Developing marketing mix strategies for the recognition of an optician since its inception from June 2015 was the objective of this research. Despite the good quality of service that the microenterprise offers, it has not been able to obtain adequate recognition in the area of optometry. This is a field investigation, in which the inhabitants of the city of Guayaquil, place of location of the optician, were considered as the study population, with a sample of 344 people to collect information through surveys, thus managing to determine the preference of theconsumers before the service that is offered, also carried out interviews with the owner of the microenterprise and with a professional from the area. Through the analysis carried out on the results obtained, it was possible to determine the competent marketing mix strategies to achieve recognition of the service. In the course of this investigation, it was possible to detect and analyze the importance of marketing mix strategies in companies to achieve significant levels of sales and brand recognition, with the purpose of proposing pertinent improvements to microenterprises

The objective of this research was to identify the indicators of family violence that affect the socio-affective development of children between 5 and 6 years of age. It was a quantitative field study based on a literature review. The technique used for data collection was the survey, applying a questionnaire of closed questions with response alternatives of the Lickert scale, as well as the observation script to observe the children's performance during one month of class. The results come from the application of descriptive statistics. The sample is represented by 30 children and 24 parents. As a result, it was verified that family violence is a normalized method of correction, generating insecurity and distrust in the child as a result of the violence experienced at home, which causes the child to have some alterations in their socio-affective behavior patterns in their school environment

Chemical products production and marketing companies contribute to the industrial development of the country, through research, production, marketing of chemical products and the contribution of technical solutions that satisfy the needs of their customers in terms of quality and service, with a process of continuous improvement and complying with the standards in terms of industrial hygiene and safety. In order to optimize the company's processes, the researchers set themselves the objective of Designing an Inventory Control Manual for this type of organization, required for the activity of buying and selling goods or services, and thus guarantee the constant flow of the process of production and marketing. This research was developed under the deductive approach and is empirical, as a data collection instrument a survey consisting of 10closed questions is used, and they are addressed to the company's sellers, who were 40 in total, thus forming the sample population. Having as a result that 75% of the surveyed personnel do not know an inventory manual, 88% have not observed how to keep track of orders, however, 87% surveyed recognize that the company must have an inventory control manual to improve their processes of buying and selling goods and services

In order to achieve all these attributions and competencies of today's university, efficient and effective action and management mechanisms are required; a flexible and humanistic model is necessary in the paradigms that govern this institution for the transcendental changes demanded by societies. To this end, social projects are considered as tools for innovation and learning, which involve experience as a fundamental part of knowledge. The objective was to analyze, based on a literature review, the performance of public universities in social investment projects. Methodologically, it corresponded to a quantitative study supported by a bibliographic review of the analytical-descriptive type with reference to the descriptors related to the topic. As results, several references related to the efficiency of universities as educational institutions were identified among the literature consulted. Other references deal with technical efficiency, allocative efficiency and economic efficiency and it is precisely in these criteria that relevant information is found on the university's perspective on social projects. Inconclusion, universities face great challenges today, among them in the development of capacities as an institution that imparts knowledge, which should be oriented towards self-management for the attainment of resources that allow the pursuit of teachingfrom the practices of knowledge itself

