Introduction. Calcium silicate is one of the well-known building materials. Its structure determines the ability of such nanostructured additives to form a secondary structure – a fractal (volumetrical) network with which cement grains interact. The addition of nanomodifying additives to improve the technology of cement production will reduce the space dimension in which molecules are sorbed on the cement grain, and, accordingly, increase the rate and efficiency of its blocking. Methods and materials. The paper proposes a method for obtaining calcium silicate from soda ash production waste. The sol-gel method for the synthesis of individual nanomodifiers in the silicate form will improve the technology for producing concretes by forming a solid phase state of the modified structure of a cement stone. In the production of soda ash, the land plots (sludge accumulators) are allocated for the collection of production waste (distiller liquid). In this regard, the acute problem is a disposition of industry waste, because the area allocated for sludge accumulators is limited. Results and discussions. The study revealed that the addition of certain components allows us not only to reduce the required firing temperature, but also to affect the nanostructure of the resulting product. The range of values of the content of additives per 5 g of calcium silicate: С – 0.2÷0.4; S – 0.3÷0.5; ZnO – 0.1÷0.3; P2O5 – 0.3÷0.5; NH2CONH2 – 0.3÷0.3. According to the obtained matrix of conditions, 16 samples of substances were prepared. Nanomodification of cement stone leads to its hardening in the early stages of structure formation. Conclusion. The addition of hydroperite to calcium silicate significantly increases the hardness of the final product; when coal, sulfur, zinc oxide and phosphorus pentoxide are added as components, the hardness and structure of the compound changes. Thus, the use of a nanostructured cement additive based on calcium silicate obtained by qualified processing of the main waste that is part of the distiller liquid - calcium oxide, will improve the quality of concrete by improving the technology of cement production.

For example, the invention «A method to obtain polymer-composite material and a composite reinforcement» relates to construction materials and is designed to reinforce building structures, that allows obtaining strengthened stressed composite reinforcement with improved physical-mechanical characteristics, increased resistance to aggressive environments. A method to obtain polymer-composite material is a multi-stage production of colloid solution on the basis of epoxy resin with addition of carbon nanotubes and applying heat and ultrasound impact. Introduction of modifiers (fillers) in polymer matrix in a certain ratio and fillers orientation make it possible to create a polymer strengthened for mechanical loads and with increased resistance to aggressive media (acid-resistance and alkali-resistance). The following inventions in the field of nanotechnology can also be interesting for specialists: a method to obtain biocide suspension applied on wallpaper and wall finishings, a method of aerosol spraying of nanoparticles in constant electric field, a method to obtain amorphous nanostructured diamond-like coating, a polymer composite heat-conducting paste with nanofiber modifier, a plant to provide controlled electroimpulse obtaining of nanoparticles of current conducting materials, etc. Conclusion. One of the most challenging tasks the economy of every country faces is to increase industrial competitiveness through technological upgrade. From the side of the state and companies the principal object to control in this process are the people and enterprises dealing with introduction of inventions and new technologies.

It is emphasized in the article that thanks to the discovery of D.I. Mendeleev and the Periodic Table of chemical elements existing for more than 150 years, as well as the international table IUPAC, chemistry has been actively developing and keeps developing. A new model for arranging chemical elements in the form of a three-dimensional matrix has been proposed. This makes it possible to predict new elements with the designation of nuclear masses and the electronic structure of shells. For example, the invention «Protective coating and method of its application» relates to the field of protecting metals from corrosion. To obtain a protective coating, a composition containing an industrial oil with a powder of a phosphorusmodified copper-carbon nanocomposite is applied to the surface of an unalloyed steel and subjected to thermochemical activation by heating for 20 minutes at a temperature of 100–200°C. During the formation of the coating, strong donor-acceptor bonds of iron atoms with phosphorus, which are in the composition of the copper-carbon nanocomposite, are formed. In the course of experiments, it was found that heating samples with a coating of oil with the addition of a phosphorus-modified copper-carbon nanocomposite to 100–200°C increases the chemical activity of the nanocomposite, as a result of which a protective coating forms on the surface, which re uces the corrosion rate depending on the concentration of the modified metal-carbon nanocomposite.by 70–95%. The following inventions the field of nanotechnology are also of interest to specialists: a method for obtaining a nanostructured surface of a metal workpiece by laser treatment, a device for producing nanodispersed metal oxides, a method for producing a nanostructured composite material based on aluminum, a method for modifying the surfaces of plates of a brazed plate heat exchanger, etc. Conclusion. One of the most challenging tasks the economy of every country face is to increase industrial competitiveness through technological upgrade. From the side of the state and companies the principal object to control in this process are the people and enterprises dealing with introduction of inventions and new technologies.

