Chlamydia trachomatis is one of the most prevalent sexually transmitted pathogens, causing serious health risks worldwide. Based on serological properties of the chlamydial major outer membrane protein, up to 19 serovars of C.trachomatis can be distinguished, having different antigenic properties and clinical manifestations. In this study, the antibody response to the variable domains of the major outer membrane protein of C. trachomatis serotypes E and K was analyzed in connection with the structural models of its extracellular loops. We propose that the reduction of antibody formation to the antigens of some variable domains may be caused by their shielding by other external loops. It has been shown that the entire structure of the second and fifth loops of genotype E are more compact and have minimal chain exposure due shielding with the more unfolded third and seventh loops. This corresponds to the absence of significant antibody response to their variable domains VDI and VDII. In genotype K entire structure of the second and the fifth loops is more unfolded, their shielding with the third and seventh loops is not so complete. As a consequence their variable domains induce antibody production in infected organism.

At the present stage one of the unsolved problems in interstate relations of Caspian bordering countries is defining international-legal status of the Caspian Sea. It is noted in the article that this problem is not a new one. First of all, it is concerned with rich oil fields and other minerals and also with convenient geopolitical and geostrategic position. The only way to worry out the international-legal delimitation of the Caspian Sea problem is a negotiating process. By now, despite certain disagreements on legal status of the Caspian Sea, five Caspian bordering countries managed to achieve certain progress, admitting the possibility of applying the principle of sectoral sectioning of the Caspian Sea.

The article analyses bank securities purchase and placement to investment portfolios, aimed at the measurement of the degree of corporate and debt securities profitability impact on bank overall financial assets profitability. Using regressive analysis method, the author has developed the lineal econometric two-factor model of financial assets profitability dependence on the profitability of their components for five banking groups for the period of 10 years for each group. Statistical data and econometric model were tested to answer the adequacy criteria. Statistical significance of the model regressors due to Fisher criteria and statistical parameters βі due to Student criteria were measured. The influence of regressors on the dependent variable was determined as moderate, which is explained by the presence of certain factors of influence, not reflected in the model. Certain conclusions, concerning the significant influence of debt securities profitability on the overall financial assets profitability and slight influence of equity instruments profits on the degree of financial profits for the majority of banks were made.

Nowadays much attention is attached to the problem of inclusive education. Inclusive education of children with learning disabilities is a new strategic trend of educational policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, significantly addressing fundamental education. This article considers the possibility of involving the schoolchildren with learning disabilities in educational process and the necessity to secure favorable environment and support for the children with learning disabilities in accordance with the Law “On Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan” and State Program of Education Development in the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2011–2012. The trend of maximum possible involvement of children with special needs in common general education institutions determines the educational culture dynamics in many countries of the world. Number of European Union countries has already made drastic structural alterations, resulted in the abolition of special schools (Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Australia, USA, etc.). Children with different disabilities study in “the least restrictive environment”, in other words, whenever possible, together with peers in the environment of general education institutions [1]. The goal of Kazakhstan development strategy up to 2030, involving the educational system is “to provide the development of the national educational model and its integration into international educational environment”. The article studies emotional intelligence features of future teachers of physical education. To achieve the goal questionnaire of emotional competence by N. Shutte et al. SSRI, appropriate for measuring four indicators of emotional intelligence was used. Students’ selection included 309 future teachers of physical education. The results showed that women understand emotions better than men, but men are better at emotions modulating. No statistically significant differences between men and women in ability to emotionally assist the brainwork and identify emotions were detected.

The present article deals with value orientations and their role in men’s lives, particularly, in young people’s lives. This notion was introduced by the American theoretical sociologist T. Parsons, one of the creators of modern theoretical sociology. The scientist made an attempt to construct the structural and analytical theory of social action, combining personal interests (needs and aims) and situation, it takes place in. The issue of value orientations remains acute for psychology. Herein we have considered several most important works, relating to the considered issue. Age aspects of young people’s value orientations are of peculiar interest to us. When analyzing this phenomenon, one should take into consideration the psychological formations, inhere for a certain age. In fact every age has its unique structure, which may change when passing from one development stage to another. Basing on this fact, we’ve considered the values, depending on the age features of the youth, relying upon the works of the scientists, working with different categories of the youth, such as: teenagers, students, children of different nationalities. It is not surprising that most scientists have come to the conclusion that the chief role in value orientation belongs to a family, originates in relations with parents and teachers. The positive reinforcement to the future develops throughout life in accordance with a lifestyle of a family, society and political situation in a state. Life orientations as a type of value orientations show different types of young people’s preferences. Value structure of its consciousness has its own specific character, depending on the age peculiarities. The dynamics of the transition from one age to another is accompanied with the reappraisal of values, eventually, influencing the life strategy of the future generation.

