As stated by NCTE (1998) in Quality Concerns of Teacher Education, The teacher has the very important element in any educational program. Teacher must responsible for the implementation of the educational process in all educational institution. Thus Teacher Education is imperative to invest in the preparation of noble teachers who act as a maker of new innovative India. Teachers must well prepare, highly qualified and especially in improving the quality of education facing global challenges and issues. For this purpose, we all need teacher education reform that aligns teacher preparation with the many demands of emerging information. All thinks that the teacher profession is not attractive for the students and also for qualified experienced teachers, because of the lower security of teachers’ welfare. As the result, the good student prefers to enter the other profession than entering into the teaching profession, while the qualified experienced teacher, and jump from teaching profession to some other profession which gives safety to them. For the teaching profession to be attractive there is a need to improve teachers welfare by increasing their salary and providing good work condition that support them to carry out their task professionally. Development of standards of teacher preparation in various fields, and changes the curriculum itself. According to the concept of Heil (2003), the role of teacher education must be to educate the future teachers who think globally, have wholesome experience and having more competence.

Mabdia Educational Block is situated at South-West of the District Barpeta most In the Char areas under Barpeta district of Assam. The river lets Manah, Banki, Chawlkhowa and Bhelengi with the mighty Brahmaputra flows over the areas of the block Mandia. The areas is scattered for the rivers and is known as char areas having almost the same percent minority Muslim community. The social life style is hard to harder except a few families. Almost all the family affected with the barrier of river and suffered from all sides. Last decade of 20th century the many panchayats areas were constant and the position of all sides was not so bad. But erosion of Brahmaputra and Banki has carried sorrow to some Panchayats. The Mandia educational Block is bearing many educational institutions from primary to higher secondary schools. Natural barrier is hindering to acquire as aspire education. As a result the side of literature, literary rate is low than the state. An educational survey is done to find out the actual literary position of the ‘Mandia Fduactional block. The Educational block consists of 19 Gaon panchayat of Baghbar L.A. constituency and 8 gaonpanchayat of Jania L.A. constituency.

The teacher, on the other hand, hardly realizes the difficulty of being ethical in real life and treats the subject of ethics at par with other subjects. Educational administrators are keen to ensure that the course on ethics is covered in a curriculum. Hence, teachers need to be highly competent with commitment, devotion and dedication to their duty. They should not only provide services to the students but also create opportunities for them to learn, to know, to think creatively, to act and to grow and must instill ethics in them.

Aim of the study was to find out will to win and aggression between individual and team game players, for this study 30 individual and 30 intercollegiate team game were selected with simple sampling method. For collection of data standard questionnaire were used which is developed by Anand Kumar and Prem Shankar Shukla for Will to win, and aggression by R. L. Bhardwaj. Statistical analysis was done with the help of ‘t’ test the result of this study shows that aggression of individual game player is high than team game player, and level of will to win is also more in individual game players as compared to team game players

Existentiallism is the recent trend in philosophy and literature. After the second world war man began to lose faith in life. Loss of countless human lives had left the man in deep sorrow and agony. The thought of existence became the prime concern. It was in this perspective that existentialism got importance in literature and philosophy. Rene Descartes, the French philosopher is regarded as the father of modern western philosophy. He tried to shape philosophy like mathematics. His ‘Meditations’ is the famous volume in which he has studied the subject. Reduce everything to reason was his motto.Jean Paul Sartre is known as atheist. He was bestowed with ‘Nobel Prize’ for brilliant literary contribution, but he refused to accept it on certain personal grounds. When one cannot seek consolation in the visible experienced world how can an invisible God provide the requisite succor to us? The most striking idea in his entire thought is’ ‘freedom’. Man is born free. Defying the idea of existence of God, man is capable of evolving and professing human values as such his affirmed. The aim of this paper is to study the existential writers and their works. After studying the lives and philosophy of these writers we can deduce some common concepts in their thoughts.

This research paper emphasis the nature, background, types, impacts of pesticide; it also showcases the national and international efforts to reduce pesticides from the daily commodities. Presticide residue refers to the presticide that may remain on or in food after they are applied to food crops. The levels of these residues in food are often stipulated by regulatory bodies in many countries. Exposure of the general population to these residues most commonly occurs through consumption of treated food sources, or being in close contact to areas treated with pesticides such as farms or lawns around houses.Through this paper I tried to highlight the poor flight of modern food. Today we are producing food from factories in large quantity but this food contaminated with chemicals and other hazardous things. Even though the dirty dozen foods may have more presticide residue than other produce, their level of resudye is still very small compared to doses actually found to have an effect with chronic low-level exposure. A study calculated predicted long term consumer exposure to these pesticides; it was found exposure levels were 1000 times less than the lowest levels shown to have an effect. The scientific evidence shows that there is a very low risk associated with eating these foods despite their dubious label.

This study examined the effectiveness of collaborative strategic reading and story mapping on reading comprehension of upper primary students. In this study, pre-test & post-test experimental group design was used. Students of class VIII and IX from two schools of Chandigarh were randomly selected from different sections. In total 120 students with reading comprehension problems were selected on the basis of teachers’ observation that referred those children who are having reading difficulties. Raven’s Progressive Matrices (Non verbal) test was administered on the selected students. The students who’s IQ were between 90 and 110 were selected for further study which were 99 in number. Test of reading comprehension by Ahuja and Ahuja (2012) was conducted on these (n=99) students. Students who fall in below average level in reading comprehension were included for the study. In total 46 students were included for study. Twenty three students were randomly assigned to 2 experimental groups. Collaborative Strategic Reading and story mapping strategy were used to enhance the reading comprehension of these students. Mean differential were worked out to see the effectiveness of these strategies. It was found that both the intervention strategies were equally effective in enhancing the reading comprehension of these students.

