Conclusions: the proposed method of selecting control plan that allows correct (with a given probability) decision criterion to choose the implementation of process control professional competencies of staff with limited test sample.

Purpose: to develop and apply the complex of exercises for perfection of the special physical preparation of volleyball players and its constituents: special quickness, force, endurance. Material and Methods: sportsmen (candidates in sport masters, I and II digits) inspected in age from 16 to 23 in an amount 40 persons; the special quickness and its constituents are probed: latent period of the reaction, the speed of individual movements; maximum force in various modes; endurance – speed, hopping, power. Results: at drawing on the offered complex of exercises the improvement of indexes of speed and endurance hopping, speed-power capabilities is marked at stimulation of tension of muscles in the conditions of development of a maximum of dynamic effort. Conclusions: terms and methods are certain for the effective conducting of training process, which provides optimum intercommunication of levels of bodily and functional conditions, technical and tactical preparation.

Purpose: to define and determine the basic functions of International convention “SportAссord” activity within the framework of international sport movement. Materials and methods: 21 literary sources have been analyzed. Results: International convention “SportAссord” is a nongovernmental sport organization, which unites, supports, coordinates and protects international sport federations and organizations in the international sport movement. “SportAссord” does its activities in accordance with United Nations General Assembly Resolution 1296 (XLIV), provisions of the International Olympic Charter and Code of Ethics, grounding on World Anti-Doping Code. The president is the head of administrative office, with the departments and board of executive body under control. General Assembly is the supreme authority, which carries out the range of basic tasks and grants authority to the management of “SportAccord” and its members for them to fulfill general and special functions. Conclusions: the International convention “SportAccord” activity is aimed at carrying out tasks by fulfilling general and special functions on the basis of international and internal legal documents.

Purpose: in this work we study the rational construction of the training process of the strongest women marathon runners to the conditions of middle and high mountains. Material and Methods: the study involved the strongest runners who specialize in the women’s marathon running. Results: we have analyzed the training sessions in running in middle and high mountains, which can be used from two to five times a year. The principle of training is to acquire a stable long-term adaptation to the conditions close to those of the real competitions. Conclusion: it has been proved that training in the mountains has become an integral part of the preparation of highly skilled runners and at the same time high sports results have been achieved.

Purpose: to estimate results of introduction of means of "electronic study" at physical training of students of Simon Kuznets Kharkiv national university of economics. Material and methods: the research was conducted during 2013/14 in KhNUE among students of the first and second courses. In general for about 800 students took part in the research. Results: the system of the remote study (SRS) Chamilo is characterized; the algorithm of introduction of SRS Chamilo in physical training of students is developed, applied and analysed; the analysis of the empirical data obtained as a result of the research is carried out. Conclusions: it is proved that SRS Chamilo is a platform which completely meets the demands which are made to the modern software, and can be used in physical training of students. The algorithm of its introduction to the noted sphere is logical and complete; it is established that there is an actual question of studying of motives of students of rather regular classes of physical training and sport, and also uses of means of "electronic study"; conclusions of scientists are confirmed that "electronic" communication can't replace "alive" one, and can be only its addition.

Purpose: the analysis of dynamics of power indicators of Paralympic sportsmen in the preparatory period of a year macrocycle when using complexes of power exercises in the training process which are aimed at the development of muscles of a shoulder-girdle. Material and methods: members of the national Paralympic team of Ukraine on cross-country skiing and biathlon of two nosology (musculoskeletal device and visual impairment) in number of 12 sportsmen (6 men, 6 women) took part in the research. The age of sportsmen is 17–29 years old, the sports qualification is CMS (2), MS (4), MSIC (3), and MMS (3). Results: the technique of application of complexes of power exercises of high-speed and power character for muscles of a shoulder-girdle depending on stages of the preparatory period is developed and proved. The results of testing testify to the positive dynamics of indicators, especially at the end of the preparatory period. Conclusions: authors offer the technique of power training of Paralympic sportsmen on the basis of the conducted research, which is based on the use of complexes of special power exercises.

Purpose: to improve a technique of technical and tactical training of taekwondists-juniors. Material and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical supervision of educational and training classes and competitions, pedagogical testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. Results: a complex of special exercises is developed for the increase of the level of technical and tactical preparedness of taekwondists-juniors, practical recommendations are prepared. Conclusions: features of the performance of the most demanded technical and tactical connections in a fight of taekwondists-juniors are defined, significant correlation interrelations between the levels of technical and tactical and special physical fitness are revealed, results of the mathematical analysis testifies that the offered innovations authentically (р<0,05) promote the improvement of the level of technical and tactical preparedness of taekwondists-juniors.

