of managing organizational systems. This is a logical conclusion, bearing in mind that laws of nature are more objective than social regulations, that they get activated regardless of our will, and regardless of whether they are recognized or denied. In this context, this paper seeks to establish that it is necessary to implement certain scientific medical knowledge into management. This paper further seeks to highlight what it is that management should not take from medical science, i.e. from medicine as a profession, as well as to point out the danger of politicization of management that actually does exist in countries in transition, and in Serbia. The importance of land resources for the development of society and its productive forces is revealed. It is noted that the land resources of Ukraine are the major factor in it’s national wealth and economic growth. With access to the most valuable soils, the government can feed such number of people, which excesses three times as much the size of its population. It is noted that the possibility of realization of potential depends on how effectively it is used. In this regard, the analysis of land reform Ukraine is carried out, its achievements and failures are determined. It was found that most of the land is leased by agriholdings. In pursuit of excess profits, these structures come into conflict with the law of crop’s changing, growing several years in raw highly profitable craps which deplete the land, break the relationship between plant and stock-breeding, between arable land and pastures, and are not in a hurry to make the investments in leased land and in development of the village because of the lack of economic incentives and effective levers of administrative influence But it is not possible to talk about the effectiveness of these farms. Land holdings of the farmers are small, and became of it is impossible to use the advanced equipment and technology to get high quality of products and soil preservation. The said above led us to the conclusion that the dominance of private farms in the agricultural market of the country above the entrepreneurial sector is only a testimony of dying of the last one. It is summed up that as a result of rash and unsystematic transformations rich fertile land became a state depending on import. The hold investigations have shown an imbalance of nutrition of average resident daily diet of whom is formed mainly with high calorific products of plant origin, «which compensate» the need of meat, butter, milk. The imbalance of the structure of land has left its mark on the state of ecological balance and led to a catastrophic decline of soil fertility. But most households continue to handle degraded farmland, causing enormous damage to the country. It is found that the solution of urgent problems should be taken by state. State policy in the sphere of land relations should be based on new approaches to decision-making on rational use and protection of land resources, creating optimal conditions for a substantial increase of social, investment and productive capacities of the land, turning it into an independent factor of economic growth. It can achieve this purpose by economic means, as well as administrative. Agricultural cooperation would become an important step towards creating a favorable microclimate in the village. Co-operation has been admitted one of the most effective means survival of small and medium-sized farms. Only thanks to cooperation small farms will be able to realize their economic and social goals, can effectively combine production with the production of public goods and maintain its competitive position in the internal and external market. The article deals with the essence of the economic and environmental stimylation, which consists in the creation of natural resources in the immediate material interest in the implementation of the measures of rational use of natural resources and environmental nature. In view of the fact that today ignore environmental factors that influence the environment, which has three functions (provision of natural resources, regulating ecosystem services, provision of natural services) is not possible, and there is a motivation for ecological re-engineering of business processes to maximize achieve the effect of industrial, financial, economic and environmental performance. Consideration of issues of engineering and re-engineering of the environment, including business processes, will form a new system of economic incentives for environmental management, as reengineering of nature and is the economic incentives for sustainable business development. Economic incentives for environmental management - defines all the strategy and tactics of the company (the company) in a competitive environment and sustainable development. Instruments of economic and environmental policy incentives are administrative, economic, environmental, and institutional arrangements. The main reasons for failure in the economy and the social sphere should be sought primarily in the subjective factor of the institutional component. The main unsolved problem in the field of economic incentives for environmental management in the conditions of the greening of business is a system designed organizational activities related to the relative, long-standing phenomenon - the institution of economic and environmental incentives. Based on the differential equation of the thermal conductivity, a 1D linear mathematical model of the one sided heating process of flat wood details before their bending, and also a methodology for the computation with it of the energy consumption for the heat emission of the details, has been suggested. For the numerical solution of the model with the aim of applying the methodology a software program has been prepared, which has been input in the calculation environment of Visual Fortran Professional. Using the program, computations have been carried out for the determination of the energy consumption for covering of the heat emission of flat spruce details with an initial temperature of 20 oC, moisture content of 0.15 kg.kg-1, and thicknesses of 6 mm, 8 mm, and 10 mm during their 10 min one sided heating at temperatures of the heating metal band of 100 oC, 120 oC, and 140 oC and of the surrounding air of 20 oC. In the current paper, satellite methods for research of gas content of the atmosphere are presented. The stress is on the satellite methods and the measurement geometry. A generalized characteristic of the absorption specters of the atmospheric ozone and gases into the optic range is presented when research with land and satellite appliances and apparatuses. An evaluation of the satellite methods is made when measuring the content of small gases.
