There is presented a brief literature review of sturgeons stocks dynamies in Azov-Black Sea basin. There is provided an analysis of some aspects of sturgeon aquaculture with taking into account modern priorities of development of fisheries activities in Ukraine.
The indexes of efficiency of work of fish of commercial, fish of economic and fishguard organiza- tions are resulted, the structural analysis of fishing-out of Ukraine is given in marine and internal reservoirs, and also to the export and import of fish products, work of fish ports is analysed.
There is given the analysis of ecology state of Molochny estuary as one of unique reservoirs of the Azov Sea basin in the modern period. The role of Molochny estuary as natural spawning place for haarder is described. The offers on restoration of fisheries significance of the estuary and on optimum hydrological and hydrobiological mode of it are defined.
In this work stability of ichthyocomlex of Dnepr reservoirs was defined as marker of sustai- nable usage of native resourses. Conclusion about dynamical balahce of the ichthyocomlex in the last few years has been made.
Based on the analysis of current biological state of some species of the Kakhovka reservoir, there have been determined indices, which characterized the efficiency of commercial exploita- tion of their stocks. We assessed specific accumulation of crucian carp and pikeperch ichthyomass by age groups. Based on the data of catch distribution by mesh size in fishing gears and age-size structure of crucian carp and pikeperch populations, we proposed measures on optimization of qualitative characteristics of the technical base of fish harvest in the Kakhovka reservoir.
Current state of Carpathian barbel (Barbus carpathicus Kotlik, Tsigenopoulos, Rab et Berrebi, 2002) stocks in Transcarpathian rivers has been studied based on data of control and poaching catches obtained with the aid of different fishing gears. Results indicate that this species is enough abundant and widespread in montane and premontane rivers of the region and currently its state does not give concerns.
There are presented results of scientific assessment of the situation, which developed on the Kyiv reservoir in the winter of 2010 as well as its consequences. It was found that by investigated indices, the deterioration of the populations state was observed for bream, pikeperch and roach only. For localization of the extreme situation consequences, there are propositions to reduce harvest limits for some species and to restrict fishing zones and gears.
The state of the fish fauna of the Kanev reservoir and the Desna river by different methods of fishing was analysed. The prevalence of poaching fish in inland waters and its negative impact on fish fauna are shown. On the results of researches are suggested propositions to save and renewal of water bioresources.
Materials of researches are presented about influence of the use to exterminate in capacities on purging of water of excrescence ponds from pollutant — enhanceable concentrations of organic matters, biogenic elements and heavy metals. Influence of the use is studied to exterminate on development of natural forage base of ponds.
It was shown that using of phosphorusmobilization bacterial preparation polymyxobacterin together with organic manure in fish pounds is promising. The positive effect of applied manure on content of mineral phosphorus in water, of phytoplankton and zooplankton in experimental growth pounds was shown.
In the article the questions of polyculture efficiency with the use, except for a carp, six types of fishes for market fish growing are represented. It is shown, that polyculture introduction enables additionally to get 507–688 kg of fish from every hectare of fattening ponds, or advance their productivity in 1,4–1,6 times.
The basic factors of decline of market fish prime price and methods of fisheries intensification are considered. The method of carp fingerlings growing by mass 80–100 g and pond polyculture efficiency from seven types of fishes are resulted.
The main goal of the experiment was to establish the dependence between fish growth and “life space” volume. The experiment was conducted at the temperature of 23–24 С in five equal series of aquariums (five aquariums of different volume in each group). Body mass and mortal- ity of hatchlings were recorded. “Life space” parameters (volume of aquarium) affect the growth rate of silver carp. Silver carp hatchling needs specific “life space” parameters. Changes of these parameters in any direction lead to stress condition causing growth retardation.
Specificity of genetic structure of the Amur widl carp at the OS “Donfishcombine” of Slavic area of the department “Red Valley” according to separation of alleles and genotypes of electrophores variants particular loci has been investigated. It has been found out the breedspecific peculiari- ties of genetic structure according to the investigated loci. The real and expected level of middle heterozygosity on a locus of the Amur widl carp was calculated.
During the spent researches growth rate and percent survival after the season ongrowing between bunches carp younger received with application both native, and defrost cryopreserved sperms have been compared.