The effects of silver ions on the luminescent recombinant strain of Escherichia coli carrying luxCDABE operon of Vibrio fischeri were investigated. The toxicity of silver ions was determined in 30 minutes and in chronic 24 hours experiments. Changes in the luminescence intensity and in the growth rate of bacteria were considered as a measure of silver ions toxicity within the range of concentrations applied. The effect of silver ions was demonstrated to be strongly dependent on the concentration of bacteria and on the medium composition. EC50 values were 0.018 mg/l after 30 min exposure and 0.014 mg/l after 10 hours of bacterial growth. Comparison of two modifications of the experiment showed that silver ions have a strong non-specific toxicity, as well as a specific effect on bacterial cells.

Heritage building roof element conservation is a way to maintain the heritage and prolong the use of a historic building. In addition, the aims are to ensure that historic buildings that have been preserved don’t face the problem of damage and preserve architectural design. The objective of this study was to identify types of roof elements defects of colonial historic buildings and their causes. The survey is done to achieve this objective by inspecting the building. The survey results showed that various types of roof defects are caused by water. Conservation methods should be taken by owner to preserve the historic buildings from damage. Hopefully this study will give a better understanding of the conservation of the historic building roofs.

Organizations are among the preferred outlets women use both to voice societal prejudices against them and to showcase their potential for rural/community development. There is an increasing advocacy for gender equality, women’s empowerment and the integration of women folks into the socio-economic, political and cultural fabrics of society. Girl-child education and women-based capacity building programs such as micro-finance, entrepreneurship, political activism, etc. have surfaced prominently on these women’s empowerment efforts. In this study, a questionnaire-driven survey is conducted in two districts in southern Sierra Leone. The survey covers 36 influential women in 36 town-level communities in the country. The study analyzes the personal and organization characteristics of the women in relation to social perceptions and rural/community development. A large percent of the women surveyed are educated, married and belong to social organizations. In addition to other social/development organizations, women’s organizations are also present in each of the surveyed communities. Most of the women organizations are local in nature and operate entirely on funds raised from within the local communities. This display of organizational ability of the surveyed rural women shows a significant perceptional shift towards recognizing women folks as productive counterparts in our societies. This trend also psychologically strengthens the women community to take on tangible responsibilities that were ones meant for men only. The analysis also shows that rural women hold managerial and other administrative positions in the organizations which are strongly oriented towards various forms of rural/community development. This is a significant positive deviation from the traditional perception which has unduly confined the women folks to the backyard for centuries now. This trend not only has the potential of benefiting the millions more women languishing in the developing world, but will also help affected countries to realize full national potentials of their God-given human resources.

The impact of integrins oscillation on intracellular calcium in conditions of native actin microfilaments network and under depolymerization was studied on the model of α(2)β(1)-integrins forced cyclic fluctuations with the use of integrin-specific magnetic microparticles, that were exposed to magnetic field after being cell-attached. It proved that α(2)β(1)-integrins are involved in the response of fibroblasts to mechanical deformation, activating depot-dependent calcium efflux in cytoplasm. Cytoskeletal actin microfilaments are also involved in the response via these receptors, which integrity is essential for normal functioning of the depot-dependent mechanism of Ca2+ efflux in cytoplasm of deformable fibroblasts.

The author presents the multiple linear regression model of bank consolidated financial statements quality. The article considers six characteristics that can be used to estimate the level of bank consolidated financial statements quality. The multiple linear regression model was developed, using the results of point-based system of consolidated financial statements of thirty European bank and financial groups on the basis of the developed characteristics. The author offers to use the characteristic significance factor in the process of consolidated financial statements appraisal by points. The constructed regression model is checked on accuracy and statistical significance. The model can be used by internal auditors and financial analytics as an instrument for bank and non-bank consolidated financial statements quality control.

In order to understand the current state of the language, it is necessary to regard each phenomenon of the modern language as a result of a long historical change, development and transformation. The issue of meaning and function of will/shall in modern English, which is the subject of our study, is of great interest in theoretical grammar. The study of this problem in diachrony will not only determine the role of shall/will in the formation of pure future tense, but also identify the conditions of these verbs combination with the infinitive to form modality.
