Possibilities of building pyrometric systems using available modern equipment are discussed. The new pyrometric method based on registration of a wide spectral range of radiation is proposed and implemented. Results of particles temperature measurements during plasma treatment of zirconia powders are presented.

The main characteristic of Balkan region in history is permanent migration. The character of this migration is changed from period to period. After WWII in Serbia migrations had economical character. These migrations are dominated till the last decade of XX century. According to the 2002 census, in foreign countries lives more than 400,000 citizens of Serbia. About 50 percent of citizens emigrated in decades before 1990, and the next 50 percent emigrated in period between 1990 and 2002. About 80 percent of emigrations are from central Serbia, and rest are from Vojvodina Province. Major emigration from Serbia has been directed towards Austria, Germany and Switzerland. The number of emigrants from Serbia is also high in France, Italy and Sweden. Outside of Europe most of the emigrants went in the United States of America.

The article shows the interior plane of contact of thinking of German philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche and French philosopher Jean Baudrillard. We have formed the metaphor world of Nietzsche and his philosophy and found the common code between these metaphors and philosophic language of the language of the simulation theory by Jean Baudrillard. The decoding and interpretation of the material was made on its basis. As a result, we came to the conclusion that Nietzsche philosophy had the simulation plane before postmodernism and it is possible to reconstruct the simulation theory of his philosophy at the rational level. The article considers the specified mechanisms of Nietzsche simulation theory. Zarathustra personality, the great tempter and connects the mechanisms of faith and courage.

We studied the possibility of using electrochemical methods for the extraction of metals from dead catalysts, based on the example of the platinum-group metals. Leaching of palladium and platinum was carried out in a solution with sodium hydroxide applying a sulphur graphite electrode, which served as a source of formation of leaching reagents (sodium thio-compounds). The reactions of the formation of leaching reagents and transfer of metals into the solution were performed simultaneously in the volume of a reaction vessel.

We studied the ecological state of the Lopota River in Eastern Georgia. The study showed that the results of microbiological and chemical contamination do not experience significant changes, and mainly are within the acceptable range of concentration, although a pronounced difference is observed among individual performances over the entire flow. An increase in the anthropogenic pollution of the river is observed in summer time. Downstream the Alazani River the concentration of major cations ((K+,Na+,Mg2+,Ca2+), anions (SO42-, Cl- HCO3-, CO32-) and biogenic elements (NO2, NO3-, NH4+, PO43-) is increasing. As a result, the Lopota River is subjected to anthropogenic influence and faecal contamination. However, despite this, the ecological state of the river is satisfactory, due the turbulent flow of the river and good aeration. In addition, the increase in turbidity creates favourable conditions for sorption water purification. All this contributes to self-purification capacity of the river.

The article is devoted to the justification of the term “eidetic mimesis”, used to refer to the artistic interpretation of the archetype (in the ontological sense of the word). It is generally true that various mythological and poetical systems are based on the belief that all the existence of humanity, society and the world is a reproduction of the original events and objects. Such a reconstruction of the archetype, which makes sacral the everyday life, can be divided into natural, domestic, ritual and artistic. The last of these forms is saved and filled with new meanings in developed cultures; in particular, it was manifested in the phenomenon of iconography as a way to detect the presence of a transcendent Absolute. The essence of this phenomenon can be described as “eidetic mimesis”, because it is the imitation of reality (which is the main feature of mimesis). However, the object of this imitation is not the appearance of the objects, but rather their inner essence – eidos.

The article analyses subjective forms of expression of the author’s consciousness in a literary form. The authors consider the problem of constructing a literary work with an animalistic theme. The authors argue that the originality of works, written by Kazakh writers, consists in a specific exposition of the material, in the correlation of its parts, in the interaction of all the components of the narrative. The analysis shows that the structure of the animalistic works has general compositional features: discrete images, retrospective character, and flashbacks. The authors conclude that the peculiarity of the composite structure is due to the fact that the intrinsic relations of the narrative are more important than their external, subject, spatiotemporal and causal relationships.

The poem Die schlesischen Weber by the great German writer Heinrich Heine is a revolutionary appeal to overthrow the German perverse social relations. The poem proved to be interesting from the stylistic point of view and is a perfect example of stylistic categories. As a result of our study, it turned out to be very rich in tropes and syntactic devices. Our attention was drawn to the metaphor (the metaphor reinforces the meaning of language, embellishes it and at the same time expresses the narrator’s point of view about the objects and phenomena. Therefore, metaphor has always been considered one of the best language means), comparison, parallel constructions (this stylistic device is a special syntactic structure, used by the writer for greater emphasis), oxymoron (is based on the combination of two, mutually exclusive concepts) and repetition.

The paper discloses the nature and content of the notion “ethno-pedagogical competence”, based on a study of scientific works of Russian and foreign researchers. The analysis of these works shows that ethno-pedagogical competence as a scientific and pedagogical problem is disclosed in the ethno-pedagogical concept and is associated with the development of ethno-pedagogical science. The article presents an analysis of the definitions of “ethno-pedagogical competence” by several scientists; it discloses the driving conditions of the development of ethno-pedagogical competence in modern pedagogical science. The necessity of forming ethno-pedagogical competences as part of the training process of the future teachers at the university has been proven. The article defines more precisely the notion of “ethno-pedagogical competence of future teachers”, which is considered to be a set of integrative professionally significant personal qualities, contributing to the implementation of ethno-pedagogical knowledge, skills and professional experience in the conditions of a multi-ethnic educational environment.

