This article examines technology and methods for organizing a distributed computational infrastructure. The author addresses the experience of creating a high-performance system powered by existing clusterization and grid computing technology. The approach examined in the article helps minimize financial costs, aggregate territorially distributed computational resources and ensures a more rational use of available computer equipment, eliminating its downtimes.

In the context of the transformation of the economies of developed countries towards a new type – knowledge economics – there has emerged the need for the creation and development of effective mechanisms for producing and commercializing knowledge based on the coordination of state, corporate, and academic interests. The subject of the article is topical, since innovation infrastructure is a fundamental factor in innovation development, and its development is a priority focus area in the state’s economic policy. In an era of transformations in the practice of production and knowledge transfer, it is important to analyze the links between theoretical knowledge and industrial information. The article provides a rationale for the fact that the model for the innovation development of industry (the Triple Helix Model), thanks to the multitude of entities engaged in innovation activity and the building of an extensive horizontally structured network, into which the elements of the “triple helix” are integrated, is capable of ensuring a synergistic effect and, consequently, is an effective instrument for boosting the innovation development of industry.

The city panorama is a visual projection of the city – therefore, it is important that specialists treat it with special attention. The aim of this article is to identify factors that can enhance the city’s horizon line. The authors assess the impact of visual light gaps on the observer’s perception of the city panorama. This factor is examined from two sides – the number of light gaps and their width. The article’s inferences are based on statistical calculations of the results of a survey. The study revealed that both examined subfactors deserve special attention, but an increase in the width of the light gaps of the city’s horizon is perceived by people more tangibly and more negatively than their number.

Cooling systems are an essential element in many facets of modern society including cars, computers and buildings. Cooling systems are usually divided into two types: passive and active. Passive cooling transfers heat without using any additional energy while active cooling is a type of heat transfer that uses powered devices such as fans or pumps. This paper will focus on one particular type of passive cooling: air-conditioning systems. An air-conditioning system is defined as controlled air movement, temperature, humidity and cleanliness of a building area. Air conditioning consists of cooling and heating. Therefore, the air-conditioning system should be able to add and remove heat from the area. An air-conditioning system is defined as a control or treatment of air in a confined space. The process that occurs is the air-conditioning system absorbs heat and dust while, at the same time, cleaning the air breathed into a closed space. The purpose of air-conditioning is to maintain a comfortable atmosphere for human life and to meet user requirements. In this paper, air-conditioning systems for non-residential buildings will be presented and discussed.

Main objective of this work is to provide empirical evidence that implementing ISO 9001:2008 and standards for accreditation required by Agency for Development of Higher Education and Quality Assurance (HEA) is good way to achieve success on the way to improve quality of higher education institution. In analytical part of this paper, mainly descriptive statistics will be used since issue is related to presenting results of measurements conducted by institution over years. List of HEI’s (higher education institutions) indicators of quality will be analyzed over years in order to compare institution’s performance over years after implementing of ISO 9001:2008 and standards for accreditation required by HEA. Data was collected through annual and semiannual reports of HEI conducted from 2009 to 2014. After comparative analysis of data over years, trend line is obvious in following all quality indicators which is great empirical evidence that implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and accreditation standards required by HEA are good way to improve quality of HEI. Main contribution of this work to science is empirical evidence that implementation of ISO 9001:2008 and accreditation criteria of HEA leads to increase of quality at institution level. Also, it is good stimuli for future research, and it provides potential idea of integrating ISO 9001:2008 and accreditation criteria with aim to create unique quality model for HEIs in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The main objectives of this study are to present the condition of Human resources management in Bosnian and Herzegovinian companies. Therefore, the developed survey questionnaire is conducted through the employees of Bosnian companies. Data was obtained from surveyed 193 employees, and descriptively analyzed using SPSS software. The results identified low level of human resources management in Bosnia and Herzegovina. It can be suggested that Bosnian companies should develop their human resources strategies and functions and enhance the motivation of their employees in order to get more benefit.

The article presents primary information about conditions and qualities of posture of pupils in the 4th grades in the cities L. Mikuláš and Ružomberok. In terms of method of data collection, we have chosen standardized method of evaluating posture for clinical and pedagogical practice. We have found that girls (Chí = 12,132; p < 0,1%) as well as boys (Chí = 10,283; p < 0,1 %) have poor postures which we define as III. qualitative group of posture evaluation. Significantly (p < 0,1 %) problematic areas are already defined of the period of life include areas of arms and position of the shoulder blades, as well as the head. Listed partial discoveries are included in the grant: VEGA no. 1/0376/14 Intervention as physical activity as health prevention of Slovak population.

