The article offers models of two concepts (“MINE” and “ALIEN”) regarded as a conceptual basis for oral business discourse. The results of two experimental studies of operational layer of the concepts are outlined; a system of evaluation indexes to characterize the capacity of this layer for both concepts, with special consideration for informants’ social status is offered. The preliminary conclusions concern characteristics of communicative subculture of different social spheres in the light of interpersonal interaction within administrative discourse. The article considers opportunities to use the directional associative experiment, the method of subjective definitions and the method of questionnaire design in the research of the concepts of an ordinary linguistic perception. Experimental methods are illustrated by the description of the concept Russian language. The results of the research give an opportunity to estimate the effective revelation of the gender differentiation of cognitive indications. The research has demonstrated the existence of the gender marking of the concepts and it may be effectively revealed by experimental methods.
