The article discusses the theoretical aspects of development of creative activity among future teachers, analyzes psychological and educational research of concepts of «creativity» at different stages of society development, denotes didactic principles of creative activity of a personality. According to the authors, the achievement of modern education goals involves the development of the creative activity of educational subjects. Having conducted the analysis, we came to the conclusion that a creative teacher, training and upbringing the young generation, treats each student as individual, promotes the formation and development of his/her intellectual and creative potential and considers his/her individual and psychological characteristics. Only such teacher can be called creative, intelligent, creative thinker and such specialists are necessary for the modern educational sphere.

The article archives prove that at the beginning of the 20th century in the Caucasus as well as in Georgia the interest towards tourist sights was huge. From scientific and educational points of view a huge interest was shown by educational institutions, colleges and universities of the Russian Empire. They were planning both individual and group sightseeing routes. They used to get acquainted with sights and carried out scientific researches. Mountainous landscapes of the Caucuses with magnificent passes, military route, and divirsive nature even today arises interest among foreign tourists. It is noteworthy that diversive flora and fauna in Georgia have always been in the focus of zoologists’ attention. Students and scientific researchers used to come from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Yerevan and Poland. The Caucasus region in the last century and even today gives a unique opportunity for scientific researches and tourist routes.

Environmental pollution is one of the reasons of loss of a biodiversity. More than 170 countries develop national strategies in the field of biodiversity preservation. Studies by the scientists in different countries showed continuous accumulation of a classical complexon of ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) in the World Ocean that leads to poisoning of plankton, fishes, birds and the higher animals. The Ekover firm developed a so-called "The non-use code" where EDTA is ranked as number one. Instead of half measures to restrict the environment-harmful EDTA, we offer radical replacement of this widely used connection by ecologically safe complexones, derivatives of succinic acid (EDDS). They in the conditions of natural dumpings quickly decay under the influence of a sunlight. Timely implementation of such measures will be more effective and less expensive, than inaction or postponement of actions for any later period.

The article is devoted to the content excavation of ancient burial mounds of the Upper XI-XIII centuries and found in them the elements of the funeral rite and costume, such as the orientation of the buried around the world, the types of burial structures and the types of jewelry. Studied the micro-region of concentration of the Finno -Ugric costume jewelry in the Upper Volga: the territory of Konakovo, Kimry, Kashin, Likhoslavl, Bezhetsk, Lesnoe districts of modern Tver region. Identified decorations, as well as certain types of pottery, indicate the presence the natives of the Merya and Muroma lands in this micro-region. Presumably, the tradition of the Finno-Ugric population remained in the area until the XVII century.

The article is devoted to the study of age dynamics of swimmers lungs ventilating function after a long-term sport training in comparison with athletes of other sports. In the course of the study it has been revealed that the formation of correlation structure between the volume of respiration and forced respiration indexes in swimmers during the investigated age periods differ from those in athletes of other sports. In particular it was noted the greater amount of expiratory reserve volume is, the less run time of forced expiration and the greater respiratory flow rate in the first phase of forced respiration are. The revealed differences become considerably apparent at pubertal period. The formation of respiratory movements stereotypes in swimmers is assumed to be related with biomechanical features of the undertaken swimming movements.

The research is based upon data collected by the authors in all municipal regions of Central Federal Okrug (CFO) with the help of cartographic methods and by analyzing statistical data. The described methodology allowed to give recreational evaluation to some nature components: relief, hydrography, plant cover and the network density of specially protected nature territories and landscape potential of Central Russia. The original method of anthropogenic development of all CFO regions was made. The article gives unique evaluation cartograms recreational potential and degrees of anthropogenic development created by the authors. The evaluations of ecological touristic potential of CFO municipal regions were obtained mapping landscape recreational potential and anthropogenic development. In conclusion characteristics of ecotouristic potential in CFO regions are discussed.

