This scientific direction was headed by IR Prigogine. Nonlinear Science opens up new possibilities in the study of the conduct of real complex dynamic systems. Nonlinear dynamics is a new science studying the evolution of the real nonlinear systems, where along with determinism appears dynamic chaos.

Raising of problem. For the design and construction of tube gas heaters in building structures to need solve the problems of analysis and synthesis of such heating system. The mathematical model of this system is consists of: mathematical model of the tube gas heater, mathematical model of heat distribution in the building structure and corresponding boundary conditions. To solve the tasks of analysis and synthesis must be appropriate mathematical and information support. Purpose. The purpose of this paper is to describe the developed mathematical and information support that solve the problems of analysis and synthesis of heating systems with gas tube heaters, located in building constructions. Conclusion. Mathematical support includes the development of algorithms and software for the numerical solution of problems analysis and synthesis heating system. Information support includes all the necessary parameters characterizing the thermal properties of materials which used in the heating system, and the parameters characterizing the heat exchange between the coolant and components of the heating system. It was developed algorithms for solving problems of analysis and synthesis heating system with tube gas heater located in structures to use evolutionary search algorithm and software. It was made experimental study and was obtained results allow to calculate the heat transfer from the gas-air mixture to the boundary surface of the building structure. This results and computation will provide full information support for solving problems of analysis and synthesis of the heating system. Was developed mathematical and software support, which allows to solve the problems of analysis and synthesis heating systems with gas tube heaters, located in building structures. Tube gas heaters located in the building structures allows with small capital expenditures to provide space heating. Is necessary to solve the problems of analysis (calculation) and synthesis (design and management regimes) for high-quality design of such systems.

Raising of problem. Important difference of our epoch is Scientific-Technical Progress. The highest stage of STP is jump from one state of science to another. The example of this process is stirring appearance of new scientific disciplines arising up on joints and drawn zones, as well as creation of scientific «hybrid» directions on the basis of multilateral connections, and appearance of new methods and research principles that gives effective results. All these innovations are the result of the united action of two outwardly opposite processes: differentiations or specializations (divisions) and integrations, intercommunications (association) of sciences and processes that is specific to STР. The division of sciences combines with more increasing process of their integration, with synthesis of scientific knowledge, complex approach, with the transfer of methods and research principles from one area into another and with the interpenetration of methods. Aim. The research of systemology as a tool of problem solving of joint work of elements of the productive systems taking into account intersystem connections on the base of logistic principles. Conclusions. Offered approach to the modeling of development and placing of production has an accessible form that integrates solution in a complex model with common logic and view and with main structural and functional integrity. In this model the component parts are connected, concerted and are compose the single modeling system. The consolidation of diversified problems of integrationof production is carried out by the concordance of intersystem connections of five blocks : raw material - transport – production - transport - consumer.

Problem statement. The productivity of ball mills is an important process parameter. Optimization of loading of the mill will get the maximum efficiency of grinding limestone. Analysis of theresent research. In the scientific work on the process control of grinding in ball mills, particularly interesting are the work of Alekseev B. V., Maksimenko A. A., Uteush E. V., Bapat D. D., Kaminsky A. D. It is proved that the assessment of management effectiveness limestone grinding in a ball mill is a multiobjective and must provide to achieve the highest possible performance and the required fineness of electricity at the lowest cost. A significant factor affecting the performance of the mill is utilization level of limestone. Purpose. Performance of two-chamber ball mill increased by maintaining an optimal level of loading of the drum limestone. Conclusions. 1. In Matlab package developed and investigated simulation model of extreme performance management of a ball mill by optimizing the filling level of the drum limestone. 2. Simulation model allows you to study the influence of various factors on the performance of the mill and determine the previous settings establish extreme regulator to obtain the desired transition process with a given accuracy at the stage of design work.

Raising of problem. In the construction market of Ukraine, there appear new materials and technology, which allow significant reducethe time of construction saving high quality of the buildings. Industrial low-rise construction is raising in connection with a number of problems that have arisen in Ukraine: development of construction in suburban areas; the need for the construction in areas of combat operations in the shortest possible time and at minimum cost; of construction information of traffic police officers posts. The purpose of the articleis analysis of the use of prefabricated modular systems, construction technology of the block-modules of industrial manufacturing, ensuring the reduction of labor costs and timing of construction works in order to promote the construction of low-rise buildings in Ukraine. Conclusion. The analysis of the construction of low-rise buildings of the block-modules was accomplished on the basis of which we can determine a number of advantages at the capital construction: extra-fast assembly-disassembly of structures and the pace of construction; universal nature of block-modules and the possibility of conversion and expansion of modular buildings; economic benefits.

