In this paper we propose a modified load balancing algorithm, which can be used to optimize network load and reduce data transmission delay. This algorithm is aimed at load balancing between partially-overlappung data transmission routes. It is based on a modified ECMP algorithm with correction of the load on the network and taking into account the length of possible paths. This algorithm is optimal for centralized network management, and therefore its use in SDN networks is proposed. Testing of this development is carried out for comparison with the existing solution and the advantages of this modification are presented.

The purpose of the work is to publish the results of research conducted during three semesters. The methods of the conducted work include the method of interviews and questionnaires. The scope of the results is the development of technologies to control the training of cybersecurity professionals by the teacher, who require the use of electronic content in the context of educational environments.

The subject of the study – rosacea. The purpose of the work is to determine the pathophysiological targets for the development of clinical manifestations of rosacea. A survey of 47 women with rosacea is presented, and a comparative statistical analysis of significant differences in patients in the age groups before and after 40 years was not revealed for most of the factors that provoked the onset of dermatosis and its first clinical manifestations. These two groups differed in the duration of the disease and its forms (stages). The main structural and functional unit of the occurring lesions in rosacea is the neurovascular complex, and at least 16 pathophysiological “targets” have been identified from which various clinical manifestations of the disease can begin.

Main objective of the study is to research the art of ballroom choreography in the system of Ukrainian higher education. The purpose was to identify ways and prospects for training specialists in ballroom choreography in Ukrainian institutions of higher education of the IV level of accreditation. The tasks were to emphasize the status change of ballroom choreography as an art form in the modern cultural life of Ukraine; to classify and describe the specifics of teaching ballroom dancing in Ukrainian universities of different types; to formulate requirements to the perspective development of the system of art education of choreographers and teachers of ballroom dancing. Methodology. Considering the peculiarities of the subject of publication the following methods of scientific research were applied: search-analytical (to collect information about the chosen topic), structural-typological (to characterize different types of universities and disciplines), comparative (to analyze similarities and differences in teaching methods of ballroom choreography), forecasting method (to determine further directions of ballroom choreography development in the context of current trends in Ukrainian culture), generalization method (to write conclusions). Results and conclusions. It was found that the training of specialists in ballroom dancing in Ukraine is carried out in universities and academies of four types. Pedagogical institutions train ballroom dance teachers; sports universities focus their students on high achievements in the field of dance sports; classical and humanities universities provide such education in ballroom choreography, which allows to retrain in related specialties; artistic academies focus on revealing the creative potential of future specialists in ballroom choreography. Different groups of disciplines in ballroom choreography reflect the specifics of each area of training. It is concluded that Ukrainian universities need more specialized departments that would focus on the artistic component of ballroom choreography. This would neutralize the threatening tendencies of “technicalization” of ballroom dancing. Ballroom choreography in Ukraine should continue to develop as a component of culture and art.

If there is a long-term deficit in the country of the state budget and trade balance, which has a negative impact on the welfare of the nation, the budget sequester should be not implemented by significantly reducing the planned amount of budget expenditures, in particular social programs to curb consumer demand. The budget should be balanced by reducing the tax burden on small and medium-sized businesses. Seignorage - inflationary financing of the budget - causes a stratification of society for income, loss of value of the national currency, deficit of the payments balance, increase of the country debts. Foreign economic relations require the use of a scientifically sound protectionist policy of the state, a reduction of the open economy.

Despite the stormy and contradictory educational process, which was characterized by the influence of the Catholic and Orthodox Churches, its development had a positive effect, namely the high degree of development of Ukrainian pedagogy and the variety of types of schools. In other words, in terms of cultural and educational thought, this period, according to most researchers, is called the era of the Ukrainian Renaissance. Thus, the genesis of the Enlightenment in Western Ukraine suggests that this system is a kind of model of socio-cultural conditions that have emerged in society at a certain historical stage. The achievements of the Western Ukrainian intelligentsia in the education of the period under study allow us to assert that the educational national system has deep historical roots, a solid scientific basis and an outstanding national tradition.

The article presents a study of the forms and methods by which future cybersecurity bachelors are trained on the Internet. The results of the study are described in terms of forms and methods for teaching on the Internet, such as e-learning guides, interactive e-learning material, thematic forums, chats, educational audiobooks, presentations from specialized disciplines, educational video lectures, online lectures, broadcasts, tests, training electronic simulators and electronic on-line calculators. A comparative analysis of forms and methods for online education that are more readily perceived by higher education students in the vocational training process and used by the teachers who teach them is made. The purpose of the work is to publish the results of the study, which was conducted over three academic semesters. Interviewing and interviewing methods are a part of the work done. The field of application of the results is the development of technologies to improve the training of cybersecurity bachelors who require the use of electronic content in the context of educational environments.

The article examines the theoretical concepts of avant-garde artists (K. Malevich, O. Bogomazov, O. Exter) and conducts a comparative analysis with the theories of composition in classicism and academicism. The subject of the study is the theory of composition. The aim of the work is to identify the common and distinctive features of theoretical concepts in academicism and avant-garde. The study used a comparative method as well as a method of extrapolation. As a result of the work, the main theoretical differences that formed the basis of the artistic avant-garde were revealed. The results of the study can be used in the course of lectures on composition theory, analysis of artistic styles. Conclusions: artists of the avant-garde of the first third of the 20th year put forward theoretical concepts, which, on the one hand, were a decisive break with traditional realistic (academic) art, on the other - inherited the classical organization of the art plane.

The article examines the correlation of peripheral blood oxygen saturation with the duration of inpatient therapy for respiratory diseases that are complicated by different types of respiratory failure in childhood. The article will be useful in compiling a prognosis of these pathologies and selecting the appropriate therapy.

It’s well known that traditional industrial and agricultural factors of production is the reason for the environmental degradation of the planet. But the size of the population also has a great influence due to critical amount of natural capital that is spent for the satisfaction of its needs, and the global environment pollution. To comply with the basic tenets of the concept of sustainable development, it is proposed to revise the linear model of production in favor of circular. The ways of implementing the principles of the circular economy are analyzed on the example of the construction industry. One of the options for balancing environmental and socio-economic parameters in the life cycle of an object is recycling of construction waste. The conclusions presented in this article are based on relevant scientific research and the experience of their application in economically developed countries with adaptation to the principles of the circular model of the economy.

In this article, I’m looking at the methodological theory of democracy, the understanding of the possibility of the development of democracy in society. Particularly respectful is the emphasis on the fact that today’s classic recognition of democracies as a people requires a supplementary supplement, through those people through their masses you can’t rule the state. Independently on the basis of methodological theory of democracy, they all agree on the fact that democracy is the only way to ensure that people can be safe and well off.

The article considers the method of transliteration as a way of conveying realities in the Yakut terminological dictionaries. The research material was the Yakut terminological dictionaries published in the late 90s. In the latest terminological dictionaries of the Yakut language with the naked eye, one can notice the widespread use of the phonetic method of transmitting a foreign term. Phonetic assimilation means the replacement of foreign sounds with the sounds of the host language. Many realities are presented in dictionaries in phonetic spelling. Terms phonetic adaptation, taking into account euphony, are exposed, not only widespread, but also functioning recently.
