Legal strategies aimed at protecting individual rights and freedoms, strategies for optimizing legal instruments in the field of human rights are analyzed in the context of the theory of the state and law; state legal strategies are defined in the field of protecting citizens' rights and freedoms in a particular legal system. It is shown how the target orientation of legal strategies in the field of protection of human rights and the nature of transformations of legal systems are due to their implementation. The issues of legal strategies for the protection of human rights are considered as topical issues for Ukraine in the period of building a legal state.

This article presents the general logic of building a program for the implementation of automated computer calculations of optimization parameters (the number of programs, the probability of a bit error and the cost of an earth station) of a telecommunications network for transmitting a television signal. The basic syntax is shown, which is the basis for full-fledged software. The results of the preliminary compilation and execution of the described program are demonstrated; the accordance of the obtained values and those that calculated manually is verified. The possibility of further improvement of the program code and its modification and extension to solve additional problems associated with calculating the parameters of the telecommunications network is analyzed.

The content of the main components of hardiness, which form its structure - involvement, control and risk acceptance is described. The structural elements of life-meaning orientations – life goals, life performance, life process, “I” locus of control, life control locus – and their relationship with the phenomenon of the viability of the individual are described.

The article discusses the basic tasks of financial analysis and major groups of indicators characterizing the financial condition of enterprises. The analysis of current indicators at the enterprise is carried out. Areas of improvement of financial condition of the enterprise are considered on the example of "Private Joint-Stock Company" Ukrainian Airlines "International Airlines. The analysis of the enterprise financial state is one of the main tools to find the competitiveness of producer. The development and implementation of new analytical methods and ways to improve the financial company states will increase its property potential to restore paying capacity and profitability. Insufficient attention is paid to improving the financial situation and finding ways to overcome the crisis. An assessment of the financial state can’t be carried out through one indicator, but only with the help of a complex system of indicators that details the financial condition of the enterprise. Various methods and models of analysis are used to analyze the financial condition of the company, their quantity and breadth of application depend on the specific purposes of the analysis and are determined by its tasks in each particular case. It is important to note that the most common are balance methods and models, coefficient estimation, rating estimation, integral complex estimation, estimation of the probability of bankruptcy on the basis of statistical models. Understanding of the necessity of conducting financial diagnostics of the enterprise and timely and qualitative analysis are essential for making managerial decisions which are directed to the decision of questions of choice of the direction of activity and development of the enterprise, improvement of its efficiency, competitiveness and profitability.

The studies were conducted on the territory of the equatorial Andes. The aim of the work was to determine the ratio of gully forms of various lengths on the key section. The authors used field research and the program ArcGIS 10.3 basing on the study of orthophotos. It is established that gully forms with a length of up to 50 m, constituting 37%, prevail. The gullies over 400 m long make only 8% of all erosion forms. Lateral short gullies retain the potential for peak growth as a result of regressive erosion. The work can be used in such scientific areas as fluvial geomorphology and soil protection from erosion.

The paper is devoted to the correction of primary schoolchildren’s emotional and destructive behavior. To solve the set tasks, an author’s personal specially designed questionnaire was used. The conducted research showed that among the surveyed children, whose behavior often has emotional and destrcutive manifestations, the following characteristics were observed: anxiety, grumpiness, capriciousness, ruinity. As a result of the carried out research, taking into account the above-mentioned, a system of correcting undesirable manifestations of children’s emotional and destructive behavior was constructed. Approbation of the proposed system in a psychological and pedagogical experiment proved that it is much promising in the aspect of correcting the level of children’s emotional and destructive behavior, increased empathy, self-regulation, and decreased anxiety manifestation. It was verified that the proposed system of training lessons allows to correct the level of emotional and destructive behaviour manifestation and can be used for methodological recommendations, psychologists, teachers, social educators.

The attention was paid to the actual issues of financial results formation. A comparison between the structure of articles of the national and international economic classification of expenditures. In the national classification were identified certain categories of expenditures that differ from the international classification. The economic essence of expenditures for transfers and subsidies and their significance for budget indicators of a certain region are analyzed. It is proposed to allocate in the structure of the national classification certain categories – "Transfers" and "Subsidies", that will facilitate the harmonization of the public finance management system in Ukraine with the norms and rules adopted at the international level and the comparability of reporting data on the implementation of the budgets of Ukraine and other countries.

It makes conditions for the exchange of personal spiritual values and also improves sociocultural relations. Many years of experience working with children’s creative teams shows that children’s theater through the dialogue of cultures embodies the idea of syncretism of all arts; it combines teaching, educational and creative processes, helps to solve general pedagogical tasks related to the formation of emotional culture, cognition and awareness of real life phenomena and enrichment of the child’s aesthetic experience.