In the article the results of researches on the study of influencing of the mixed fodders with a different maintenance in them of raw protein and amino acid on the results of carp fishes larvae ongrowing are presented. The nourishing value of dry daphnia by comparison to experimental sterns is showed.
The comparative analysis of state of non enzymatic link in the system of antioxidant protec- tion of one and two years old scaled and framed carps’ sera blood of nesvich zonal type have been carried out. In the beginning of vegetation period the contents of retinol in the blood of one year old fish was in track quantity and according to the contents of tocopherol the groups of fish which are under investigation are different between each other have been determined. Have been characterized peculiarities of the activity of non enzymatic link in the system of antioxidant protection in carps’ blood in the processes of ontogenesis.
There presented results of studies of structurally functional parameters of ichthyofauna of the Вerek reservioir (Kharkov region). Dynamics of stocking amounts and catches of aquatic living resources are shown for last four years.
In article the basic biological indicators of sabrefish of the Kremenchuk water reservoir are considered: age structure, average length and mass of separate age groups, individual absolute fruitfulness. It is established that the basic biological indicators of this fish species are at high level that specifies in satisfactory conditions of its existence and sufficient security accessible nutriment. Objective preconditions for definition sabrefish as the rare or a vanishing species are absent.
The article examines dynamics of changes of quantitative and qualitative development of phy- toplankton of the Kremenchuk reservoir during 1981–2007. There have been determined changes, which occurred in the structure of phytoplankton communities. Biomasses of phytoplankton for 2002–2007 are presented.
There are presented assessment results of 3-years breeders rainbow trout breed “Adlerskaya amber” of hand-reared in industrial conditions of Ukrainian. Determination that the first spaw- ning golden trout were survived their high productive and reproductive parameters of grown in a closed water supple system.
The comparative analysis of occurrence frequency of cytogenetic anomalies (erythrocytes with micronucleus, leukocytes with micronycleus, binucleas leukocytes and apoptosis) in the blood cells in two groups of paddlefish (Polyodon spathula (Walb.)) from research economy “Nyvka” of FI NAAS of Ukraine has been carried out. It has been established, that the group of paddlefish has more stable chromosomal apparatus in the autumn. It is discussed the possible influence of season on occurrence frequency of cytogenetic anomalies in blood cells of paddlefish.
The generalised literary data and results of own researches according to the analysis of genetic structure of the species of carp have been presented. It has been described polymorphism of particular genetically-biochemical systems of blood and separation of allele’s frequencies of loci. It have been submitted data about search of correlation linkes of particular loci with economic-valuable signs of carps and use of them in selection work. Use of genetically-biochemical systems as genetic markers of efficiency are most effective only when selection work in economy are performed long.
Polymorphism of genetic-biochemical systems of blood-plasma of the Amur sazan group is investigated. Specificity on indicator-values of an fish-exterior and genetic structure is revealend. The levels of observable and expected heterozygosity are calculated.
Development of new sientific approaches for monitoring of channel catfish populations increases effectiveness of selective work. Effective enough can be exterior profile of their habitus, wich is a visual tool for assessment of the state of genefund stocks of channel catfish in water bodies of Ukraine.
In the article the results of estimation of Nyvkian scaly carp females by the indexes of exterior, working and relative fecundity, development of caviar on the early stages of embryogenesis, and also development of caviar from the moment of hatching to stocking of fish-rearing ponds are showed. The results of growing and autumn exploiting of fingerlings are resulted.
The results of researches of carp larvae feeding by moist scrapings preparation (SP) in composi- tion the starting feedstuffs, and its influencing on efficiency of their ongrowing are resulted. The comparative food value of zooplankton and feedstuffs with addition 10 and 20% SP is presented.
The research has showed that the ponds with the same fertility used feeding had an inf luence on high fatty acids profile of carp meat. Content of examined fractions, therein the most impor- tant from consumer point of view MUFA and PUFA-3 together with EPA and DHA fractions was higher in carp fed with granulate with 60% of rape cake than in carp fed with crops. The dy- namics of changes in HFA profile was much lower in experimental carps than in control carps.
We show an activity of unenzymatic brench of system of antioxidant protection of scaled and framed carp’s liver of Nesvich zonal type by one-years old. It was analyzed biological role of vi- tamins A and E in functioning of fish organism.