Formulation of the problem. Ensuring reliable operation of wastewater systems is one of the important tasks of community services Ukrainian cities. Sewer pipelines and collectors in Ukrainian cities have different operation life. In some cases, the operation life of wastewater working systems is more than 100 years. Significant operating costs, maintenance and inspection of sewer networks are made to keep them in reliable condition. Sewer pipes, sewers and inspection of the mine are operated at highly aggressive conditions. The concentrations of carbon dioxide, ammonia, methane, hydrogen sulfide and other corrosive substances greater than the maximum allowable concentration in the gas environment of collectors and inspection shafts. This leads to corrosion of concrete nutrient. The problem of preservation and revitalization of existing collectors is relevant because to environmental requirements increase. An important environmental challenge is the protection of groundwater against aggressive reagents, which can get into the groundwater through a rotten constructions of wastewater systems. Purpose. Consolidation of experience survey dredging well collector in Kharkiv, an improvement of technical solutions and recommendations of ensure their continued reliable and safe operation with development, which provide resistance to dredging well construction of biogenic corrosion. Conclusion. Technology and recommendations were designed to bring construction of dredging well to normal technical condition. The aggression of the environment has been taken into account. The decisions will ensure the normal operation of dredging well for 20 years. At work was used modern corrosion-resistant materials: concrete of sulfate-resistant cement, glass-plastic composite reinforcement.

Formulation of the problem. This article contains information about the methods and the planning principles used in experimental research study of the injection technology of impervious screen. Today, there are ways to create impervious screens and curtains solve soil protection issues in the field impermeable layer arrangement at a shallow depth. However, for Ukraine, in the burial sites of radiation and other wastes is urgent issue of protection of underground space in places with deep impermeable layer. Classical methods can not fully solve such problems. To solve them, you need to develop innovative technology to create such a screen, which will lie authentic sole object to be protected, at the project depth. For the experiments, it is necessary to choose the most important indicator, and technological factors affecting it. This is due to the fact that the proposed technology provides for lesser known technical solutions, the use of which should ultimately result in impervious screens with desired properties. Goal. The aim of this study is the selection of technological parameters of injection, design of experiments and the selection of indicators characterizing the efficient operation of the screen. Such constructs must first have almost zero permeability. In this paper, it was of interest to study the influence of process parameters on the filtration rate of the protective screen. Conclusion. As a result of the design of experiments, the basic technological factors that have a significant effect on the studied parameters. varying levels of these factors are also identified, which in turn makes it possible to determine the optimum process parameters creating a screen that meets all the desired properties and characteristics. Based on a series of experiments it is possible to obtain optimal formulations for different types of soils.

Formulation of the problem. The institutions which are engaged in education of young athletes of Ukraine are going through a rough patch. Today there are boarding schools with a sports bias, but they are not enought, and resource base and conditions of staying in them need improvement and reorganization. In turn, foreign experience of design of sports institutions for children and adults deserves special attention as it includes the best world technology and architectural concepts and receptions. Article purpose: to analyze foreign experience of design of sports facilities, and also to reveal the main directions of their organization. To develop the conceptual project offer of sports boarding schools in Ukraine. Conclusions. The main tendencies of development of sports facilities abroad have been revealed. Relying on foreign experience, the basic principles of their formation have been defined. Knowledge gained with the help of analysis is introduced in the project offer of a children's sports complex in the city of Dnipro and can become a basis for reconsideration and modernization of the developed network of sports facilities in Ukraine.

Problem statement Today the new ways of scientific development, personel training, can provide a worthy place of state in the world state space are opened in the reform of the social and economic system of Ukraine. In modern sytem of higher school the development of basic scientific research, in particular that concern the construction industry. Involvement in scientific territories of talented youth, education in its methodological and empirical culture, increasing demands for labor research results, ensuring high efficiency and competitiveness of scientific production, defined as the main task of every university in Ukraine. These changes lead to the need for a qualitatively new approaches to research activities of higher education institutions, namely reproduction, development and enhancement of scientific schools as centers of effective training media and creators of science and technology in the modern world. Research and study of fundamental research schools, including the construction industry is a complex and diversified tasks, its solution was not got a big attention for a long, although construction industry has always been popular and necessary in any political or economic changes. Publications has been appearing since 1990s where authors while studing the achievements of Ukrainian scientists, scientists builders, could guided by primarily professional, not ideological reasons. Resently the relevant studies in Ukraine have got a certain evolution in terms of focus, complexity and depth of analysis. The purpose of the reseacrh is to identify and to characterize academic schools of construction education, particularly in the case of scientific schools of PSACEA. It is methodologically difficult and significant in terms of primary material task that requires deep and systematic study. To solve it in the same article is impossible, so we confine at this stage of forming the conceptual approaches to the systematization and scientific schools, as well as the definition of methodological problems associated with solution of given task. Analysis of the problem research shows, that the scientific achievements of many researchers accumulated a considerable material for the study of the phenomenon of scientific school, but finallythe approaches are not agreed to it in various fields. The studying of the theoretical aspects of the phenomenon of scientific school was initiated in 70-ies of XX century. Exploration of many scientists, including P. Anokhin A. Baev, K. Lange, M. Rodney M. Semenov [1; 2; 6; 12; 13] devoted to the general principles of the functioning of schools as a form of scientific research teams and the agenda of the issue of collective forms of creativity research scientists was offered.