Purpose: to define the changes age of anthropometric indexes of girls and boys from 11 to 12 years of basic medical group. Material and Methods: pedagogical research (somatometry and somatoskopia) of teenagers is conducted from 11 to 12 years (girls 79; boys 91) of basic medical group of Kharkov general schools. Results: the features of physical development of teenagers are Set from 11 to 12 years of basic medical group at the beginning and at the end of school year. The amount of teenagers is determined with the basic type of carriage, flat and planoconcave, round and stoop back. Conclusions: the state of morphological indexes of teenagers is certain from 11 to 12 years of basic medical group. Purpose: definition of parameters technique of motor actions athletes climbers, reflecting efficiency of the work in the discipline of climbing «lead». Material and Methods: the video resource official website of the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC). Results: Pace and rhythmic structure of movement technique of elite athletes-climbers in a competitive activity were analyzed. Parameters of hand-movement pace while climber ascent the route, as well as the ratio of the different contact phases of interaction of hands with handholds were determined. Conclusion: the economic of technique movement while climber ascent the route dictated by the pace of hand-movements and the prevalence in the ratio of the rhythmic structure contact phase with one hand was found.

Purpose: to substantiate a methodology of high-speed and strength qualities development of young biathlonists aged 14–15 during the preparatory period. Material and Methods: young biathlonists aged 14–15 from control and experimental groups took part in the research. There were 12 athletes in each group. Pedagogical methods and methods of mathematical statistics were used in the work. Pedagogical methods of researches were used for level definition of high-speed and strength qualities development of young biathlonists. Results: reliable increase of motive qualities and polydynamometry results testing of young biathlonists from the experimental group due to implementation of the experimental methodology in the preparatory period is established. Conclusions: application of the developed complexes in the preparatory period in the experimental group of young biathlonists aged 14–15 allows to raise indices of motive qualities and polydynamometry testing statistically significantly.

Purpose: the study of the functional state of athletes cyclists category MASTERS different age groups. Material and Methods: the study was conducted using anthropometric testing and measurement of the cardiovascular system. The study involved three groups of cyclists category MASTERS different age groups: I group 40–44 years; II group 45–49 years; group III 50–54 and older. Results: the analysis of the research data and anthropometric indicators of cardiovascular category MASTERS athletes of different age groups in relation to indicators in active sports shows that significant changes have occurred in larger number of indicators, in addition to growth athletes. Conclusions: test measurements allow enough informative to compare the features of athletes of different age groups and found opportunities for correction and control training process cyclists category MASTERS.

Results: the results of research present solving a scientific problem what appears in the disclosure of subjective determinants of erroneous athlete’s actions. Conclusions: the complex of individual psychological characteristics of fire applied sport athletes makes it possible to optimize their training process and reduce the likelihood of errors during the competition.

Our investigation dedicates to the problem of improving students’ health. Particularly, it refers to find out the ways of increasing students-powerlifters’ health with musculoskeletal diseases based on powerlifting. Purpose: to study the influence of long – term powerlifting exercises on anthropometric and functional characteristics and motor abilities of students- powerlifters with musculoskeletal diseases. Material and Methods: methods of investigation: theory analysis, synthesis and generalization, testing and math’s statistics and pedagogical experiment. There are 73 students with musculoskeletal diseases with different experience of taking exercises, 21 – had 1 year experience, 18 – 2 years, 12 – 3 years, 11 – 4 years and 11 – 5 years. Results: there are the differences of anthropometric and functional characteristics and the results of developing students’ motor abilities with different experience of taking exercises. Conclusion: the investigation revealed that increasing of the students’ sportsmanship shows the great growth almost all the investigated results.

Purpose: to examine the condition and prospects of improving the system of physical education in higher legal education. Material and Methods: for research methods were used: analysis and synthesis of scientific and methodical literature, teacher observations, the method of expert evaluation. Results: it was shown that for every legal specialization, there is only one optimal system factor, which provides maximum and reliable implementation of the tasks of professional activity in a certain period of time. Thus, a factor which the functional system of professional activities of lawyers to law enforcement officials of MIA of Ukraine performs the final result, which is different for specific professional activities. Conclusions: improving the process of preparing future lawyers law enforcement activities should be completed as in the direction of developing a comprehensive system of physical education with a graded approach to the specifics of the legal profession and the use of modern means of training. This technology education, in our opinion, will significantly reduce the time of social, psychological and physical adaptation to the characteristics of the students training in high school and the specific professional activity.

