The use of emerging tools and technologies in higher education has transformed teaching methods, improving accessibility, interactivity and personalization of learning. The study aimed to investigate the impact of the use of emerging tools and technologies in higher education teaching,focusing on their influence on learning effectiveness, student participation and educational quality. A longitudinal study was conducted involving the implementation of various technological tools in a university educational setting. Surveys, qualitative and quantitative data analysis, as well as monitoring of academic performance indicators were used to assess the change in teaching-learning dynamics. The application of emerging technologies demonstrated significant improvements in students' active participation, level of engagement and comprehension of the material. Data collected suggest an increase in retention rates and academic performance, as well as increased student satisfaction with innovative teaching methods. The strategic use of emerging tools and technologies in higher education can be a catalyst for substantial improvement in the quality of teaching and learning. These findings support the importance of the continued integration of innovative technologies into educational environments, with the potential to provide more dynamic, personalized, and effective educational experiences

These days, humanity is facing a reality permeated by changes generated in various fields, which have oriented what has been called the postmodern era, maybe in response to traditional approaches, especially in the management area, affecting the organizations in depth. This essay originated from a documentary review whose purpose was to generate contributions for a future doctoral thesis, considering relevant aspects that will to the reflection on the reality to be studied, related to the management carried out by Venezuelan universities in the context of university social responsibility, highlighting the commitment to promote the 2030 Agenda, under a postmodern managerial approach. In order to undertake these elements for this essay, it was necessary for the information investigated to be interpreted as an input for reflective action on the need to achieve an appropriate managerial approachfor the commitments that universities have with society and the various impacts that they generate it in. Among the commitments is the promotion of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) and the fulfillment of the goals in response to SDG 4 of the 2030 Agenda. The article deals with the state of regular basic education in Peru at the end of 2019, the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, which caused the implementation of virtual education. The objective of the article is to evaluate public policies in Regular Basic Education of the National Educational Project by 2021. The methodology includes the management of documents on public policies based on qualitative indicators, selecting, reviewing and analyzing printed and digital books, articles located in Google Books, Google Scholar, Dialnet and SciElo and journalistic notes from the period 2002 to 2020, citing and referencing by APA standards. Research is generally a subject viewed by students with aversion, being one of the many reasons why students do not make an effort, and only meet the requirements to pass, without appropriating the necessary tools. That is why the objective of this research is to determine the level of research competencies of the students of the UNCP Faculty of Human Medicine in 2022. The methodology used responds to the type of quantitative, retrospective research. The non-experimental research design of descriptive and cross-sectional type. The study population is made up of students from the IV to the XII semester: 200 Students. The sampling technique was non-probabilistic for convenience, leaving 53 medical students. This has allowed us to conclude that competency-based training considered as a teaching-learning process is valuable because it allows people to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes, so that every day they improve their performance in a certain work environment. The United Nations (UN) defines violence in dating relationships as any violent act that generates physical and psychosexual damage to the victim, including threats of death or deprivation of the autonomy that he or she has as a person, whether produced in the public or private. The objective of this research is to analyze violence in dating relationships among adolescents between 13 and 19 years old in the Casa Bonita neighborhood in southern Esmeraldas. A quantitative study with a descriptive and transversal approach was carried out, with a deductive method, in a sample made up of 20 participants who met the inclusion criteria, using a structured survey based on the violence meter and designed with the Likert scale model. The results showed that 40% of the sample were between 13 and 16 years old. Regardingthe signs of violence in adolescent dating, 80% of the participants considered that these elements are fear of retaliation, family pressure, followed by 70% of adolescents who feel shame before society; 65% indicated that low self-esteem is a clear example of being a victim of violence. The utilization of fractal geometry in business management is posited as a perspective to confront organizational challenges during periods marked by uncertainty (Mandelbrot, 1982). This idea is grounded in the analogy observed in numerous natural phenomena, where fractal behaviors are evidenced, even in geological systems. Additionally, in the environment, the coexistence of chaos and order manifests itself in various proportions (Camacho, 2015).Since the 1970s and 1980s, studies exploring the relationship between organizational processes and the chaotic nature of the environment (Weik, 1976), "organized anarchy" (March and Olsen) (Guerrero, 2007), and the applicability of complexity in these processes (Gallardo, 2022) have been conducted. In this context, the application of fractal principles allows inferring intrinsic complexity in business dynamics, highlighting non-linear patterns and self-similar structures. In correspondence, the purpose of this study lies in expounding on the potential applicability of fractal geometry fundamentals in organizational management. The research follows a positivist, non-experimental, documentary, and interpretative approach; carried out through content analysis and relational matrices. The results suggest perspectives for application by inferring that business management, in its dynamic and changing nature, continually faces unpredictable scenarios, considering them as particular moments, open systems that respond to the environment. Based on these notions, fractal geometry, closely linked to chaos theory, emerges as a resource providing conceptual perspectives for managing the variability and irregularity present in organizational processes. Therefore, considering these premises, companies can explore their capacity to adapt to turbulent environments, identifying non-linear relationships and optimizing strategies based on the self-organization inherent in fractal systems