This article is the result of an investigative process by the author in order to provide a contribution to the Ecuadorian educational system, through the analysis of teaching practice in relation to the impact of chess as a pedagogical strategy for the development of learning in second-year students. initial education level of the “Bolivariana” Educational Unit. For this, the theoretical postulates on learning by Piaget, Bandura, Pavlov, Bruner and Vygotsky were considered as a foundation, as well as those that refer to the management of chess as a basis for the development of Martínez Estrada's competences. From the methodological order, the study was developed with the type of descriptive research, with an exploratory level field design; in which non-participant observation was applied as a technique and for data recording an observation script aimed at teachers of the second level of initial education of the "Bolivarian" Educational Unit. The present investigative work seeks to capture a study of the activities in the administrative area of a hairdressing salon in Guayaquil-Ecuador, for this analysis is used as a method of investigation of the situation of the hairdressing salon, also was used as data collection techniques to the interview and survey to know the perception of the external public and customers on the development of the provision of services. With the present study, the components that a program must have in relation to environmental care were analyzed through the use of quantitative tools to present a pro-environmental program that benefits an Educational Community. To achieve the objective of the research, its two variables were mainly conceptualized: "environmental program" and "educational community"; Additionally, information was generated through surveys in which teachers, managers, administrators, parents, and students participated. As results of the investigation, it is known that there is a need to strengthen the environmental culture in the educational institution analyzed and that, on the otherhand, the institution has strengths related to communication and organization to achieve its objectives. Finally, the survey participants considered that carrying out a pro-environmental program is a valid way to strengthen the institutional environmentalculture. As a conclusion of the study, it was obtained that an educational community in the Canton of Durán requires actions that promote institutional communication around environmental issues, links with the surrounding community, better inclusion of environmental issues in the content of classes and promotion of values and eco-citizen practices in the interior. In Venezuela, the issue of inclusion of young people from the LGBTIQ+ community, an acronym for the words Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Transvestite, Intersexual and Queer+, the latter including people whosesexual orientation is not exclusively heterosexual, has been impacted by stereotypes. Despite the fact that resolutions, agreements and international treaties havebeensigned and ratified at the international level both in the United Nations (UN) andinthe Organization of American States (OAS), the civil and political rights of thepeople are not recognized in Venezuela. The objective of this research was to propose motivational strategies aimedat teachers of Primary Education for the implementation of teaching material intendedfor children with hearing impairment, in an Educational Unit of Education Special Puerto Ayacucho, Amazonas state. The study was carried out using the methodanalytical empirical in a positivist paradigm, with a feasible project approach, under the modality of descriptive field research, non-experimental design. Likewise, thepopulation under study was ten (10) teachers. For the application of thedatacollection instruments, a 11-question survey instrument, assessed through expert judgment of three specialists, to whom a pilot test was applied and thus calculatethe reliability through Cronbach's Alpha. Once the survey is applied analyzedandthe results were tabulated, through direct observation it was possible to highlight the lack of teaching material in learning spaces, determining that teachers do not use teaching materials such as learning strategy during the educational process. Therefore, it was concluded that it is pertinent and necessary to prepare a proposal for strategies for motivation addressed to teachers, for the implementation of didactic materials in classrooms for children with hearing impairments.

The objective of the study was to determine the educational didactic tendenciesused in the language teaching in the virtual environment. The methodologywasframed following the positivist postulate, presenting a quantitative posture, withinthe modality of field research, being a descriptive research. The populationwasintegrated the participation of 28 language specialist teachers and 95 foreignlanguage students, The sample was made up of the same population. The objectiveof this research was to design the prototype of an educational software orientedtothe General Media teacher, in order to be used as an educational tool multimediaand fun for learning the Jivi language. Digital applications are Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) fundamental in the teaching-learning processes at the educational level; especially they are used as tools in Basic Accounting. Objective: To analyze the influence of digital applications as learning tools for Basic Accounting in the Monseñor Juan Wiesneth educational unit. Methodology: The descriptive method is applied, with a quantitative approach with the application of a survey technique, with non-probabilistic quota sampling of afinite population of 217 high school students; For the descriptive analysis and correlation of results, the SPSS computer software was used. Results: Improvements were observed in the learning of the theoretical-practical contents of Basic Accounting, as a result of the use of digital applications as educational tools, which also facilitated the adaptation to the different advanced software programs of today. Conclusion digital applications facilitate the understanding, knowledge and participation of students in the classroom; They also allow managing activities in real time, they do not generate costs, they are versatile downloads in different devices, they promote the development of skills and abilities applicable to the workplace. The general objective of this research was to analyze the use of free drawing as a pedagogical strategy in the initial education center "Sorocaima", in the municipality of Atures, Amazonas state. It was approached with positivist paradigm, hypothetical-deductive method, non-experimental design, type of field, with a population of twelve (12) teachers.The survey was applied as a technique, an instrument a questionnaire of thirteen (13) items, with closed questions and dichotomous answers (yes or no), validated by three experts; applying the reliability coefficient Kuder and Richardson (KR/20), obtaining 0.96%; considered the same in the range of very high reliability.Two (02) types of data analysis were considered: the analysis of the conceptual content of the study events, and the analysis and interpretation of the responses given by the sample in the instrument applied. It was concluded that teachers attach great significance to the use of drawing to develop and strengthen fine motor skills, feelings and emotions, discipline, creativity and self-control of children, which allows inferring that through the epistemic formation of these, on the subject investigated, this valuable pedagogical tool can be used. It was recommended to provide theoretical-practical workshops to teachers on the use of drawing as a pedagogical strategy, which optimize their integral academic formation and make the process of socialization and learning in pre-school spaces more harmonious and enjoyable

