The article analyzes the level of physical fitness of first-year students of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. A low level of physical fitness was found in one third of the tested students, which indicates the lack of effectiveness of traditional forms of physical education. It is defined that sports orientation is a type of motor activity with a wide range of tools, which allows students with different levels of physical fitness to get involved in doing sports. It is concluded that the use of sports orientation in the educational process of students of higher education institutions will contribute to physical, intellectual, psychological preparedness, creative potential and the realization of a healthy lifestyle.

The article substantiates the essence and content of the competence approach in education. The content and structure of communicative competence are analyzed. The characteristic features of linguistic and communicative competence are established, the components of communicative competence of the future teacher are singled out. The pedagogical conditions of formation of language and communicative competence of the future primary school teacher are presented. Peculiarities of formation of language-communicative competence of the future teacher are determined. The language and communicative competence of the future primary school teacher is defined as the ability to establish and maintain the necessary contacts, a set of language knowledge, skills and abilities that provide effective communication. The connection of linguistic-communicative competence with operational characteristics: communicative, perceptual and interactive skills, with the culture of communication is revealed. The influence on the process of managing the formation of language and communicative competence of competitive specialists in higher education and the search for new approaches to educational strategies in the training of future primary school teachers in terms of educational diversification is proved.

The article is devoted to considering the peculiarities of professionally oriented foreign language training of tourism students, in particular the factors that ensure high-quality effectiveness in mastering a foreign language and contribute to personal and professional growth. The purpose of this study is to highlight the specifics of teaching foreign languages for the travel industry, determined by the sociocultural nature of tourism and the deepening of globalization processes in the service sector. The methodological basis for analyzing the issues raised are the principles of psychological and pedagogical science about the essence of personality and ways of its formation, in particular about the role of language as a means of cognition and transmission of social experience. Therefore, the main dominants of the educational process in the system of professionally oriented foreign language training of tourism students are competency in effective professional communication of tourism experts as a result of mastering the relevant professional competences when studying the discipline "Foreign language for professional purposes", sociocultural orientation of foreign language teaching and interactivity as a basic principle of professionally oriented education.

The ideas of moral education involve the realization of moral values, which is carried out in a combination of experience of secular and religious education. Trends in the development of Christian morality of preschoolers are revealed: axiologization of the content of education and upbringing of preschoolers, lifting of prohibitions of the Soviet period on religious education, reorientation from atheistic to Christian worldview, increasing attention to Christian pedagogy and pastoralism, involvement of pastors in the moral education of preschoolers, building the educational process on national values, strengthening the religious orientation of preschool education, integration of secular and religious educational influences in the formation of preschool morality, conceptualization, multiculturalism, updating forms, methods and means of working with preschoolers through information and communication technologies; expansion of the network of religious educational institutions; prognosticity, etc. The cultural nature of the ecological paradigm is based on the greening of morality, the establishment of the ecological imperative as the main ethical ideal of mankind, built on the basis of ecological values and norms, which, in turn, form human responsibility for all living things. A special factor of environmental education is the organization of purposeful communication with nature, in whatever form it would be organized. In this case, the principle of natural expediency is realized, which today is becoming dominant in the system of environmental education. The method of pastoral work with preschool children sets the boundaries of the child's formation of their own essence through pastoral assistance in dialogue with the Higher Essence as a process of forming environmental consciousness, covering such key categories as worldview, attitudes, values, behavior.

The global Covid-19 pandemic has identified new unpredictable operating conditions for most civil aviation entities. It is established that most representatives of the world aviation business, including Ukraine, have shown unpreparedness and inability to overcome the crisis, avoid bankruptcy and withstand competition. It is proved that despite the requirements of practice, aspects of the application of business planning as a management element are borrowed, not clearly defined and not adapted to the conditions of Ukrainian airlines in the crisis.

The study characterizes the synergy of legal values in a system of Ukrainian labour law. The object of research deals with the synergy of legal values in a system of Ukrainian labour law and with their representation in Ukrainian legislation. The study aim is to provide the rationale for the synergy of legal values in a system of Ukrainian labour law concerning with their representation in the current legislation and aspects of prospective development. The author applies principles of system-synergetic approach and formally-legal method researching the contents of legal rules. The results of research could be used at the lecture and seminars courses of The Labour Law of Ukraine and also at further studies. Conclusions. While the analysis of legal values representation in Ukrainian Labour Law the appliance of principles of system-synergetic approach demonstrates not only hierarchical and but also functional and synergetic relations between them. The last ones give legal system emergent features that are not presented as characteristics of its constituents. The author gives the reasons for axial synergy in a system of labour law that concerns with legal values. The last ones are represented in labour law, interpreted according to the legal principles and have system-shaping function. The author states that legal values combine the rules of labour law in a single whole, coordinate legal rule with the principles of natural law, and provide its external functioning to achieve the legal aim. The study interprets legal values as a linking part between the functioning and development of society and legal system and demonstrates the coordination with the statements of system-synergetic approach. This approach concerns with legal values depending on ideal, perfectionist character serve not only as a measure of current legal rules but also an attractor of legislative progress. Basing on the analysis of Ukrainian current legislation in the sphere of labour law the author states the synergy of value of human life, dignity, freedom, equality, justice. This does not exclude further improvement of legal rules, first of all, in the implementation of the decent work conception, defining the equitable share of employees according to the results of common activity with the employer. The author presents these statements as ones that could provide employees and their families with free and decent life, achievement the equality of labour contract parties, employees and employer basing on legal parity in labour relations.

