The article presents the results of cardioelectrotopographic investigation of racing skiers and swimmers’ heart electric activity during ventricular depolarization at recovery period after moderate and submaximal physical load. Changes in ventricular depolarization time and ventricular depolarization phases ratio due to longer duration of the first and second cardioelectric potential inversions on the chest surface in racing skiers and less duration of the depolarization initial phase in swimmers were detected after moderate and submaximal load.

Great amount of different breeding material was created due to the methods of intraspecific, interspecific hybridization and haploid bioengineering in vitro. It was determined that wheat species with AuB genome random cross, irrespective of the cross direction, geographic origin and species composition set well (65–85 %), are germinable (85–95 %) and their hybrids are fertile F1 (85–98 %).

This paper provides an overview of the history of political bases and political party struggle for the realization of the post-war jurisdiction against war criminals and Nazi collaborators in Slovakia. While Slovak democrats tried to judge their war rivals strictly but equitably, communists wanted to judge all real or potential political opponents connected with the war regime. Because the moderate democrats had more influence, results of the Slovak retribution was not so harsh.

The article justifies the approach to the encouragement of employees of the organization to the perception of innovative activity products. At the core of this process there is an estimation of their activity regarding contribution to this process by group examination with point scoring of each employee on the selected criteria. The principles of formation and distribution of the bonus fund, which it is proposed to establish on the basis of proportion of the sum of average scores which the employee received in total, are given. 20% of employees with the low rates are not paid the bonus. Such approach to the stimulation of innovation implementation in the organization will create a positive institutional environment and reduce implementation time.

The paper explains the term gender in linguistics and its reflection in English, Slovak, and Latin languages. The Slovak language expresses gender in substantives, adjectives, some pronouns, some numerals, and in the simple past tense of verbs in the 3rd person singular. The Latin language expresses gender in substantives, adjectives, pronouns, and some numerals, while the English language expresses gender ´only´ in substantives and some pronouns.

This work deals with the study of influence of terms and storage conditions on Sanguisorba officinalis seed material quality, put into various containers (paper, plastic, fabric, glass), in the different temperature conditions, light and dark grown. The morphology, biology of Sanguisorba officinalis seeds was described and experiments on cryopreservation were made. Basing on the study, we recommend to store Sanguisorba officinalis seed material within 3 months at a temperature of +4˚С in glass container, use plastic container for cryopreservation and to defreeze seeds by double boiling.

The article deals with the global experience of the professional selection of entrants to higher educational institutions, which is aimed at the provision of qualified contingent of future specialists. This paper attaches great attention to studying the experience of such countries as England, USA, Spain, Switzerland, Finland, Latvia, Estonia. The increase of the percentage of school-leavers, intentionally focused on selection of professional activity gives confidence that the problem of the professional selection of entrants to higher educational institutions will become more important for the future development of the whole educational system. Personal formation of school-leavers as the potential of the nation and the country as a whole will become the thorniest question for the whole society. Professional selection of applicants is based on such principles as democracy, humanity, scientific validity, professional orientation, availability, phasing, massive involvement. The analysis of foreign experience of professional selection of entrants to higher educational institutions showed that the main objective of professional selection is to identify applicant's professional orientation as a leading personality attribute, features of incentive system, abilities, potential for further self-fulfillment in the chosen profession.

Rainwater runoff design in mountain conditions is topical due to intensive development of mountain slopes for the recreational purposes. The technique of slope runoff study by means of overhead irrigation of small sites is useless due to the rainwater overflow and distortion of test results. The article presents the results of rainwater runoff genesis study by overhead irrigation of the big sites of mountain slopes, used for different economic purposes, which is much closer to the real flood conditions in the basin of Mzymta River.

The Tara Mountain is situated on the west border of Serbia. Terrain observation has provided comparative analysis of attractive mountains in Serbia. It has explained the position of the Tara Mountain in different important categories (geographic, touristic etc). Literature sources have helped in the analysis of the past entrepreneurial initiatives. Some important facts are provided by the questionnaire, in the form of the interview. The article has presented entrepreneurial initiatives on the two levels. “Time level” has divided entrepreneurial initiatives on: the time before socialist period, socialist period, then initiatives in the period from 1991 to 1999 and initiatives from the period of transition and owner transformation. “Space level” has differed entrepreneurial initiatives from the two points of view. Depending on the relief, different entrepreneurial initiatives have found “perfect place under the sun” on the different exposure of the Tara Mountain and on the different altitude levels. Short survey of genders and professions of entrepreneurs is given. Synthesis of explorations results has showed some common characteristics of all entrepreneurial initiatives. Data obtained in the Republic Statistic Bureau have used for analyze of tourist circulation in the last ten years. It has contributed illustration of the last results of new entrepreneurial initiatives. The article search the answer on the following questions: How entrepreneurial initiatives contributed to the development of the Tara Mountain? Which entrepreneurial initiatives can improve the quality of life on the Tara Mountain? Using interview, the answer was gotten and formed by locals, tourists and experts.

