This article discusses the use of tracing in the "Russian-Yakut dictionary of educational terms." Tracing in term-creation takes a special place, and this gives reason to consider it as a separate term-creating technique. Calculation can be resorted to if the translated term falls into the category of so-called equivalent vocabulary and you need to find an alternative translation solution. The words-terms formed by the word-formation tracing technique are presented as original terms; therefore, the use of this technique in the Yakut terminological vocabulary is a very productive way of term-formation.

In the conditions of Ukrainian economy integration in the European and world’s economic space the necessity of training specialists able to communicate with their foreign partners arises. The article highlights the problem of teaching reading comprehension of English for specific purposes (ESP) texts with the help of written mediation. The peculiarities of working with micro-objects of biological origin during the inspection of the place of the event, taking into account additional requirements that are advanced by modern methods of research, including molecular genetic ones are shown. The role and importance of the use of these micro-objects in investigative and judicial practice are justified. The basic stages of reviewing the crime scene while dealing with traces of small magnitude are considered. A clear algorithm for each of them is given, taking into account the specific properties of objects such as blood, semen, saliva, hair, organ and tissue particles. Attention is drawn to the typical problematic issues that arise in practice, and possible ways of solving them are suggested.

The concept of the phenom of lies and a psychological trauma reveal in the article. Kinds of deception and a psychological trauma and their influence on the development of the person are defined. Special attention is given to concept PTSD and consequence of a psychological trauma on the military personnel. In a research we used the psycho-diagnostic techniques reflecting the person's attitude toward himself, to the world around and also to lying. Using the chosen techniques, we constructed an empirical research which was based in the Military unit among soldiers of ATO zone. During the research we revealed statistically significant correlations of certain types of lying with various mechanisms of psychological protection; we tracked the communication between a depression, a self-assessment level, existence of the internal and external conflicts and certain types of deception in the presence of a psychological trauma. Article consists of the introduction, the theoretical analysis, the description of an empirical research, the analysis of results, conclusions of the work and references.

The main indicators of the development of the securities market (RZB) in Ukraine and the effectiveness of attracting investment resources using the tools of the securities market were studied and analyzed. Such indicators as trading volumes on the RCB, their correlation between themselves and GDP, capitalization of listed companies, the dynamics of Ukrainian stock indexes PFTS and UX, as well as the WIG Ukraine index, are analyzed. The article reflects the dynamics of these indicators, made general conclusions about the effectiveness of attracting investment resources to the RCB of Ukraine, and also provides comparative data on some indicators of the development of the RCB in Ukraine and abroad. The main problems of the low development of the Ukrainian RCB are identified.

Realization of the investment potential of the processing industry is a process that significantly influences the development of the Ukrainian economy and provides it with long term development, and for potential investor provides the profit. That is why it is important to comprehensively evaluate it. The essence of investment potential of the processing industry of Ukraine is considered in the article. Taking info account this, the processing industry is important in the structure of our economy, the analysis of its investment potential is relevant. In the course of the research, the main factors forming the investment potential of the processing industry and the types of economic activity in its structure were substantiated. The share of direct foreign investments in the processing industry is compared with other types of activity and the economy as a whole. The dynamics of changes in the volume of foreign investments received over the years has been analyzed and the list of the largest countries investors of the processing industry has been formed. The specific weight of investments of each investor country is determined. The rating of types of economic activity, which receive the most investments, is formed. The share of investments of a particular country in terms of types of economic activity that are part of the structure of the processing industry is determined. According to the results of the research, the investment potential of the Ukrainian processing industry has been characterized and conclusions are made for necessity of its supporting at a high level. To this end, we have proposed a number of proposals: faster and more effective reform implementation; securing at the legislative level a stable condition for conducting investment activity; providing a proper mechanism for the withdrawal of profits abroad; improvement of credit policy; fight against corruption; solution of the military conflict in the East of Ukraine; regulation of land relations; creating an electronic information space for investors; development and introduction of modern innovative scientific and technical model of production; pursuing a policy aimed at sustained reduction of inflation and inflationary expectations, etc.

Traditional look at the problem of state debt, which is shared by the majority of the economists and confirmed by the world practice of state finance regulations, states that the state budget deficit leads to the decrease of the level of national savings and investment, and also to the appearance of trade balance deficit. In the Long-term period, existence of state debt causes inflation as far as money emission for the state income increase equals introduction of the inflation tax, decreases stationary capital volume, under which investment equals amortization, external debt increases, devalvation of national currency continues. Volume of shadow economy increases, problems related to occurence and accumulation of new harmful or useful external effects the latter are uncompensated expenses or benefits of one of the parties who is not involved in the production or consumption of a certain product.

The article is devoted to the problem of the peculiarities of the value-motivational sphere of personality in the process of job search. Value-motivational sphere is the central core of the personality, determines its activity and activity. In this case, the system of value orientation is one of the most important components of the structure of the individual, occupying a boundary position between its motivation-requiring sphere and the system of personal meanings. The work defines the concept of "value", "value orientation". The results of the empirical study of the peculiarities of value-motivational sphere in persons with different types of employment in search of employment are presented. The purpose of the article is to theoretically substantiate and empirically identify the basic values of the person seeking work, to carry out an analysis of the results of the study of value orientations and to determine the characteristics of the indicators obtained in persons seeking employment with different types of employment. An empirical study of value orientations gave an idea of some aspects of the value-motivational sphere of personality, emphasizing the values that are prioritized by people with different types of employment seeking work. On the basis of the data obtained in the study, results were obtained regarding the features and changes in the value structure of the individual.

The results of modern studies of the characteristics of the manifestation of hardiness of students are highlighted. The data of an experimental study of the level of manifestation of the components of the hardiness of the personality of a modern graduand are given. Empirically studied features of their interrelation with the characteristics of style of self-regulation the behaviour and style of behaviour in conflict, indicators of psychological well-being are submitted for consideration. The established differences provide a clearer understanding of the specificity of the structure of the hardiness of the personality of a modern graduand.