Introduction. An important performance characteristic of many building materials is one related to water. Therefore, hydrophobization of the surface of the material is an important task, which at the current level is solved by applying special means. It has been found that it is possible to impart water repellent properties to the surface by using polydisperse mineral materials capable of forming a rough surface. Fine powder from polymineral sand is proposed to be used as a hydrophobisate. The revealed functional relationship between the specific surface and the value of the average particle diameter of the powders, having a linear character, allows assessing their morphological structure and predicting the powder's ability to form a rough layer that enhances the water repellent properties of the surface. Methods and Materials. Four deposits of polymineral construction sands are selected as raw materials. The samples were washed and dried. Then their size modulus and true density were determined. To obtain finely dispersed powders, the raw material was ground by dry dispersion. Particle dimensional characteristics were determined by photon-correlation spectroscopy. The visual characteristic of the shape and size of the particles is determined on a laser analyzer. The specific surface area of highly dispersed rock systems was determined by gas sorption, according to BET theory. Measurement of the edge stationary wetting angle was carried out by applying a drop of distilled water to the powder surface. Results and Discussion. The dimensional characteristics of the obtained fractions showed that with a milling time (30 min) for the sands of all deposits, the average particle size (d) is 360±45 nm. At the same time, the sands of the Kenitsy and Nekhtskoye deposits have the highest values of specific surface area (Ssp). The functional relationship between the Ssp of the powders tested and 1/d was determined. The resulting linear dependencies were characterized by mathematical expressions of the form Ssp = (a/d)+b, a where reflects the rate of change in the specific surface value as the average particle diameter of the samples changes; b – is the regression line shift associated with the asymmetric shape of the particles and the non-uniformity (roughness) of the surface. It has been found that as the value of b increases, the degree of inhomogeneity of the surface formed by these particles also increases. Determination of the edge wetting angle of the surface of the powders under study showed that as the grinding time increased, the wetting angle (surface hydrophobicity) increased. So, for the surface of the fine powder of the Nekhtskoye deposit, the wetting edge angle reaches a value (114о) close in magnitude to superhydrophobicity (120о). Conclusion. The experiments showed the validity of the proposed working hypothesis related to the possible assessment of surface hydrophobicity by the experimentally determined dependence of Ssp = f (1/d). This technique can be used to select mineral powders whose fine systems are capable of hydrophobizing (if necessary hydrophilizing) the surface of the material.

The application of the results of scientists’, engineers’ and specialists’ investigations, including inventions in the area of nanotechnology and nanomaterials allow achieving significant efficiency in construction, house and communal service, related sectors of economy. For example, the invention “A method to modify concrete with complex additive which includes hydrothermal nanoparticles SiO2 and multi-layer carbon nanotubes” refers to methods of modifying concrete by introducing combination of nanoparticles with high specific surface into concrete mixture and can be used in production of precast and monolithic parts and structures of buildings and facilities of different purpose. This method of nanomodifying concrete makes it possible to achieve increased mechanical characteristics of concrete: compressive strength (25–77% at the age of 28 days) and bending strength, resistance to damage, Young’s mod of elasticity and shearing modulus, density (up to 10%), accelerated hardening at the early age and rate of strength development, decreased water absorbtion ability and improved indicators of porous structure (pore size and pore differential size uniformity), decreased total capillary porosity, increased frost resistance. The specialists can also be interested in the following nanotechnological inventions: a method to obtain polycrystalline diamond films; phase change materials for building construction: an overview of nano-/microencapsulation, solar collector of transpiration type; a method to obtain composition for antimicrobic coating on the basis of silver sulphide associates with molecules of methylene blue; broadband electromagnetic absorbing coating; a method to produce dry building mixtures; self-organizing nanostructures and separation membrane including aquaporin water channels and the methods to produce and use them; a method to obtain nanocrystalline titanium dioxide with anatase structure, etc. Conclusion. One of the most challenging tasks the economy of every country face is to increase industrial competitiveness through technological upgrade. From the side of the state and companies the principal object to control in this process are the people and enterprises dealing with introduction of inventions and new technologies.