There are presented results of studies on the state of hydrochemical regime and heavy metal content in water and tissues of cyprinids during a three-year turnover of intensive rearing. It was found that rational feeding of fish and use of other intensification measures (lime, ammophos, superphosphate, organic meanures) do not contribute to the contamination of ponds but ensures high percentage of fish output and normative average fish weight. It was found that cyprinids do not accumulate heavy metals in muscles until the age of three years under conditions of their rearing during a three-year turnover.

The main goal of the experiment was to discover the dependence of fish growth from the “life space” volume. The experiment was conducted at the temperature of 23–24 C in five equal series of aquariums (five aquariums of various volume in each group). Body mass and mortality of hatchlings were recorded. Parameters of “life space” were found to significantly affect growth of rainbow trout. Placed in optimal water volume, trout hatchlings better survive under the in- fluence of other stress factors. The more the “life space” volume deviates from the optimum, the more stress is manifested, and vice versa.
Data of own supervisions by application of specifically device of electro-catch for the purveyance of juvenile of valuable fish types in the natural reservoirs of Poland, for the subsequent growing of market fish and spawners in ponds are expounded.
There is presented analysis of systemic approaches in planning and organization of scientific provision and industrial measures directed at development of paddlefish aquaculture in Ukraine. Priority trends of paddlefish introduction into aquaculture are defined. There are presented calculated data on necessary quantity of brood fish, scope of artificial reproduction and possible production of commodity paddlefish in freshwater aquaculture of Ukraine.
Among of consumer descriptions of carp a smell occupies one of ponderable places. He has the biological, biochemical, physical, domestic and agricultural origin. The sources of fish smells forming in liquid ponds, facilities of their origin, liquidation and prevention are considered.
There has been analyzed current quantitative and qualitative composition of fish juveniles on different spawning sites of the Kremechuk reservoir. We performed an analysis of fish juveniles distribution at different years of the reservoir existence. It was found that major places of the largest concentration are located in upper and lower sections of the reservoir.
The article examines the efficiency of using some fishing gears for catching fish in rivers of Transcarpathian region on the example of rivers Teresva and Irshava. It is proposed to adopt a standard method for fishing sampling in mountain rivers of Ukraine.
The structural characteristic (taxonomic structure, biodiversity, abundance and biomass para- meters, production of the dominant groups) of macrobenthos communites of the Sasyk reservoir were investigated. The parameters of fish capacity were calculated on base obtained results. Also data of the bioindication analysis of water quality are presented.
Character of influence of mineral nitrogen compounds on survival of embryos, larvae and uneven-age groups of a carp and a grass carp is investigated. It is marked, that the basic negative effect has ammonium in its molecular and ionic form, nitrites evince considerably smaller toxicity and are hemotoxic poison, and nitrates do not influence on fishes. It fixed, that on a measure of passing of an ontogenesis tolerance of fishes to action of ammonium nitrogen strengthens. Change of norms of reactions to action of toxic factors of environment essentially depends on a degree of development of organs and systems of respiration, a circulation of the blood and an excretion. An apparent role plays gradual and long adaptation of fishes to influence of toxins.
Influence allochthonous nitrogen on the contents of the total protein, lipids and glycogen in organs of a carp is investigated. It is marked, that the balance between synthesis and utilization high-energy compounds depends on temperature of water, force of action of toxic loading and efficiency of functioning adaptable and compensatory mechanisms in an organism.
Ranging of water quality of stations of Dnieprovske reservoir has been conducted on the basis of zoobenthos indexes, summarized by the combined index of the state of community. Estimation of the degree of inhibiting influence of sewages of different origin has been carried out concer- ning zoobenthos organisms and areas of the water-body part which is influenced by sewage. It has been found out that the cleanest areas of the reservoir are situated in the profundal and in influxes which are not undergone sewage action.
Species composition state of ichthyocenosis are determined and recommend-dations are de- veloped concerning the preservation of species diversity and conditions for natural reproduction for аborigine ichthyofauna of Styr, Horin, Ikva, Slych rivers.
It was shown that the introduction of the composition of fish feed holozernoho oats in a com- plex with rostostymulyuyuchymy additives and enzymes promotes weight of commodity fish the fishproduktyvity of the ponds and reduces feed costs and the cost of рroducts grown.