The article studies the problem of resort industry pricing improvement and its solution, considering seasonal factor. To solve this problem, the author uses the following methods: absolute difference method, relative difference method, season index and moving average method. To achieve this goal the author solves the following problems: 1. Defines seasonality prevalence; 2. Numerically determines the seasonal fluctuations; 3. Identifies the factors, causing seasonal fluctuations; 4. Estimates the consequences of seasonal fluctuations; 5. Carries out mathematical modeling of seasonality. The constructed model of "the number of bed-days" and "pricing" of ‘Zhemchyzhina’ Resort allowed us to determine the dependence of the increasing trend on the increasing rate. It proves that the resort has found its "niche" in the resort service market, but has not reached stability yet.

Investment activity holds a special place in different lines of bank activities. It is concerned with the fact that investment bank activity can have different forms and cause the set of investment risks. To analyze the possibility of such risks, the paper offers to use the methodology of study, using stochastic frontiers. The estimation of bank investment risk occurence as a result of securities transactions is considered as an example of methodology of study, using stochastic frontiers. The article offers the model, using the results of securities transactions; administrative and other bank costs, own capital and integral capacity of bank trading portfolio securities and securities available for sale. The possibility of different types of investment risk analysis, using the results of bank investment activity estimation is shown.

The article is focused on the model of forming of optimal motivation for foreign languages acquisition in higher educational institution. The considered model includes the following components: professional motivation, foreign language skills, interest in a foreign language, communication component and psychological climate in a group. The central component of this model is the communication component, which suggests the creation of the classroom communication between a teacher and students and among students, most closely resembling natural communication and meeting interests, aptitudes and needs of students. Such communication can be called optimal. The criterion of optimality of the proposed model of a foreign language acquisition is the formation of the inner motives, in other words, motives that are directly related to the mastery of a foreign language.

The article deals with geography and regional features of Pre-Caucasus lowlands and the northern slope of the Greater Caucasus, characterizes plain and mountainous landscapes, reveals the most typical characteristics of their geographical landscapes. The comparison of the areas with main landscapes and the populated localities inside them was made due to the application of cartographical methods. The amount of populated localities within landscape contours and their average area are defined. It is revealed that piedmont landscapes of Pre-Caucasus and mountain-and-kettle landscapes of the Greater Caucasus are subjected to the maximum settlement load.

The modals are a complicated grammatical phenomenon. As of today, the status of modals is still not precisely defined in the linguistics literature, and they are described under different names: modal verbs, modal words, auxiliary modals, or defective verbs. Modals express the result of the conversion of thought processes (deep structure) about the realization of actions into surface structure. As articles determine the status of nouns as indefinite or definite things, modals determine the relation of a person to actions or the quality of an action as realizable or unrealizable. Modals cannot truly be ‘modal verbs’, because they lack the morphological characteristics of verbs (aspect, voice, mood, and tense), and the term ‘defective verb’ is flawed for the same reason. Furthermore, they cannot be ‘auxiliary modals’, because they don’t neutralize their main meanings when they become auxiliary. Thus, I propose to refer to these elements only as modals or modal words.

Education is an effective tool for effecting change both on an individual and social level and it is a key institution that can minimize the differences among social groups and genders. While teachers are key actors responsible for implementing this basic function of education, they themselves are raised in societies that are stratified by gender. Teachers act as carriers of the values and cultural codes of their societies and have a tendency to support students' opinions and behaviours and educational and professional choices shaped by sexist stereotypes, thereby contributing to inequality. Therefore, one strategy to adopt in combating inequality between genders is to raise awareness and sensitivity of teachers concerning gender inequality. With this strategy in mind, this study seeks to identify the key features of Gender Equality course for pre-service teachers in Turkey.

This fact simplifies the system description. The article shows that, depending on the selection of the criterion of divisibility, different types of elements with different properties are got. The paper recommends to indicate the criterion of the system divisibility during the systems research. The concepts “activity efficiency” and “management’s efficiency” are examined. The approaches to the definition of ‘the efficiency of manager’s administrative activity’ and, in particular, ‘education manager’s administrative activity’ are analyzed. The aim of education manager’s professional activity and his/her role in the development of educational institution are defined. The features of the determination of criteria of administrative activity efficiency and their indicators are detected. Three groups of the criteria of the efficiency of education manager’s administrative activity are proposed.