A university student during his academic journey faces multiple pressures related to content management, peer pressure, questions from professors, economic uncertainty, adverse family situations, among other situations that put him on the limit, exponentially increasing his levels of anxiety, pushing him into the arms of stress that can unbalance his academic performance, feeling frustration at not achieving the academic goals he has set. Given this reality, the authors of this research set themselves the objective: to characterize assertive communication as a strategy in the face of academic stress in university students. Quantitative approach methodology with a comparative and retrospective descriptive design, using scientific articles between 2005 and 2021, in the Scopus and Scielo database, using as search words: assertiveness, assertive communication,academic stress and university student performance. Conclusions Assertive communication is seen as a personality characteristic that university students use to adequately manage academic stress, together with the support of a multidisciplinary university student orientation team.

The study of the perspective that higher education has played in the times of the Covid 19 pandemic, aims to establish the different perspectives of the variants of higher education in the Covid 19 pandemic and the challenges on digital skills. Being used for this purpose a methodology based on field research, presenting a descriptive level. Therefore, the population and sample consisted of 22 teachers and 185 students from the State University of Milagro. The data collection technique used was the survey and direct observation, as an instrument the questionnaire and the notebook were used. The analysis technique of the results was descriptive statistics. Among the results, it was determined that teachers were forced to migrate significantly to the use of digital tools, lacking in many cases the necessary training. While the students felt more comfortable changing the traditional way of receiving classes for the use of digital tools. Among theconclusions, the need for a training process for teachers on the use of digital tools in their teaching role was established.

In view of the foregoing, the aim is to analyse communication for inclusion in higher education organisations.Methodologically, this is a study associated with the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach of documentary type, descriptive level. The coronavirus or SARSCoV-2, a respiratory disease that plunged humanity into total confinement, a measure issued by the World Health Organization (WHO) as a strategy to reduce the levels of contagion and spread of the virus, controlling whether the health emergency. Analyzing technological trends in the educational field in the framework of the post-pandemic product of Covid-19 was the objective of this research. Methodologically, framed in the positivist paradigm, quantitative approach, field research, descriptive level, not experimental. The population was represented by 376 members of the university academic community of Guayaquil, as a sample 68% of it was considered. The technique used was the survey, as an instrument a questionnaire of 10 items was used, with closed questions, sent by the virtual platformsWhatsApp, Telegram and Email. Among the analysis techniques of the results, statistical analysis was used, constructing tables through the Excel 7.0 program. The results reflect that the pandemic shook all dimensions of human life, but in the field of university education, it became an opportunity to appropriate new strategies to develop the teaching and learning process using technological platforms. , being the most used WhatsApp, Facebook and text messaging. In conclusion, during the time of the Covid-19 pandemic, the educator assumes a role mediated by information and communication technologies, but which is projected as a tool for the post-pandemic educational approach from virtual contexts.