Purpose: indicators of a functional condition of the vestibular analyzer and their changes under the influence of specially directed exercises at volleyball players of 14–15 years old are given in the article. Results: the carried-out analysis of a functional condition of the vestibular analyzer, both before, and after rotary loadings to the pedagogical experiment testifies to insufficient development of a vestibular function of young volleyball players. Conclusions: the comparison of results of the studied groups after the introduction in the educational-training process of special exercises directed on the improvement of operation of the vestibular analyzer revealed considerable changes of indicators of volleyball players of the experimental group.

Purpose: to substantiate the construction of a system of physical education university students with current norms and standards of physical development. Material and Methods: analysis of the sources of literature and public documents relating to the organization of physical education in Ukraine. Results: analysis of the literature on this problem suggests that theoretically grounded on the belief that the human body is an outward display of metabolic processes and is the basis of preclinical diagnosis, reflecting the individual structural features of somatotype, allowing clinical anthropometry as a method of establishing the physical development of a person in any of its age. Conclusions: the level of physical fitness with its division into general and special remains the unsolved problem in organizing the process of individualization of physical education. This is due to the lack of tests that assess the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of physical fitness with the individual predisposition morphofunctional organization somatotype to preferred forms of physical activity which determine their propensity for classes.

Results: the test results of 30–40 years old tourists skiers which are the participants in the experimental group received at different stages of preparation period and the results. Their comparative analysis is held. Conclusions: it was found that, at the stages of preparation period indicators of personal qualities and concentration had always risen, reaching the highest degree at the end of the experiment.

The arsenal of technical and tactical actions of sportsmen was analyzed at competitions of various levels. Results: essential distinctions in competitive exercises, estimated criteria of refereeing, the structure and the arsenal of the applied sports technique and tactics are revealed in chosen for the research types of impact single combats. Conclusions: essential differences in the technical - tactical arsenal of the studied types of impact single combats which are shown in the topography of zones allowed for drawing, the structure of attacking and protective actions, and also tactical stylistics of carrying out duels.

Purpose: to expose the specific lines of competition activity and define differences in realization of technique-tactical actions the basketball-players of high class ho playing in woman’s and men’s national teems. Material and Methods: for determination of characteristic features of competition activity of men’s and women’s, there was the analyzed information of competition activity of national teems, taking part in the matches of world cup 2014 years on basket-ball. Information of 24 men’s (240 athletes) and 16 (150 athletes) woman’s basket-ball teems were in general complication analyzed. Methods: analysis of data of the special scientific-methodical literature, pedagogical supervision, analysis of competition activity, an analysis of data is the Internet, methods of mathematical statistics. Purpose: to investigate the effect of the application of the techniques of karate on functional status and physical fitness of students of Flight Academy first year. Material and Methods: the study involved students of Flight Academy EG (pilots, n=25) and CG (rescuers, n=23). We determined the effect of the techniques of karate in physical fitness, running the 100 meters, bending and unbending hands ups, pull-ups on the bar, running 3,000 meters, 10 revolutions per gymnastic wheel; on functional status, body length, body weight, heart rate at rest, vital capacity, vital index (ml·kg–1) sample and test Stange and Ghencea. Purpose: to identify students' attitudes toward physical education and healthy lifestyle, their own assessment of the level of physical fitness and physical qualities of priority. Material and Methods: conducted a questionnaire survey of students of Kharkiv National Economic University and Peter Vasilenko Kharkiv National Technical University of Agriculture. The study involved 166 first-year students (77 boys and 89 girls). Results: it was found that a positive attitude towards a healthy lifestyle and stick to it – 69,35% of the respondents; to physical education and are aware of the usefulness of employment – 84,8%; satisfied with their level of physical development – 40,65%. Results: it is fixed that one of the component of preparedness of a university graduate for the performance of his professional duties is the level of their health, physical and psychological preparedness. The research of an extent of the performance of one of tasks of the applied physical training of students is conducted – the development of the applied main physicality: general endurance and force. Following the results of the implementation of the running test of Cooper it was revealed that girls have a low degree of physical working capacity, boys – average. It is also defined that force of muscles of an abdominal tension and muscles of feet are poorly developed at students of both sexes. Force of muscles of an upper shoulder-girdle is developed rather good at boys, girls – haven't enough. Conclusions: researches showed that the process of classes on physical training of students – future investigative specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs is needed to be specialized according to the professiogramm of an investigator and to pay a special attention to the development of applied general and special qualities

