The article studies the effect of neonols АФ 9-12 and АФС 9-6 КМ on animal response to the toxic load in experiments in Wistar albino rats. The explicit effect toxic agents on catecholamines dynamics and their precursors, as well as significant decrease in blood cell composition have been detected. Leukocytes are most susceptible to both grades of xenobiotics. Long-term introduced toxic doses 1/10 and 1/100 DL50k, elicit allostatic response including body functional state stabilization, starting from the 30s day.

Two sets of Temirtau atmosphere intratracheal dusting for a term of 3 and 70 days. During the second experiment (70 days) the correction with food supplements was conducted along with dusting and its efficiency was assessed. All the physiological measures (weight, open-field behavioral dimensions). The objectives of our research included detection and assessment of specific features of the possible impact of Temirtau polymetallic dust on rats reproduction function.

This huge gap between financing needs and the available financing capacity represents major constraints to growth opportunities in business financing, and accords with one of requirements strategy of stimulating real sector financing by mobilizing cheap long term saving. Real estate investment is a capital intensive venture and this implies that firms venturing into this sector need to have a strong capital structure to sustain development. There is high competition amongst the real developers in quest for funds from formal and informal sources to meet their financial needs. Many real Estate firms are experiencing a credit fix. In the recent move by the Peoples Bank of China to clamp down lending in the real estate sector; the People’s bank of China tightened monetary policy by raising interest rates which in effect lead to increased cost of capital. The central government has also encouraged banks to adopt slow lending to real estate projects. According to the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the increase in cumulative loans related to housing projects totaled ¥1.3 trillion ($198 billion) in 2011, down 38 percent from 2010, and new loans to the property sector comprised 17.5 percent of total loans in 2011, down from 27 percent in 2010.The remaining prudent alternative is innovation for exploitation of other means of acquiring funds for real estate venture. Real estate investors need to deepen and broaden their options of financing their activities to avoid credit squeeze.

Up to 27% of patients undergo repeated surgery of nodal forms of mastopathy in the first 1.5 years after surgery and many come through partial mastectomy 3 three times and even more. The use of selected medical technologies of restoration medicine in the post-surgery rehabilitation and combined therapy of patients with dishormonal breast diseases in the course of patient-specific drug therapy improves physical condition of 89.4% of patients, prevent progression of diffuse forms of dishormonal breast diseases, reduces recurrent breast tissue nodularity by 64.7% and improves general physical condition due to preventive measures or reduction of extra genital and gynecological diseases aggravation frequency in 2.43 times.

Heliotherapy is one of the most important components of resort treatment, especially at climatic resorts. But in order to get the positive effect from sun baths, it is necessary to determine their frequency. It has been detected that patients with isolated vascular heart diseases pathologically react to heliotherapy less often that patients with multimorbid cardiometabolic pathology. The frequency of helioprocedures at Sochi Resort, using luxmeter/ultraviolet radiometer«ТКА-01/3» for the latter should be determined individually.

Chronic vulvovaginitis is the most wide-spread gynecological pathology among women of childbearing age. The chief causations of nonspecific vulvovaginitis are reduction in oestrogen, disturbances in vaginal acidity, intestine dysbacteriosis, local and general immune disturbances. The growth of vagina opportunistic pathogenic flora is closely connected with the increase of bacterial slimes on vagina mucus. Sulphur balneotherapy in the form of general baths and vaginal irrigations, mechanical physiotherapy promotes disruption of bacterial slimes, oestrogen elevation, immune reconstruction and vaginal biocenosis, which has positive effect on patients’ fertility level, frequency of obstetrical and perinatal pathologies.

Cardiovascular diseases are major reasons for population mortality in majority of countries, including Russia. Metabolic syndrome is considered to be one of the main pathologic states, leading to enhancement of atherogenesis, ischemic heart diseases and cerebrovascular diseases. Physical methods, including resort treatment play great role in metabolic syndrome prevention and treatment. Climate therapy depends on resort climate and season and is a major component of resort treatment. Psychological testing showed that combined resort treatment, using climate therapy of patients with stable effort angina at Sochi Health-resort is more efficient in autumn and of patients with metabolic syndrome in summer. The findings have been confirmed by clinic-functional indicators.