Formulation of the problem. Developed construction industry is the basis of prosperity of the country as a whole and particular city in particular. An important role in the training of young builders relies on the training institutions, which, even replacing each other on the city map, retain and develop the traditions of engineering and construction education. The knowledge of the history of the first technical institution of building structure in our city will significantly influence the formation of civic and patriotic position of young engineers of building industry. Analysis of the research. Тhe history of higher polytechnic education in Ukraine of the first quarter of the twentieth century rather thoroughly was investigated in the works of V. Onopriyenko, V. Tarasov, A. Woroch, C. Choir, S. Hovrych, I. Fedosova and others. Specifically I. Fedosova considered features of formation of student contingent in the technical universities in the period which is considered and analyzed the source and status of research of the history of higher technical education in Ukraine. The formation of higher technical education in Katerynoslav was considered in the works of G. Shvyd’ko, V. Starostin, V. Savchuk, A. Bystryakov and V. Bolshakov. The purpose of the article is analysis of the development of higher building and architectural education in Katerynoslav (Dnipropetrovsk) during the XX - XXI century. Conclusion. The tradition of training of highly qualified engineering and architecture specialist inthe city has already a hundred years, and Prydniprovs’ka State Academy of Civil Engineering and Architecture concentrating all the achievements of its predecessors, absorbed throughout history research and development of talented architects, builders and engineers of the construction industry of the city, confidently looks into the future.

Problem statement. At research warmly intensity and thermal weariness of internal combustion engines (ICE) the knowledge and the analysis of local temperatures and thermal streams in the basic details forming the chamber of combustion is defining. Theoretically the problem consists in the decision of the equation of heat conductivity at the set features of course of thermal processes on border of bodies. Thus there is a problem of accuracy of the decision since it depends on accuracy of the task of real boundary conditions which can be received only by means of physical experiment and corresponding metrological maintenance. Unlike temperature the thermal stream cannot be measured directly, therefore it define on a difference of temperatures (thermal gradient a method) or a calorimetric method. Definition of density of streams with the help as named gauges of a thermal stream when the measured temperatures are used at the decision of a return problem of heat conductivity for chosen thermometric an element is most extended. In this case, except the requirement of one-dimensionality of distribution of temperatures, linearity and the minimum distortion of temperature fields of thermal system, there are considerable difficulties of calculation derivative of the measured temperature. To perspective it is possible to carry methods of researches which it is accepted to name cybernetic diagnostics or identification of systems. Their essence consists that the deformed information on object is compared to its mathematical model and then are defined its condition, parameters or entrance influences by minimization of square-law function are nonviscous. In work definition of density of thermal stationary streams on surfaces of a sleeve of cylinder ICE by a method of optimum filtration Kalmana and also an estimation of their reliability and accuracy is made. Possibility of application of filtration Kalmana is shown at experimental researches in ICE. The purpose. Definition of density of stationary thermal streams on surfaces of a sleeve of cylinder ICE a method of optimum filtration Kalmana, and also an estimation of their reliability and accuracy. Conclusions. Possibility of definition of density of stationary thermal streams by a method of optimum filtration Kalmana for the developed model of a heat transfer through cylinder ICE sleeve is shown. Results of mathematical modelling have shown constant stability and convergence of identification with definitive limiting relative errors of estimations of the maximum density of a thermal stream and factor of approximation not exceeding 5 %.