: Introduction. Human safety during sport activities depends mostly on the technical states of sport facilities. According to current legislation, every school and higher education institution with sport facilities must meet nationwide standards for safety requirements. Sports facilities with existing codes and GOSTR are inspected by a special committee, which is required for accreditation, and which has been applied for several decades. This study offers more accurate and up-to-date methods for inspection of these sport facilities, specifically three-dimensional laser scanning. The technology of three-dimensional laser scanning is used mainly to obtain high precision and detailed measurements of any object. The authors analyzed the methods of application of three-dimensional laser scanning to assure human safety during sport activities at schools and higher educational institutions. Materials and methods. The objects analyzed were running tracks at the stadium at Kuban State Technological University. The main research method is an empirical one, namely field measurements. Scanning of racetracks was performed with the Leica ScanStation C10 from six stations. After field measurements were taken, point cloud was imported into special software to process the results of the laser scanning by the Leica Cyclone. After measurements were taken, all the critical points of the racetracks were classified by the height. According to existing standards for racetracks at athletic stadiums, the allowable value of roughness is 10 mm. Results and discussion. Classification of points revealed that the limit value for roughness of University’s racetrack was 9 mm (which meets existing safety requirements for racetracks). Thus, racetracks of Kuban State Technological University underwent the accreditation process performed by the research group from the Department of Cadaster and Geo-Engineering. Conclusion. The conclusion of the paper detertmined that, in fact, laser scanning can be applied to control safety of race tracks.

Introduction. The most effective binding agents in wood-polymer composites based on polyvinyl chloride are carboncontaining nanostructures, which improve the electrical, physical-mechanical, rheological properties, as well as the structure and durability of the composites. Their main disadvantage is a high degree of particle aggregation, which makes it difficult to mix and process them in polymer compositions. In this regard, an urgent task is to search for such carbon nanomodifiers that would have a low degree of aggregation and low cost. Methods and materials. The paper studies the effectiveness of mechanically activated petroleum cokes as binding agents in building wood-polymer composites based on polyvinyl chloride. Mechanical activation leads to the functionalization of carbon particles of coke with the formation of oxygen-containing groups on the surface. The effect of various amounts of coke (up to 10% of the mass of wood flour) is considered and the relationship between the nature of coke and their concentration in the polymer compositions with the main technological (melt flow) and operational (tensile and bending strength, high elasticity modulus, hardness, water absorption and thermal stability) indicators and supramolecular structure of woodpolymer composites has been identified. Results and discussion. With the introduction of cokes, a high degree of orientation of the supramolecular structures of the composites in the direction of extrusion of the samples is observed, which leads to an increase in the breaking strength and bending strength, as well as the high elasticity modulus. The optimal concentration of additives was determined from 0.1 to 5%. In relation to wood flour, the amount of which in the wood-polymer composition is 50 mass parts per 100 mass parts PVC. Conclusion. The introduction of mechanically activated petroleum cokes as binding agents in wood-polymer composites based on polyvinyl chloride has been carried out. Mechanical activation made it possible to reduce the aggregation of coke particles into larger agglomerates, which makes it possible to efficiently introduce the nanomodifier in dry form and to exclude the introduction of nanomodifier in the form of aqueous dispersions, which is a rather energy-intensive production operation.

