The objective of the study was to characterize the curricular processes and the academic performance of the students of the Enrique López Albújar Educational Institution in Piu-ra-Peru, during the 2017 school year. The methodology used in the research was framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, field research modality, and descriptive level, 62 teachers and 281 students represented the population and sample. Regarding the data collection technique, direct observation and the survey were used, and the instruments used the notebook and the questionnaire. The analysis technique of the results was descriptive statistics. The results, it was determined that curricular planning is a process that presents intermediate levels of efficiency, with weaknesses in aspects of diagnosis and articulation with the curricular project. The participation of the actors and the process orientation. In terms of the academic performance achieved by the students in 47.7% corresponding to the level of achievement called expected achievement. Conclusions, it was established that the curricular processes are carried out with certain levels of efficiency and the academic performance of the students, on average, is located at the level of achievement called in process.

Job performance is directly related to the motivation and commitment that staff have with their institution, affecting the organizational climate. This situation has given rise to the concern of the present study whose objective is to design strategic guide-lines for strengthening the organizational climate of the Departamento de Recursos Humanos del Hospital General “Dr. Israel Ranuarez Balza” from San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state. The research was framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, under the Feasible Project modality, supported by a descriptive field design. The population was made up of 80 workers from the institution. The survey was used as the data collection technique. Among the instruments used are the questionnaire. The analysis technique of the results was the statistical study and the statistical infe-rence. Among the results obtained, the lack of criteria for diagnosing the training of the workforce with a view to improving their performance in the hospital institution can be mentioned. Likewise, the lack of development of personnel training programs was evident. Conclusions, this scarce valuation of the existing resources in the institution for the selection of suitable personnel is evident. Finally, the little regularity with which the needs are determined in terms of the quality of the personnel required for a given job. Likewise, guidelines are proposed to reinforce the employee’s identificationwith the institution, the work culture , maintain communication create a harmonious boss-em-ployee environment, and maintain motivation.

The child discovery the world with his own body and the assimilation of motor skills, these activities are developed for them from an early age to arrive at symbolic, graphic expression and abstraction. That is why the objective of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Psychomotor Activities Program to improve mathematical skills in 5-year-old boys “A” and “B” of the I.E. Nº 083 - Sechura 2014. The methodology used corresponds to the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach. The modality was a feasible project with an experimental, evaluative field research design. The po-pulation was made up of 76 5-year-old students “A” and 5-year-olds “B”. The sample being non-random and intentional and comprised of the entire population. Test and observation were the data collection technique, the program and the notes were the instruments. The frequency and percentage level of the statistical method were used as the data analysis technique. Among the results obtained, 5-year-olds “A” have con-siderably improved their skills; however, there are children who still need to reinfor-ce math skills, but to a lesser extent after applying the program. In conclusion, the program has significantly developed mathematical skills in the experimental group in 5-year-olds “A”.

Unemployment is a problem that is affecting the whole world, and one of the great strategies that minimizes the effects of unemployment is entrepreneurship. That is why the purpose of this research is to Strengthen the entrepreneurial skills in theresidents of the "El Fortín" sector of the City of Guayaquil. This research was approached from a quantitative perspective, with the field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 34 inhabitants of the fortin sector of the city of Guayaquil. Data collection was carried out through observation and survey. It was obtained as a result that the inhabitants of the El Fortín sector recognize that they have some weaknesses in the area of entrepreneurship, however they expressed willingness to strengthen their skills in the area. Therefore, it is concluded that this experiential experience allowed the development and strengthening of competences in entrepreneurs, which guarantees economic dynamization in the study sector.

Quality and control for organizational management is a system that allows organizations to fulfill their purposes and goals established as corporate identity, guaranteeing the integral satisfaction of their actors. The purpose of this research is to determine the foundations for organizational management quality and control. This research was developed under a qualitative, documentary, descriptive perspective. It consisted of the review and analysis of the specialized literature. It was obtained that there is a series of standardized foundations, which can be adjusted according to the particularity of each organization, which guarantee excellent quality control for organizational management. But to implement them, all the personnel who will execute it must be involved and trained, with a series of steps, rules and procedures that are essential for its application.

The protection of workers against diseases and accidents related to their work environment is a fundamental issue for business organizations, therefore, the objective of safety and prevention of health risks at work in any field already any level must be mainlyto warn in a timely manner the dangers and not to subsequently mitigate their consequences. The purpose of this study was to analyze the theoretical foundations of safety and prevention of occupational risks in organizations. It was made up of a non-experimental, documentary and descriptive study. Different legal and bibliographic sources and investigative background were reviewed. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the safety and prevention of occupational risks in the organization tries to guarantee the physical, psychosocial and environmental well-being of the workers through the establishment of processes and procedures for the identification, collection, processing, analysis and interpretation of information on work accidents, occupational diseases and risks at work based on the health of workers.