Statement of the problem. The review of the technical solutions of the foundation of buildings and structures revealed a number of significant shortcomings associated with the complexity of structures and a low probability of normal functioning in difficult engineering-geological conditions. When designing the building use and design measures that reduce either the amount of strain-tive effects from the base, or their impact on the structure. Experience in construction has shown that it is not always possible to completely prevent the adverse effects on structures from the base. Therefore, their effect on the structure still considered at the design stage. Purpose. On the basis of experimental and theoretical studies to justify the proposed theory of joint work the plate foundation-self- regulators (PFS) with the base, including the theory of plasticity (maximum stress state) and soil pressure on roofs with. Conclusion. Of all the discussed features of the joint work the PFS with the base surface is more important "arch" effect, since it is the resultant and explains the stress-strain state (SSS) for PFS. Increased design resistance at 15-22% is due to the design of the PFS and the special nature of the formation of the overall limit of the SSS of the base with an increase in load to the limit values. For the construction of the PFS by more uniform distribution of the contact stresses in the ground under the foundation, regardless of the power or influence of the deformation, and large outside the proportional relationship between stress and strain. Establish the boundaries of self-regulation can be obtained by carrying out mathematical modeling of changing the compensatory possibilities of the foundation.

Problem formulation. The symbolic nature of Einstein's formula in conjunction with the contradictory interpretations of its physical sense by the author produce the most incredible ideas and interpretations about the possibility of its use in a particular area of practice. All of this brings a certain confusion in the legitimacy of the existence of this formula at all, depending on how the general laws defining movement in the material world around us. Purpose. An analysis of the physical phenomena, which are reflected in the above formula, and based on this understanding of the methodological area of its applicability adequate. Results. Revealed important aspects that allow to bring some clarity to the physical nature of the interdependence of mass, energy and speed, it is shown that the symbol m in Einstein's formula does not meet the Newtonian (nonrelativistic) the concept of mass as a measure of the amount of substance (this circumstance has given rise to many disputes regarding the equivalence of mass and energy), the concept of inertial-mass energy equivalent of m*, which is actually present in the given formula. Conclusions. By itself, Einstein's formula describes the phenomena associated primarily with the processes of spontaneous disintegration of atomic nuclei of matter, or in other words, to radioactive decay, it is not suitable to describe the laws of motion of material bodies on Earth, and in no way does not replace in this sense, the main dependence of Newtonian mechanics.

The study was conducted the effect of the final deformation temperature in the intercritical interval on the structure and properties of heavy plate, produced by the controlled rolling method. Methodology. There are used the methods: qualitative and quantitative metallography, transmission and scanning electron microscopy, testing of mechanical properties. The purpose of the study - based on theoretical and experimental results to formulate the requirements for temperature and deformation parameters of production, providing higher strength and plastic properties than the existing industrial versions of controlled rolling. Results. It is shown that at a fixed degree of deformation the simultaneous increase in strength and plastic properties versus temperature has a weakly expressed extremum. Practical value. It is proposed the regim of controlled rolling at temperatures of finite deformation 785 ...810° C with accelerated controlled cooling and the regime that increases insufficiently high plastic properties, which are obtained in heavy plates by random deviations of the standard technology.

Intermediate austenite transformation develops in the temperature between the regions pearlitic and martensitic transformation [4]. Under continuous cooling steel at speeds below the critical value, but higher than those necessary for the decomposition of austenite by the diffusion mechanism, the formation of a mixture of different types of structures whose identification is not always unambiguous. This resulted in a different classification systems of microstructures of low-carbon steel after accelerated cooling and the absence of a common terminology relating to the products of austenite decomposition [3; 5 – 11]. In modern terminology, all of the intermediate transformation product classifications based on the differentiation of the following features – the morphology of bainite ferrite component (rack or plate), the presence of iron carbide precipitates, their distribution and morphology, as well as the presence or absence of residual austenite or martensite-austenite mixture. Identification of the products of the intermediate conversion not morphology ferrite component, and other characteristics by light microscopy is extremely difficult, and in some instances impossible due to the limited resolution of the light microscope, so for these purposes should be to use the method of transmission electron microscopy of thin foils. Electron microscopy studies show that low-carbon steels lamellar morphology of intermediate products decomposition of austenite is extremely rare, which is confirmed by foreign authors [2; 7; 9; 10].