It is only superficially affected by the day- o-day changes; we continue to live in the same way as we have in the past centuries with the same tragedies and the same comedies. And that is why it interests me.

The role of small scale industries in the economic development of India in recent years is critically analyzed in this paper. Small scale industries play a vital role in the development of economy, mainly in developing countries. If population of India is taken into consideration it can be said that this sector is developed other economy related problems can be dissolved automatically. But these have to face so many problems while competing with other large scale industries. Various factors affecting the growth and development of small scale industries and problem faced by this vital sector of Indian economy is examined. The contribution, export promotion and other economic indicators are discussed. During last 60 years, the limit of investment has changed from Rs. 5 laces in the sixties to Rs. 5 crores in 2010. If the problems are solved or efforts are taken to faster these challenges this sector can prove itself as a developing engine. It is important to examine the growth of small scale industries in the context of more liberal economy and see what kind of technology flexible specialization or mass production should be followed for further growth and to encourage employment generation.

In this paper it is found that Anita Desai writes of the woman as a victim in a patriarchal, patrilineal and father-dominated Indian family. The Indian woman is, forever, dominated by and dependent upon a male member of her family-be it the father, the brother, the husband, or the son. These are the various phases of an Indian woman’s life and the novelist sharply focuses upon the emotional reactions of the woman as she experiences these stages. It is not always an attitude of compromise, there are moments of rebellion and sometimes she gathers sufficient courage to speak out a word of resistance. Saved this rebel as backdrop, this paper has dealt in detail with the complex social context of old norms and notions entrapping the woman under clutches of tradition.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of three different training programs on electromyographic activity (EMG), isometric strength, resistance training and quadriceps hypertrophy in track and field athletes. 27 male adolescents’ athletes were divided in three (3) groups of nine (9), the Neuromuscular Group (NeuroGr), the Hypertrophy Group (HyperGr) and the Control Group (ControlG). The participants in both NeuroGr and HyperGr trained 3 times per week for 8 weeks while the athletes of ControlGr did not take any exercise. The maximal isometric strength and muscular hypertrophy of all par-ticipants’ right thigh were measured pre, in the middle and at post training programs. At the time course of 8 weeks, the ANOVA revealed a significant improvement in isometric strength (21.4%) and hypertrophy (10.3%) in the athletes of NeuroGr. Similarly, the athletes’ of HyperGr improved in isometric strength and hypertrophy 18% and 15.5% respectively, while no changes were observed in strength elements of ControlGr athletes. Furthermore, the EMG evaluation showed that the hypertrophy Increase of FlyperGr athletes was a result of both neurophysiological adaptive mechanisms and hypertrophy factors. In athletes of NeuroGr the neuro physiological characteristics prevail while the hypertrophy adaptation contribution was limited. As control group. The following fitness variables were selected for the purpose of the study: Flexibility test (sit and reach test), strength test (vertical jump test), speed test (5 cm dash test), agility (shuttle run test), and cardio-vascular fitness test (cooper 12 minute run-walk test).

Students are an important asset of a country because they will become tomorrow's young men and women and will provide the human potential required for the country's development. Stress plays an important role in the development of intelligence and personality of individuals especially the Intermediate students; its influence is steadily increasing with increase in stress promoters in the life and environment of the modern population. Stress is a force or pressure in one’s efforts to maintain the balanced and beneficial mental state and in the process the individual suffers some degree of discomfort, not sparing Intermediate students too. Although the concept of stress has maintained an important place in psychology for a long time, its importance has magnified against the general competition, indiscipline and confusion of the present time. Stress is a strain or force for the student in his efforts to maintain his original state and, in the process suffer some degree of discomfort. Life would be simple, enjoyable and stress-free if one’s physiological and psychological needs are automatically satisfied; but there are both environmental and other obstacles in the path towards fulfilment of desires, causing interference and stress. The population of the study is 12th class students in Krishnagiri district. A sample of 81 higher secondary school students from 6 schools selected randomly. The findings revealed that there is significant difference in academic stress of higher secondary school students with regard to gender, locality, and medium of instruction; private school students have high academic stress and better academic achievement than government and aided school students; co-education school students have high academic stress and better academic achievement as compared to the students studying in boys and girls school; there is no significant difference in academic achievement between male and female higher secondary school students; and there is significant difference in academic achievement of higher secondary school students with regard to locality and medium of instruction.

Dialogue is very different from the practices commonly seen in many classrooms in which teachers put questions and students have to answer them. In dialogue teaching interactions can be occur in the context of whole class, group or one on one learning activities in which the child has to build understanding of the concept, explore ideas and practice thinking through his different type of expressions of the concepts leading them towards holistic development. The present study was concerned with teaching Mathematics through the dialogue method of teaching. It is an innovative practice designed for interactive classroom learning at the elementary school level for the holistic development of the children. Holistic education emphasizes the integration of all aspects of learning aiming intellectual, emotional, social, physical and spiritual development. It realizes the meaning and purpose of human life in the society in this modern era. The study is qualitative and participant observation method was used to collect the data. One class was selected conveniently and the dialogue method was practiced for one month. The achievement of the student participants taught through dialogue method was compared with the achievement of the same student participants taught through traditional method. The results of dialogue method were found better than the traditional one.