Companies today are forced to compete and to act professionally in those harsh times, so it is very important to have right employees for better company`s rating. It is crucial that staff needs to have better knowledge, skills and competencies. More and more companies are acknowledging Human Resources (training and development) as their main key for success and bigger focus is on employee – customer relation. Main objective of this study was to find out impact of training and development on employee’s performance and Bosnia and Herzegovina was taken as an example. This study was back grounded by the two different questionnaires one for the employees and one for the managers or owners of the companies. Results revealed that there is a huge impact on employee’s performance when it comes to the training programs and employees are fully aware that training programs give them better knowledge, improved skills and ideas for future career paths.

The main intention of this paper is to check the impact of electricity crisis on foreign direct investment inflow in Pakistan. Secondary data from world development indicator and energy book with a sample of 13 years from 2001 to 2013 is taken. Unit root analysis for making data stationary and OLS method are employed in Eviews to determine the impact of electricity crisis on FDI inflow in Pakistan. Results indicate that there is a negative and significant relationship between electricity crisis and FDI inflow in Pakistan. This paper also shows that due to electricity shortfall foreign investors are discourage and ultimately there is decline in FDI inflow in Pakistan after 2005.

This work examines the issue of partnership between ultra-right parties during the 1930s and at present. The author analyzes certain characteristics of institutional and ideological rapprochement between the radical right in Europe in the 1930s. The paper reveals the reason behind the frailty of the ultra-right partnership in the 1930s and in modern day. The primary reasons behind this frailty lay in the rule of the gun in the milieu of ultra-right politicians, and, as a consequence, contempt for the statutes of international law. Currently, this frailty is associated with the speculativeness, rather than realness, of “all-white” solidarity, and, rather, the existence of contentious issues in mutual relations between states and ethnoses.

This article addresses the issue of creating effective mechanisms and instruments for the formation of the environmental-economic policy of European CIS countries. The author points up a convergence in approaches to ecological planning between Ukraine, the Russian Federation, Belarus, Moldova, and a number of new EU members. That said, the author reveals that the pace of rapprochement has been quite slow, and, instead of the unification of economic activities, we are witnessing an increase in disproportions in the process of regulating common ecological systems. The author proposes ways to optimize the environmental-economic policy of the countries within the region in conjunction with that pursued in EU countries.

Like any other crime, poverty is also one of the main causes of practicing Thalaikoothal. When Pramila Krishan, Journalist of Deccan Chronicale, came to know about the practices of Thalaikoothal, she was very shocked. And while investigating the matter she found that most of the family members use to kill there parents whom they can’t effort. And the aged people of Virudhunagar, they had accepted this practice of getting unnatural death as there fate as they also think that they have become burden for there children, as every thing in today’s world is costly. Article 21 of Indian Constitution grants Right to life only. According to Article 21 says, “No person shall be deprived of his life or personal liberty except according to procedure established by law”. Right life under Article 21 does not include Right to die. Right to life is a natural right. The question regarding Right to die first time comes before Bombay High Court in State of Maharashtra v. Maruty Sripati Dubal 1987 Cri LJ 743. And here in this case court declare that Right to Life includes Right to die, thus making Section 309 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 which makes attempt to suicide as punishable offence unconstitutional. But Supreme Court in Gian Kaur v State of Punjab (1996)2 SCC 648, held that Right to life does not include “Right to die” or “Right to be killed”. Thus, attempt to suicide is punishable offence under section 309 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 and it is not unconstitutional to Indian Constitution Art. 21. Right to life is a natural right and right to die is not a natural right and no one has a right to finish their life in unnatural way. Thus, the practice of Thalaikoothal is illegal and unethical.

The analysis of the conducted questionnaire among teachers of secondary schools showed that realizing the great importance of the media in the contemporary information society, three quarters of them support the idea of media education at schools and 58% believe that a new major for pedagogical institutes needs to be introduced - “Media Education”. Most of teachers justly think that the combination of the autonomous and integrated media lessons is the most effective way today for the development of media education in Russia, and therefore - for the increase of media literacy of the young generation. However, in spite of the fact that majority of teachers define the aim to develop the critical thinking of the audience as one of the most important, they significantly overestimate the weight of “protectionist” approach to media studies today, and on the contrary, undervalue the goals to develop the democratic thinking of the pupils, their knowledge about theory and history of media and media culture. Moreover, despite of the general support of media education ideas (in theory) expressed by 75 % of the teachers, actually only one third of them use some elements of media education at their lessons (in reality), and one fifth of the group does not integrate it at all. The hardest obstacle on the way of media education into the Russian classrooms is the absence of financial motivation, according to the teachers, though to our point of view, last but not the least is the passive anticipation of the authority’s directives and insufficient level of knowledge of today’s Russian teachers in terms of the theory and methods of media education. Thus, the analysis of the teachers’ questionnaire has given us additional proof for the necessity of the official introduction of the new university-level Major- “Media Education” (namely, Major, because the homonymous Minor was registered in 2002) and media education courses for the students of all pedagogical institutes. Only when the media literate graduates of universities come to work in schools, we will be able to evaluate the position of media education within the curriculum.