Raising of problem. In order to obtain acceptable results of the evaluation of the metal structure developed methodology should include the use of both classical and modern methods of its evaluation and the properties of the produced goods. Thus, to establish the relationship between mechanical properties and structural elements of metall to use multifractal theory. The proposed method is the most appropriate to quantify the majority of real structures, which are integral approximation figures Euclid introduces some uncertainty, and therefore not always acceptable in practical problems of modern materials science. According to the proposed method, each of heterogeneous objects, which are the structures most metals can be characterized by variety of statistical Renyi dimensions. The range of dimensions multifractals interpreted as some of the physical laws, which have a separate statistical properties that make it possible to their financial performance. Application of statistical dimensions of the structural elements for the assessment of qualitative characteristics of metal contributes to their formalization as a function of the fractal dimension. This in turn makes it possible to identify and anticipate the physical and mechanical properties of the metal without producing special mechanical tests. Purpose  obtain information about the possible application of wavelet-multifractal analysis to assess the microstructure of the metal. Conclusion. Using the methods of wavelet multifractal analysis, a statistical evaluation of the structural elements of steel St3ps. An analysis of the characteristics of uniformity, consistency and regularity of the structural elements has shown that most of the change observed in the samples subjected to accelerated cooling water in the temperature range of the intermediate (bainitic) conversion 550 – 4500С, less - in samples cooled in the temperature range 650 pearlite transformation  6000С and the smallest in the sample in a state factory supplied. These results confirm their sensitivity to structural transformations, and, respectively, and mechanical properties.

Problem statement. The method of analysisof hierarchy process (AHP) provides solution of multi-criteria problems with simple and reasonable, including quantitative and qualitative factors of different dimensions. AHP is used to solve semistructured and unstructured problems. Only now it begins to be applied in Ukraine. The first works [2, 10, 14] were appered, where the essence of the method is revealed and technology of implementation of it on the computer are shown. [14] An attempt to determine theoretically the eigenvalues to the back of a symmetric matrix, but as a result of wrongly an accepted fact, the sum of the eigenvalues of matrix is equal to its order n, the authors conclude that for perfectly coherented matrix "all of eigenvalues - zeros, except for one, equaled n " In fact, the amount of the eigenvalues numerals of matrix A equals to the sum of the diagonal elements of the matrix, i.e.to its trace Sp A [5]. The shown [10] technology of implementation of method in this wark in the Excel indicates that the authors do not own of matrix functions of master of functions. There is no clear method of calculation using the AHP in the literature. Purpose. To develop a methodology for the application of the AHP to solve unstructured problems and technology of implementation method of Excel. Conclusion The proposed method opens the possibility of AHP and quite simply realized in Excel using of the matrix functions of master of functions.

Problem statement. Current socio-demographic conditions in Ukraine and the level of housing of different types and quality suggest the possibility of active development mobile home construction. Practical advantages of mobile homes in various regions of the world reflected in the popularity of their use, especially as a temporary, recreational, holiday and tourist accommodation. The use of mobile housing in Ukraine currently is limited functional-typological composition. Aim. Identify the features of the design and construction of mobile homes on the basis of studying the world and domestic experience based integrated assessment formative factors (environmental and fire safety, energy efficiency, reliability and sustainability, etc.). Analyzing of the resent research. In research on mobility and transform element residential buildings addressed such issues: the experience of adaptation of housing to changes in the life of their inhabitants in the form of transformation of the internal space and its versatility [1; 11]; the methodology and design of constructions differing movable , collapsible or foldable parts and features of formation of mobile home recreational purpose[19]; the evolution of human dwellings and projected a futuristic look at the structure of the living environment [14]. In the scientific development of modern authors on architectural topics most relevant topics related to energy issues: a study of the historical background of the development of energy efficient housing, development of the basic requirements and solutions, their formation, and the creation of engineering and efficient method of designing low-rise architecture [15]; an analysis of the use of alternative energy sources, identify the main ways of saving energy and the development of architecture energy-saving residential buildings of low and medium-rise [16]; the development of an integrated approach to the ecological – economic substantiation of creation of energy-efficient residential buildings using alternative energy sources [9]; the urgency of energy conservation in construction in the context of energy conservation for future generations, the use of renewable energy sources (RES) and the creation of energy efficient residential buildings with the use of "smart" building in the form of Autonomous control systems [10]; the use of renewable energy sources and secondary energy resources and construction of experimental houses [8]; the creation and formation energy active the property on marginal or degraded due to anthropogenic factors territories [5]; the establishment of new design standards of the dwelling based on the real experience of research, design, construction and operation of energy efficient engineering systems [4]. It seems appropriate to study the problem of mobile and modular housing in the context of the requirements of energy saving and energy efficiency. Conclude. A comparative analysis of the specificity of traditional and alternative (mobile) housing allowed us to identify the characteristic functional - typological features of mobile construction affecting its design, manufacture, erection and operation. Along with lighting experience in the use of mobile housing in modern conditions of Ukraine, the alternative variant for the organization of summer holidays for children from mobile homes-modulus.