Introduction. At present, both abroad and in Russia, accidents, fires and explosions in the engineering systems of multiapartment residential buildings and individual residential buildings have become more frequent. At the same time, the "creators" of automated systems for monitoring and accounting of energy resources (ASKUE) did not attend to the solution of the problems of safety of engineering systems, since their goals were exclusively commercial tasks – "digitalization" of energy consumption metering and detection of illegal consumption of such sources. Therefore, in this article, an attempt is made to "eliminate clutter" in the automation of engineering systems in the residential sector. Methods, models and tools. Based on the analysis of engineering systems of multi-apartment residential buildings and individual residential buildings, as a result of the functioning of which not only the delivery of life support resources (gas, cold and hot water, electricity, communications, etc.) is carried out, but also fire-energy and environmental harm occurs, a methodology has been developed for the "intellectualization" of the means of accounting for the supplied resources, for the purpose of diagnosing and suppressing fire-energy harm using modern nanotechnologies and, thus, preventing accidents, explosions and fires in the residential sector. Results and discussion. The methodology of "intellectualization" is based on the dialectical unity of benefits and harms from consumed energy resources (electricity, domestic gas, hot and cold water), as well as to carry out a systemic synthesis of nanotechnologies and means of "detection and suppression" of fire-energy harm. The novelty of the research is protected by RF patents. Conclusion. The proposed approach makes it possible to "eliminate the disorder before the automation" of engineering systems of multi-apartment residential buildings and individual residential houses, by "intellectualizing" metering devices and optimizing nanotechnologies for suppressing fire-energy harm which leads to socio-economic losses.

Introduction. Unauthorized dumps are territories that are not permitted and not equipped in accordance with the current legislation of the territory, where waste products are disposed of. Most of the unauthorized dumps, both industrial and municipal solid waste (MSW), are objects of accumulated harm. In connection with the increase in the use of nanoparticles of various genesis in engineering materials, there is a need to assess their impact on environmental components and human health. One of the main marker substances that determine the ecotoxicological effect of dumps are heavy metals, including those entering the environment in the form of metal-containing nanoparticles. Their identification, determination of the processes of horizontal and vertical migration of pollutants (P), identification of the intensity of negative processes are necessary information for making decisions on the choice of methods and technologies for recultivation of disturbed areas. Currently, there are no legislative acts (LA) that take into account the specifics of such objects in the study of territories within the framework of environmental surveys (ES), which necessarily precede the implementation of project documentation for recultivation. A vital task is to develop a methodological approach to diagnosing the state of territories disturbed as a result of waste disposal, and to reliably determine the boundaries of soil pollution, taking into account modern trends in the development of nanotechnology. Methods and materials. The analytical study was based on the results of environmental surveys at four unauthorized dumps of the Republic of Bashkortostan (three dumps for municipal solid waste (MSW) and one dump for industrial waste), carried out in 2019–2020. Results and discussion. A study of the reliability and completeness of determining the level of soil pollution in the territory of the dumps was made. Deviations from the requirements of СS 11-102-97, GOST 17.4.3.01-83 in terms of the number of sampling points and their spatial location were revealed. It was found that the requirements of Article 1 and Article 80.1 of the Federal Law of 10.01.2001 No.7-FL “On Protection of Environment” on identifying negative environmental changes and establishing the ability of pollutants to migrate to other components of the environment were not taken into account. Conclusions. The existing methodological approaches to establishing the boundaries of soil pollution in the areas where unauthorized dumps are located require revision and specification.