In the last five years, the cocoa sector has been fundamental for the country's economy, which in turn generates sources of income and employment for families and farmers; it has a large participation in international markets.Based on this, the objective is to analyze the geographic diversification of cocoa powder exports, through exports to international markets. This research has been created in order to graphically represent the export and the importance of cocoa in the economy of Ecuador, in a descriptive way it has been possible to obtain information from bibliographic sources such as commercial data, market share among others, having managed to find the inconvenience of exporting that product. Since long ago, the export and production of cocoa has expanded the economy and employment growth of some countries. Therefore, chocolate creators have for years been demanding good quality cocoa exports with excellent aroma and flavor. Ecuador has been a producer of fine and aromatic cocoa with 63% of the world's production, and its flavor has been recognized for centuries. Despite all the above conditions, its inhabitants limit their capacity for the proper utilization of this natural resource, so it is still considered a developing country, one of the greatest weaknesses of the country is its low participation in international markets

The objective of this documentary review was to analyze the effectiveness of interventions based on art and emotions in the teaching and learning of mathematics. The PRISMA review protocol was followed, which includes the identification of the research question, the database search, the selection of relevant studies, the extraction of key information and the synthesis of the results. A total of 22 studies meeting the inclusion criteria were identified. These studies were carried out in different educational contexts, such as primary, secondary and higher schools, and used different artistic interventions, such as drama, music and dance, to teach mathematics. The results of this review indicated that interventions based on art and emotions can have a positive impact on the teaching and learning of mathematics. It was found that these interventions can increase students' motivation, improve their understanding of mathematical concepts, and promote their participation in learning activities. It was also observed that artistic interventions can facilitate the transfer of mathematical knowledge to real life situations, which gives a more practical and meaningful meaning to mathematical content. In conclusion, this documentary review suggests that interventions based on art and emotions can be an effective option to improve the teaching and learning of mathematics. However, more studies are needed to better understand the mechanisms through which these interventions work and to assess their long-term effectiveness

Information and Communication Technologies are a viable instrument if we look at them from an instrumentalized perspective in which it is sought to mediate the educational teaching process for its improvement. This article aims to determine that the implementation and design of methodological strategies allow the proper use of TIC in the teaching and learning process in Law; For this purpose, a mixed qualitative and quantitative and descriptive approach was used, supported by the non-experimental design, and instruments such as the questionnaire, the survey and the observation were applied. A guidedsample made up of 85 students and 7 fifth-year law professors was applied. The results obtained allowed us to detect in the diagnostic stage that the majority of teachers are unaware of the use of TIC, but consider it pertinent to be trained in its use and that students support its implementation since the teaching-learning process is optimized with the aim of use of them. It is evident that the teacher is heading towards the use of TIC, but work must continue to consolidate the experience. Finally, TICs by themselves do not fulfill an educational purpose; to achieve this, methodological strategies must be implemented that promote the proper use of TICs within the teaching-learning process. Due to the results obtained, teachers who present a limitation in the use of the Internet and other technological tools were identified, which should serve to expand the study sample and strengthen future training courses for the implementation of TIC in the Law career

This essay is part of the concern to address a reflection on the Argentine public university, its institutional design, and democratic organization, based on the case of the Tucumán National University. From this perspective, it focuses on analyzing the concept of citizenship from a political standpoint, aiming to delve into the central aspects of citizen participation and the representation of the university demos in co-governance spaces. At this point, it is essential to analyze how the university organization and its democracy contribute to the recognition of the citizen rights of university actors, both collective and individual, within the context of belonging. The methodology used to construct this communication is based on a descriptive bibliographic review, examining various documents that support the constitution and functioning of public universities in Argentina. It can be inferred that university democracy, in particular, requires historical subjects who imagine and long for it; who organize and fight for it, and who establish it under the existing academic, scientific, cultural, and political conditions. Undoubtedly, within the framework of the comprehensive treatment of the major themes that converge in it, as a means for the democratization of our Higher Education Institutions