There are given the results of zooplankton research when feed the one-year carps by mixture of mixed fodder with adding distillery dreg (20%). It is revealed the influence of distillery dreg on zooplankton development.
It were analized the world problems of utilization of alcogol production waste material and the possibility of its effective using in the in a fish-farming. It was described our view on dreg as forrage additive and organic fertilizer in aqriculture.

There is presented a brief review of research-and-production activities of the Institute of Fishe- ries of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine for the year 2009. There have been defined priority tasks by the system of scientific provision and individual measurers directed at effective development of fisheries activities in inland water bodies in Ukraine.
The results of Institute of fisheries NAASU international scientific and technical cooperation on the problems of water bioresources and aquaculture are considered. Priority tasks, above the decision of which scientists in 2009 worked, their achievements and problems, are definite.
In the article the work of the Academic Senate IF NAASU is expounded, and also data on the scientific personnel training of Institute, pedagogical activity of research workers, the subject of scientific researches.
In the article the results of the scientific personnel training of higher qualification for 15 years of Institute of fisheries specialized scientific advice existence are considered, 50 thesis from prior- ity directions “fish-farming” and “ichthyology” are defended.
The article analyses biological state of spawning stock and conditions and efficiency of spaw- ning blue bream in the Kremenchuk reservoir during 2005–2007. There has been anayised effect of water-level and temperature regimes on reproduction of this specie. It was found that temperature of blue bream spawning start diminished by several degrees during last time.
There vahe been examined qualitative indicators, which characterized feeding particularities of perch of the Dniester reservoir — gut content composition and occurrence frequency of food objects. It was found the presence of cannibalism as an adaptative reaction on living conditions. There have been conducted a comparative analysis of feeding spectrum of perch in interseasonal and interannual aspects.
There has been considered special quantity and biomass plancton and zoobentos organisms at the ponds, they biological and food value for carps organism. It is shown necessity increase them quantity and biomass at the fishery ponds.
In the article light up the results of four-year-old researches of ecological system of ponds of agricultural enterprise “Branch “Antonov-Agro” ANTK of the name of O.K. Antonov at their complex fishcultural use in the not-drain mode. A production effect is shown from realization of suggestions of scientists on optimization of landing of fish in the ponds, fight against litter fish and fertilizer of ponds.
Maintenance of heavy metals is investigational in organs and fabrics of river shrines. Distribu- ting of heavy metals in the organisms of river shrines is characterized heterogeneity and depends on organs, fabrics and places of their dwelling.
The paper considers the diversity of algae in the river Irshava as autotrophic component, for- ming the energetic basis of forage resources for invertebrates and fish. The river has been divided into districts according to algal communities diversity.
Researches of variability of morphological attributes and attempt to reveal genetically deter- mined connections between a morphotype and attributes of viability of carps Teleneshtskiys are carried out at their selection for increasing resistance to infectious diseases. Correlated with vi- ability there were the most important selection morphological attributes which can be “signals”. The target standard of selection of selection-valuable genotypes is designed.
In the article are expounded the basic technological receptions of market grass carp growing by more compact density 1500–2000 ind./hа, allowing to multiply fish productivity of market grass carp till 442–1027 kg/ha due to feeding by the ground and water vegetation without feeding of carp by combined feed. The output of general fish productivity by the three-year growing made on ponds 3425–3995 kg/ha.
The material of three plant lines of the new Scaleless Subbreed Type of the Ukrainian Frame Breed of common carp has been investigated for mitochondrial variability. It is established, that genetic markers which have been used in investigations, can be effectively applied for detection of the hybrids in case of intraspecific hybridization or significant genetic divergences.
The were analysis of genetic structure of framed carp populations of Lyubin’ intrabreeding type, breeders forms of framed carp, of scaled and framed carps of Nesvickiy zonal type, and their hybrids Amur sazan with a carp by 4 genetic-biochemical systems of blood. The were found specific particularities of genetic structure by studied loci.

In article the question concerning the properties of bacteria of species Aeromonas allocated from a carp depending of abiotic factors of a natural environment, in particular from temperature is considered.
There are presented data on economical advantages of using American paddlefish in poly- culture of fish farms of Ukraine. As a result of introduction of paddlefish in traditional cyprinid polyculture, the profitability of pond fish farming can rise by more than 2–3 times while achieving economic efficiency of the production by more than 70%.