One of the most demanded materials on the planet is plastic, the excellent performance of which contributes to the accumulationof a significant amount of waste on its basis. In this regard, a new approach to the development of these materials hasbeen formed in scientific circles: the production of polymer composites with constant performance characteristics for a certainperiod and then capable of destruction under the influence of environmental factors. Analysis of the current state of the industry of polymeric materials shows that the most urgent is the use of such classical polymers as polyolefins and polyvinyl chloride. First of all, the optimal solution to this problem due to the lack of a suitable replacement for traditional polymers is the development of composites based on them with the use of biodegradable additives. In this case, a set of problems associated with waste disposal issolved: the decomposition period of the recycled waste is significantly reduced, the territories required for plastic waste are reduced. The paper outlines the preconditions for the emergence and further development of the field of biodegradable polymers. The mainquantitative characteristics of the production capacities of manufactured bioplastics by types, regions and industries of applicationare given. Modern methods of reducing and regulating the degradation time of polymer materials are presented. The main global and domestic manufacturers of biodegradable polymers and their products are listed, as well as a list of the main manufacturers of biodegradable additives for polymeric materials. Modern types of bioplastics based on renewable raw materials, composites with their use, aswell as modified materials from natural and synthetic polymers are listed. The main methods for determining the biodegradability of existing bioplastics are described.

Methods, models and tools. Based on the analysis of the engineering systems of multi-apartment residential buildings and individual residential buildings, as a result of the functioning of which not only the delivery of “life support benefits” is carried out, but also fire-energy and environmental damage occurs, a methodology for intellectualization” of the accounting means for the supplied resources has been developed for diagnostics and suppression of fire and energy harm with the help of modern nanotechnology and, thus, prevention of fires and explosions in the residential sector. Results and discussion. The methodology of “intellectualization” is based on the results of a system analysis of the “functioning of the residential sector” (apartment buildings and individual residential buildings), which made it possible to “discover” the dialectical unity of benefits and harms from consumed energy resources (electricity, domestic gas, hot and cold water), as well as to carry out a systemic synthesis of nanotechnologies and means of “isolation and suppression” of fire and energy harm. The novelty of the research is protected by RF patents. Conclusion. The proposed approach allows “eliminating the disorder before the automation” of engineering systems of multiapartment residential buildings and individual residential buildings, by “intellectualizing” metering devices and optimizing nanotechnologies for suppressing fire and energy harm that brings socio-economic losses.

Introduction. The development of innovative approaches to digital equipment control that ensure the production of 3D building structures with high operational and technical-economic characteristics remains an urgent task. The handling and maintenance of technological equipment during the process of 3D-printing of construction objects do not always meet the modern requirements of technical systems management. Methods and materials. 3D-printing is based on the method of extrusion: molding of a building structure layer-by-layer with the addition and fairly rapid subsequent solidification of nanocomposite building materials. The resulting optimized nanocomposition must have the required rheology, which set the comb-like polycarboxylate esters with nanosteric repulsion at a distance of ≈ 11 nm. In order to organize a stable 3D-printing technology, it is also necessary to select the appropriate optimal fillers that provide the necessary physical, mechanical and operational characteristics to the hardened nanocomposite. Results. The effectiveness of three-dimensional printing calls for the coordinated operation of a construction-grade 3D-printer. In this regard, it is necessary to have concrete pumping equipment that is able to pump the initial nanocomposition through flexible pipelines at a certain speed. It is necessary to consider the influence of pressure and volume to increase the power of the concrete pump motor by 14–17%, and at the same tine reduce the level of vibrations. Discussion. Digital 3D-technologies reveal unique opportunities for innovative production of three-dimensional construction objects and engineering structures. Technological quality management of 3D-printing depends on the correct alignment of the printer mechanisms, and the reduction of defective products can be achieved by adjusting the molding parameters of building nanocomposites. The structure-forming curing of Portland cement nanocomposites is based on the formation of fractal structures of calcium hydrosilicate clusters with dimensions of 47–51 nm, that form nanoaggregates (125–132 nm), which gradually cement the fillers due to adhesive interactions. The high demand for the corresponding equipment only strengthens the advantages of 3D-additive technologies: its practical waste-free operation, low power consumption of 3D-printers, time reduction of design-to-completion process by 8–11 times. Conclusions. Technological managing of concrete pump equipment for 3D-additive printing of building nanocomposites reduces energy costs by 26–29%, and at the same time reduces the level of vibration.