The article investigates some aspects of linguistic and stylistic analysis of a legal text. The authors of the article consider the legal text through the prism of legal discourse, reflecting its specifics and basic properties. In addition, emphasis is placed on the need to identify certain functions of legal discourse, which are interconnected and interdependent, finding their implementation in the actions of discourse participants and the meaning of communication. A thorough analysis of contemporary research and publications conducted by the authors of the article shows that the issue of law text linguistic and stylistic analysis is still being explored by foreign and domestic scientists, which indicates the relevance of the chosen topic.

The purpose of the study is to assess the anthropogenic load and to determine the ecological status of the Pripyat river valley in order to develop measures to improve it. The calculation was carried out in accordance with the method of determining the induction coefficient (ICAL), developed by A. Jacyk. According to the method, the general state of the river valley is considered as four independent main subsystems: «Radioactive contamination of the territory», «Land use», «Use of river runoff», «Water quality». It was established that there is no radioactive contamination of land in the Pripyat river valley. State of the subsystem «Land use» is rated as «satisfactory» with a quantitative level of 0,84. In the Pripyat river valley there was a close to normal irreversible water consumption and a discharge of water into the river network with quantitative measure 1. At the same time, a low discharges of polluted sewage and a high use of river runoff were observed and estimated at 3 and -3 points respectively. Consequently, the state of the subsystem «Use of river runoff» in the valley of the river Pripyat is classified as «bad» with a quantitative measure of 0.28. The state of the subsystem «Water Quality», according to the integral ecological index (2,1), described the water as category 2 of the second class («pure») with a quantitative measure 1. In general, the ecological status of the river valley of the river Pripyat was classified as «satisfactory», and the level of anthropogenic loading by magnitude ICAN was 0,8, which testifies on the rational but not balanced use of land and water resources in the management process. Hence, an estimation of anthropogenic load on the river valley is very important for the formation of environmental protection and the establishment of indicators that most influence the ecological status of the river.

A comparative analysis of literary texts of translators have been shown. The article explains the positive role of synchronic translation multiplicity. To guarantee the adequate variant of translation, the translator usually restores to some lexical and stylistic transformations.

This paper proposes a method of automated infrastructure deployment, implementation and configuration of software in cloud computing environments. The method allows you to describe infrastructure objects using code and dynamically modify configurations depending on the cloud. This method uses the Ansible and Terraform utilities to interact with the cloud environment API and virtual machines. The developed method allows you to configure virtual machines in parallel and have an identical infrastructure in different cloud computing environments. Testing was performed in AWS and Azure environments. The method accelerates the deployment of the infrastructure and provides idempotence of the software configuration.

The article touches upon the issue of the pedagogical terms of use of didactic games in classes in foreign languages as means of motivation development and cognition of the junior pupils. It gives a detailed analysis of the scientific perspectives of famous scientists on the didactic power of the game in the educational process in the primary school and their interpretability according to main provisions of the concept of the New Ukrainian School, which main motive is childcentrism in teaching. The central challenge of the New Ukrainian School is realization of main public obligations by teachers and targeting the research of forms, teaching approaches, methods, establishing author programs, diversification of the teaching technologies. Much attention is given to the ways of forming of both classic competences (communicative, cognitive etc.) and new, modern abilities, that create all-round developed personality: leadership, enterprise, foreign language communication, economic literacy, striving on self-expression in education and culture, technical, natural, intercultural, informational, civil-society competence etc. It is investigated that exactly in the age when the primary school student goes through the major phases of personal development, the didactic game is able to create enabling environment for this and to help to overcome the communication barrier in foreign language class. It is spoken in detail about the value of paying attention to the development of the cognitive component of the communicative competence as soon as possible, because a child should know how to take interest in knowledge and to aim for knowledge, which happens through the game. The following conclusions are drawn: the game is called a specific socialization school for children, because on the one hand it is a manifestation of culture of conduct, culture of communication, raising children outside of the game, and on the other hand interesting content of games, representation of teamwork, noble deeds promotes the development of friendship and it’s used to bind the group. Such unity of gaming and real interactions helps to establish the moral rectitude of the children’s behavior. Didactic games develop children’s speech skills, enrich and form mental lexicon.