The article considers the results of discussions in the group of Facebook social networking service, dealing with the problem of teenagers’ homosexual relations education. The goal of the research is to study the dynamics of the dispute in Facebook social networking service on the example of the closed group “Teenagers’ Sexual Orientation”. As a whole, 72 people participated in the discussion, involving both representatives, sharing the views of the LGBT community, concerning homosexual relations and teenagers’ heterosexual parents. As a result of the dispute, conducted within Facebook website 230 comments were left. Resulting from the content analysis of the message texts, the estimation of a number of parameters was made. The estimation showed that the parties of the virtual discussion are in deficit of decisions in terms of virtual disputes conduct. The declared wish to argue out doesn’t lead to the real activity, relevant to evidence-based disputes. Thus, we can consider that the participants of the virtual discussion are in deficit of the decisions in terms of virtual disputes conduct.

Вased on the long time (1980-2012) of hydrochemical and hydrobyological data collected by the State Supervision Service (SSS), the assessment of ecological risk of major Russian rivers: Volga, Don, Lena and Kolyma was conducted. The environmental risk of human intervention on mouth ecosystems is considered as a probability of negative changes. For all researched mouth ecosystems, the human intervention effect is reached through the enhance of human intervention regress of aquatic organisms, which serves as an ecological level identifier: low level stands for Volga and Don rivers, middle for Lena and Kolyma.

The study was conducted to investigate effects of increasing mobile phone usage on moral development of university students. The study was conducted through a questionnaire. The study concluded that students purchase mobile phones for making good social relations and for making an easy contact with teachers and class fellows to deal with their academic issues. However other enticements gradually force young users to spend more time in futile stuff. They also keep unethical material causing decline in moral values. Significant number of participants agreed that mobile phone is causing decline in moral values of students.

The purpose of this paper is to justify the role of integrated approach to music education of students. This requires the implementation of a theoretical analysis of the meaning and importance of an integrated approach to music education and training, determination of didactic conditions of integrating the music education in schools and coverage of methods of arrangement of the complex relationships of the main types of educational and creative activity for students in music lessons. In the development of psychotherapy, the debate between opting for a specific model as opposed to systems integration has been a growing controversy. In addition, questions have been raised with regards to the consistency of integration approaches, the benchmark for choice of integration approach and the proficiency of practitioners. This article examines the reasons for integration using a systematic review to evaluate the triumphs made since the inception of psychotherapy integration. The authors’ advocates for Miller, Duncan, and Hubble’s in 2004 suggest practice-based evidence approach one of the appropriate innovative way of improving client retention and outcome. To us, this approach will enable the clinician have a better stand in therapy as scientist-practitioners.

The influence of media violence upon Russian teenagers is rather significant. About half the teenagers were positive about its demonstration: they enjoyed films, television shows, and computer games containing on-screen violence and they admired the characters - including "bad guys". A third of the teenagers were not sure about their opinion of on-screen violence, although they claimed to not be attracted by it. Just 18% of teenagers discuss and share their opinions with their parents. The influence of Russian schools upon the teenage relationship with on-screen violence is minimal. The findings of our analysis: - on the whole students are more tolerant than the teachers to screen violence (men outnumber women). - entertainment is the leading factor attracting audiences to violent scenes in both groups; - watching violent programs in high spirits is for students three times oftener than for teachers; - both students and teachers are most likely to watch and discuss violent scenes together with friends; - students do not like watching violent programs alone; - 1 out of 5 teachers is eager to watch violent content media with their students, 1 out of 3 teachers is ready to discuss it with the students; - on the average, 1 in 10 students would like to share this activity with the teacher; - students talk about violence on the screen twice as much as teachers; - 3 times more students than teachers reported that their aggressiveness increases after the violence seen on the screen; - images of the screen violence linger in girls’/women’ mind longer than in boys’/ men’; - about half of the respondents reported that they remember scenes of violence for a long time; - both the majority of students and teachers tend to believe that screen violence affects the increase of crime in society; - one third of teachers and students agree that most violent media texts should be banned; - quarter of teachers and students think it is necessary to prohibit all violence on the screen; - 5 times more students (vs. teachers) think things should remain like they are now, and 1 in 10 pupils consider that even more violence can be shown.

The examination of protein and cellular blood composition of residents living in two of the most polluted districts of Almaty city, did not indicate any blood system changes. All researched indicators matched up with physiological forms, and in some cases, the reference group indicators were outpaced. Significant changes of red cells have been detected at osmotic resistance of membrane of red blood cells among residents of above said Almaty’s districts. The resistance of red cell membranes of Auezovsky district residents was lower than of Alatauksky district residents. The hemolysispercent washigherby 5-9 %. The hemolysispercent among people aged 50 was significantly higher (by 10-20 % and more).