This document aims to develop an analysis on administrative management in satisfaction of service quality for students of the Technological Training Institute (ITF). The methodology uses a mixed approach, collecting data through a questionnaire to 388 students, via the Internet, structured from the dimensions and indicators relevant to the SERVPERF technique. The results report for the administrative management a 0.981 on the satisfaction of the quality that the student has of the services that he receives from the ITF. The study responds to the typology of qualitative research, and within the context, the interpretive or constructivist paradigm is located, for the interpretation of social interaction in which it is proposed to study the interpretations and meanings and ntologically, the researcher relates to the subjects, i.e. students and professionals in an intersubjective way, also using as a method, phenomenology to give interpretive sense of the behavior of professionals in their personal and collective experience, through the description and interpretation of these behaviors; since this method seeks to discover the meaning and sense of people's lived experiences. It is concluded that axiology, as a philosophical discipline, plays a relevant role in university academic formation, as a transcendental element of the individual and society

Meats are quintessential foods consumed in countries worldwide, however, it is necessary to look at how they are processed and the laborrisks that workers in this sector have in municipal slaughterhouses. That is why the objective of this research was to analyze the occupational risk factors existing in the workers of the municipal carnal. Methodologically, it is framed in the positivist paradigm, qualitative approach, field research method. The sample was finite from 20 carnal workers who voluntarily decided to participate in the study. The data collection technique was the survey through a dichotomous questionnaire and descriptive statistics were used for the analysis of the results. The results showed that 80% of the workers know the slaughter process, 70% consider that the carnal is not located in the best space to carry out the slaughter, 95% acknowledge that they have not received training to carry out a good slaughter technique. For their part, 85% acknowledge that if it is, they deliver the necessary equipment to carry out the task. In conclusion, it is stated that it is necessary to optimize safety and hygiene measures to minimize occupational risks

In recent years, companies dedicated to the sale of pet food have been seen, which have put commercial value above nutritional value. Based on this, the objective was to generate from this research: Identify the conditions for the design of a business plan for the manufacture of artisan snacks aimed at canine pets. Methodologically it was approached as a field investigation, positivist paradigm, quantitative approach. The sample consisted of 377 dog owners. To collect the information, the survey was used and the results were analyzedthrough descriptive statistics. The results showed that 58% of the sample has at least one pet dog, 66% consider that they are of the average economic level, 50% incorporate croquettes into the diet of canines. 74% showed interest in acquiring healthy snacks if they are produced within the community and 79% believe that the best way to publicize this healthy snack is through social networks. All these results allow us to conclude that the conditions are given for the design of a business plan for the manufacture of artisanal snacks aimed at canine pets.

This study analyzes the current problems that are generated in the current musical artistic education of future teachers of this specialty. The general objective is to propose a teacher training program in musical artistic education. The applied methodology is the inductive method with a quantitative methodological approach that is the most pertinent for the present case. The type of study has considered the cognitive, social, artistic aspects, as well as scientific production, which propose a creative, comprehensive and multidisciplinary vision. In addition, it is descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional, applied in a population sample made up of 12 teachers and 154 students of the Bachelor of Arts career.The collection of data and information was obtained through instruments such as the questionnaire, developing a pilot test with the application of Cronbach's alpha in Excel to measure the reliability and correlation of the items, generating a significanceof 0.826909379 thus confirming the validity of the instrument. For the inferential analysis, the SPSS system was used, through which the normality of the distribution of data obtained is determined, which exceeds 50 elements, which is why Kolmogorov-Smirnov is applied. In the same way, the statistical result of correlation indicated absence of normality, applying Rho Spearman for non-parametric correlations. Ethical considerations regarding career outlines and the anonymity of information sources were maintained and respected. Thanks to this, the results and their respective discussion were analyzed in a descriptive and statistical way to generate conclusions that, "Music as a concept of art, can be studied with the tools of science. Art is not scientific; it is studied through aesthetics or the study of the processes of how it is produced and its foundations