Methodologically, it corresponds to a mixed modality that results in a feasible project supported by a field research and a documentary review. As a result, Educational Management within the Institutional Educational Plan (PEI) in relation to Environmental Education issues was achieved, there are no planned strategies but there is the institutional will with the support of the school community to develop actions that seek a better quality of life related to the balance with the environment. The main objective of this study is to monitor the risk or protection factors present in the family reintegration process of children and adolescents in foster homes and other institutions authorized for this purpose, specifically contextualized in the Republic of Ecuador. This exploration is framed in a documentary research, of a bibliographic type, where a review of different scientific articles, research papers and other publications in magazines, published on the Web, was carried out; using the signing technique for the organization and decantation of the information obtained. Likewise, this research aims to expand and update the topic related to the agents that influence, either positively or negatively, in the process of reintegration into a family nucleus, of those children and adolescents who at some point have lost the protection of their family of origin. Likewise, it provides knowledge that will serve as a tool or input for future research on this content. Because it is framed in the context of the Republic of Ecuador, an investigation was carried out into the legal instruments in force in that country, focusing particularly on the National Constitution and the Code for Children and Adolescents. Finally, by way of conclusion, the author's criteria are presented, comparing it with previously carried out studies, based on the various approaches found

The mental health of humans is as important as physical health, so it requires care and attention from the early stages of life. On the other hand, violence affects the integrity of people from all aspects. In the case of psychological violence, it directly affects the psyche, causing low self-esteem, fears, insecurities and emotional dependence.That is why the objective of this research is to describe emotional dependence as a predisposing trait in psychological violence conceived in Ecuadorian laws. To fulfill this purpose, the methodology of a review study, of monographic type, was usedfor the search of information, a bibliographic archaeum was made of more than 50 scientific articles related to the subject, and theanalysis of the information was carried out under the technique of signing, underlining and analytical reading. Knowing the psychosocial effects of COVID 19 in university students of the Faculty of Social Work of the National University of Central Peru (UNCP) was the purpose of this research. Basic type study, descriptive level, quantitative, based on the scientific method; Three instruments were applied, a validated survey to measure the social aspect, the health stressors scale, and the Zung anxiety self-assessment scale, to measure the psychological aspect; For validity, the Pearson Correlation Coefficient (Others) was applied, the population was 320 students, the criterial sample being 90 students enrolled in the period 2021-I. The main results showed that all study subjects were affected by the COVID 19 pandemic to varying degrees, in the social dimension 66% went to health facilities indicating various difficulties in accessing services, 57% indicated that their economy family was greatly affected, forcing them to seek alternative activities, regarding their academic training, more than 70% of students reported technological insufficiency and network problems that have made it difficult to connect to virtual platforms; however, the majority of students have achieved a rapid adaptation to these changes, a fact that is manifested in the low levels of stress (15%) and anxiety (25%) revealed in the psychological dimension. It concludes by stating that the psychosocial effects were manifested in the limitations to health services, economic job insecurity, difficulties in accessing virtual education; situationswhose adequate emotional management had repercussions in low levels of stress and anxiety

An individual's social skills comprise a set of skills and diverse and specific capacities; that lead to relationships healthy and harmonious interpersonal and socio-emotional relationships throughout their life, directing it in this way to a good coexistence and its performance in society. The purpose of the study was to determine the development of the social skills in the boys and girls of the Pampa Blanca community Pampas-Tayacaja-Huancavelica. The methodology used was based on the quantitative approach, being a feasible non-experimental project with a descriptive. The sample consisted of 48 infants, with a distribution demographic of 22 boys and 26 girls between 10 and 12 years old, from a population of 126 children approximately. The data collection technique was survey and its instrument the questionnaire. The results determined that the sample reaches moderate and high levels in the selected dimensions for the study. In conclusion, the need to reinforce positive behaviors and promote activities that promote good relationships in children and teenagers