Purpose: analysis of physical fitness of students of the Kyiv National University of Culture and Arts. Material and Methods: the study involved students I-st and II-nd courses of Kiev National University of Culture and Arts studying in institutions: "Film and Television", "hotel and restaurant business", "journalism and international relations." The total number of students was 136 persons aged 17–18 years, of which 107 girls and 29 boys. Purpose: to expose the features of display of self-appraisal for the hockey players of high class of different playing position. Material and Methods: for the exposure of level of self-appraisal for hockey players, information of sportsmen of high class, taking part in the matches of the Kontinental hockey league (KHL) in a season 2013–2014 was probed sixteen hockey players, having a sporting digit MS and MSWC, took part in researches. Methods were used: pedagogical supervision, pedagogical analysis and generalization of front-rank experience, psychological testing, analysis of data of the special scientific-methodical literature, expert questioning, an analysis of data is the Internet. Results: findings allowed to set that the players of line of attack (central and extreme forward) have more high level of self-appraisal for certain, than players of defence and hockey goalkeepers. This tendency is looked over both on the separate constituents of self-appraisal and on the whole on all spectrums of the studied indexes. The got results of researches rotined that the hockey players of high class had or middle or high level of self-appraisal. Among testable hockey players, players were not exposed with the low level of self-appraisal. Conclusions: the exposed distinctions in the level of self-appraisal of hockey players of high class can be used for diagnostics of playing predisposition and choice of playing line of business in a command.

Purpose: to determine modes of competitive activity for marathon athletes with various qualifications. Material and Methods: the analysis of the competitive activity of 149 athletes (men) was made. The time-keeping of separate segments of the distance was measured for qualified runners, who showed results from grade I and up. Results: it was proved that the most evenly the distance was run by the most qualified runners – master of sports. A common trend of lowering of the running speed during the second half of the distance, especially at the district of the marathon from 21,097 tо 26,3 km, was observed. Conclusions: it was proved that the most rational mode of the competitive activity of qualified marathon runners is leveled running through the distance.

Purpose: to find out the impact on the mental performance of students of physical activity used in the process of physical education minutes and the lessons the overall cycle. Materials and Methods: a study was conducted in four secondary schools in Vinnitsa and Kharkov regions. The study involved 673 students grades 5–11. The study was conducted in two stages. In the first stage determines the change in the mental health of students during the school day. We used a technique A. Myunsberga. In the second phase of the study determined the impact of sports on the minutes and indicators of mental health of students. The study was conducted using a sample V. Anfimova proofreading. Results: the study shows the steady decline in indices of mental health of students during the school day. From the second to the sixth lesson mental performance of schoolchildren in the classroom overall cycle is reduced by 13.2%. Conclusions: the study also found that the performance of students in the classroom physical education minutes and the total cycle enhances their mental performance by 8%, compared with the lessons in which minute physical exercise have been conducted.

Conclusions: the complex introduction and the decision of its main objectives was to increase financial profit by 33% (UK «Ayumi»), the number of involved students increas by 24% in the UK «Ayumi» and by 2.2% for the initial training of "SC Youth School in Aquatics von Yana Klochkova.” The effectiveness of implementing measures confirm the results of expert evaluation scholars and practicians in the physical culture and sport spher. Experts from both groups appreciated the level of expected efficiency (4.6 and 5.0 points out of 5 points).

Purpose: to study the problems of adaptation of foreign students. Materials and Methods: the study involved 33 students from Israel, 25 students from India. All surveyed foreign students men, studying at the Odessa national medical university. Survey was conducted using a multi-level personality questionnaire "Adaptability" (MLQ-AM), developed by A. G. Maklakov and S. V. Chermyanin, and testing physical fitness. Results: found that majority students from Israel and India had a medium and low level of physical fitness and adaptability. Conclusions: in connection with violations of adaptability and physical preparedness of foreign students, particularly acute issue is the organization of physical culture and sports-mass work, as a means of improving adaptation to conditions of life and learning.