The data collection techniques were the descriptive cards and the content analysis was used as a technique for the analysis of the results. It is concluded that the university is one more institution in the network of social organizations that give way to the formation of the individual as a social being, which should promote its academic strengthening as a teacher in training within the framework of the PNF using the integration of reading and writing as a didactic strategy

originalABSTRACTThe present study had the purpose of analyzing the school-Community Integration from the Council in the School Management of the "Primary Education" Municipality Atures. State. Amazonas State. In order to develop it, the methodology used was based on the descriptive field research modality. The population approached was made up of 32 managers in charge of institutional management, members of the different committees that make up the Educational Council. Since it was considered a causal population, no sample was taken from it. For the collection of information, the survey technique was used and the questionnaire format was used as an instrument, where items of the simple selection type were formulated with the Likert scale, the same addressed to the population under study. They were also subjected to the validationand reliability process by means of expert judgment and by calculating Cronbach's Alpha statistical formula. The data collected were tabulated, presented, analyzed and interpreted through the statistical analysis of simple frequency and percentage, conclusions and recommendations.

The objective of this research is to describe educational management as a way of multicultural community self-management. Methodologically, it assumed the field research modality supported by a bibliographic review, within the quantitative research paradigm. The population under study was constituted by (30) educational committee, (19) teachers working in the institution. For data collection, a questionnaire type instrument was elaborated with (18) items of the lickert scale type and simple selection, the content validity of the instrument was obtained through the judgment of three (3) professionally qualified experts, the reliability of this was given through the alpha cronbach coefficient. The reliability of the instrument was estimated through the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, the result of which was 0.90. Reaching the following conclusions; a high percentage of the respondents establish that self-management offers different opportunities for the solution of economic and social problems in the educational communities, also they coordinate, organize and plan multicultural community self-management, it is recommended that they apply community self-management because it offers different opportunities for the solution of problems helping to solve their own needs and maintain the culture and also achieve changes that are permanent

To determine the importance of recovery of overdue accounts and accounts receivable of the plastic factory from the impact of the portfolio of direct and financial credits that it generates when applying the strategies of credits and collections that are adapted to the best operation of the company. Methodologically, it corresponds to field research with a quantitative approach, the sample was composed of 29 people among workers, potential customers and current consumers. The data collection was done through the survey and direct observation, using descriptive statistics for the analysis of the results. The results show that the period 2017-2018 the percentage of accounts receivable increased to 52.85%, and towards the year 2021 they increased due to the pandemic product of Covid 19 and it was evidenced regarding the frequency of communication of accounts to debtors that in 28%, statements of account are not sent. In conclusion, there is currently a collection procedure that needs to be updated and adjusted because the company is being affected financially, although its customers are willing to cancel the direct credits that have been granted

The teacher's perspective in the application of ICT to the student's cognitive process in technological higher education in Ecuador has been little studied. The objective of this work is to relate these two variables (bearing in mind their use, functionality and perception of them) with the student's cognitive activity. The methodology used was qualitative, developed as a non-experimental, cross-sectional study and a population sample at convenience, the expert judgment method was used to validate the developed construct, in addition to assessing the objectivity and content of the instrument, to for which the coincidence criterion was used, the reliability of the survey was measured by means of the Cronbach's Alpha statistic, the correlation of the variables was made by using the cross tables and the Chi-square statistic. It is concluded that teachers who have more experience better adapt the use of ICT as tools to achieve significant improvements in the cognitive process of students. Young teachers (less than 3 years old) also adapt to the use of ICT in their daily work, while the stratum of seniority from 4 to 7 years is divided in opinion on this hypothesis

Nowadays, there is a reality characterized by changes in all scopes, which affect each existing organization. This article refers to a doctoral thesis whose purpose was to generate a theoretical approach about the ontoepistemic vision of the education-environment binomial, from the glance of private university social responsibility, specifically at the Yacambú University. In order to support the research and to be able to contrast with the findings, the reference to universities and their relationship with society, university social responsibility and sustainable development was reviewed and analyzed. This research was approached from the qualitative perspective approach and the hermeneutic phenomenological method based on hermeneutics. To achieve the research purposes, it involved obtaining relevant information, through in-depth interviews; to reveal the emerging categories, which founded the respective triangulation, guiding the contrast that generated the theorizing process. The informants consider that despite the fact that the Yacambú University executes actions oriented by social responsibility in the environmental dimension, it is necessary to incorporate the stakeholders in the identification of the successes and failures of the institution; this beingimportant for the planning of joint actions, for the benefit of all those involved and based of the sustainable development objectives