The Focusing of the study is to determine the effect of exercise during menstrual cycle on female long distance runners. The Main objectives of this study were to assess the effect of exercise concert at the period of menstrual cycle. The menstrual cycle do not affect muscle contractile characteristics. Most research also reports no changes over the menstrual cycle for the many determinants of maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max), such as lactate response to exercise, bodyweight, plasma volume, hemoglobin concentration, heart rate and ventilation. Therefore, it is not surprising that the current literature indicates that VO2max is not affected by the menstrual cycle. These findings suggest that regularly menstruating female long distance runners, competing in strength-specific sports and intense anaerobic/aerobic sports, do not need to adjust for menstrual cycle phase to maximize performance. For prolonged exercise performance, however, the menstrual cycle may have an effect. To evaluate that whether the exercise are harmful during menstruation or not, to assess what changes occurs before, during, and after menstruation, and to know the effects of menstruation upon personal performance A questionnaire was developed and distributed among the female long distance runners. The received responses of female long distance runners were tabulated and analyzed. Main findings were that exercises are not harmful during menstruation; personal performances are increased during bleeding days.

The East Caucasian languages are marked for rather heterogeneous strategies to form plurals. Typically, we observe larger sets of allomorphs that reflect at least in parts older strategies of semantic-based nominal subcategorization. In addition, we have to refer to distributional criteria related to the phonotactics of the given nouns. The present paper offers a closer inspection of plural formation in Udi and Caucasian Albanian, a possible ancestor of Udi, both from a synchronic perspective and diachronic perspective.

This article included the analysis of the Western audiovisual stereotypes of Russian image from the period of ideological confrontation (1946-1991): ideological and social trends, classification of the contents’ models and genres. The content analysis of the western media texts of the period of the “cold war” (1946-1991) allows to present their main plot diagrams as follows: Soviet spies penetrate into the territory of the USA/Western country to commit diversion and/or to worm out military secrets; the USSR prepares a covert attack on the territory of the USA/Western world, creating secret bases with nuclear weapons; the inhuman Soviet totalitarian regime oppresses its own people or the people of any other country; Nonconformity leaves/attempts to leave the USSR where, in their opinion, democracy and individual freedom are being oppressed; common western people explain to Soviet military/civilian visitors who were mislead by propaganda that the USA/Western country is the stronghold of friendship and world-wide prosperity and peace; obstacles connected with the ideological confrontation between the USSR and the Western world appear on the way of a loving couple.

The article discloses essence and content of schoolchildren’s ethnic education on the basis of the study of scientific works by domestic and foreign researchers. The analysis of their works shows that ethnic education as a scientific and pedagogical problem is associated with the development of ethno-pedagogical science. The article considers different points of view on the definition of the terms "folk pedagogy" and "ethnic pedagogy", "popular education" and "ethnic education". The analysis specifies the concept "schoolchildren’s ethnic education”, which is considered as a goal-oriented, well-organized educational process of schoolchildren familiarizing with ethno-social values and, as a result, formation of positive ethnic identity. The necessity of ethnic education in the process of formation of multicultural personality is justified; the importance of special training of future teachers for this activity is emphasized.

The article presents metatext and correlative interaction of irony in the reflexive-interpretative space of the literary text, clarifies the status of metatext space as linguo-cognitive activity of text producer. Irony serves as a system factor, forming metatext within the linguo-rhetoric script of text. Context plays special role in singling out of linguistic and discursive irony; multilevel character of irony is determined by context breadth, required for its decoding. The integrated nature of the information, represented in the text and metatext, actualizes implication of the literary text.

Epidemics of winter moth Operophtera brumata L.) was registered in Central Polesye forests with different site types during 1951-2012. Electivity and selectivity indicators were used to determine the attractiveness of edatopes for phytophag breeding. It was determined that winter moth mainly breeds in forests, growing in the following site types: C2, C3, D2, D3, especially in C3. It was proved that winter moth avoids forests that grow under B3 site type and can be met in В2 site type only in case of epidemics.