The administrative organization is the set of methods and procedures put into practice to order, control and direct a company through its departments, resources and processes, in order to achieve its goals or objectives outlined in advance. So the purpose of this research is to establish administrative strategies for the development of social activities organized by the Madre Dorotea convent. This research was carried out from the perspective of positivism, with the quantitative paradigm, and a descriptive field modality. The population and the work sample were 10 nuns who reside in the Madre Dorotea Convent. The data collection that I carry out through the technique of observation and survey. The diagnosis showed difficulties in the care of the children, the 52 already attend at the same time and the issues and skills that they must address are not appropriate for both groups. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need to establish an administrative organization to guarantee the fulfillment of its adequate services to the population thatthe convent serves.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the educational manager’s behavior in the organizational context of community participation. To achieve this purpose, the research was based on the theoretical contributions of specialized literature, as well as on a methodology based on a documentary, analytical, field, non-experimental study. Document analysis, transfer and bibliographic review were used as a technique for data collection. This research is justified by allowing the educational manager’s behavior be analyzed in the organizational context of community participation, which will enable a greater integration of the school community in the educational institution. Furthermore, offer the educational manager the same information that allows him to improve his performance and achieve educational objectives through the optimization of its management, this will promote educational excellence. Taking as a conclusion that organizational behavior becomes, then, a tool for the educational manager to achieve the objectives set out from healthy interpersonal relationships, between teachers, administrative staff, managers, students and the community.

The present study proposed to carry out an analysis of the organizational climate and the role of the research teacher to achieve professional satisfaction, which will allow feedback on the processes and improve all those factors that negatively influence the framework of administrative sciences in the education sector ; In such a framework of ideas, the work was developed using documentary, bibliographic and non-experimental descriptive design, techniques such as content analysis and instruments such as the file, the summary were used. Research centers were visitedin order to locate sources and previous works. It is concluded: a balanced organizational environment is a binding element in professional satisfaction in educational organizations, it is obviously reflected in the product and quality of the educational fact, the role of the teacher as a researcher is fundamental, in this sense, the work and research they fail to see the school as a production company. It is relevant to review the importance of the organizational climate in professional satisfaction and the role that the teacher has to perform as a researcher to promote this process.

In recent advances and achievements, researchers, through their work, have played a distinguished role, fighting exclusion, denouncing and overcoming barriers, promoting policies, reforms and support that promote precise transformations in school institutes to respond to the diversity of your students. For this reason, the study developed was proposed to analyze the role of the researcher in the context of inclusive education in students with special educational needs. In this sense, the present investigation relied on a non-experimental, documentary and character design. In such a methodological context, bibliographic documents, some antecedents and previous works related to the subject were investigated. It was concluded that the proposals developed by the teacher in their role as researcher to improve the processes inherent to inclusive education must be increasingly considered to change the school towards inclusive schools (essential if we want to achieve education for all) cannot be left to the margin its protagonists: the student (all his diversity).

The Skills Evaluation is conceived as a process of integral formation that has as purpose the development of abilities, skills, attitudes and capacities of the being, to know, to do and the coexistence of the people. It is an evaluation model that many universities have assumed, within the framework of skills training. However, its implementation has not had the expected success, because most teaching staff still refuse to put this new evaluation approach into practice. For the realization of the present work, it is established as objective, to carry out a critical and reflexive analysis on the applicability of the skills evaluation in the university settings. Therefore, a monographic study was carry out through the search, review, analysis and interpretation of documentary sources, for the analysis of the information the technique of content analysis and text comprehension was used. The instruments implemented were analysis matrix, and the folder system, correspondingly. Among the conclusions, the importance of applying skills evaluation in university settings is highlighted, because it is conceived as a feedback process, reflection and continuous improvement that aims at the integral formation and self-realization of the person.

The work’s objective was to study the strategies used by teachers for teaching multiplication in Primary Education students. This research assumes the field modality supported by the documentary review, descriptive level, under the quantitative approach, with a non-experimental design. The population was constituted for 4th 5th and 6th grade student of the Subsistema de Educación Primaria in the Escuela Básica “Joaquín Crespo” of San Juan de los Morros (Guárico state, Venezuela). Data collection was a result of direct observation and interview. The information analysis techniques were the categorization and triangulation, as a result, of the observation and the application test. In addition, the diagnosis of the observations showed that teachers continue works with a traditional teaching of the multiplication. They neglect the application of strategies that lead the student to achieve knowledge acquisition. In conclusion, the cognitive processes categories, interactivity and participation should be strengthened as fundamental aspects in the development of creative strategies, in orden to adequate adaptation of the knowledge of the multiplication process.

The study of different school realities and the readjustment of research methodologies in the subject of evaluation have long gained strength as a perspective that seeks to improve the teaching practice, its effects and results, in learning and its evaluation. Therefore, this research was intended to generate a systematization of qualitative evaluation from the perspective of teachers at the basic level. Methodologically the qualitative approach was followed, with the ethnographic method. Three teachers of the basic level were selected as key informants. In addition, the participant observation and in-depth interview were used as techniques. For the analysis, categorization, structuring and triangulation were applied. Regarding the findings, the divorce between the new evaluation paradigms and the old quantitative and instrumentalist ways of learning and the students ́ knowledge could be revealed. Finally, the findings revealed that implementation of the new Diseño Curricular del Sistema Educativo Bolivariano is an educational policies interpretation in orden to respond to the political-social model. In conclusion, to understand that the evaluation in this design is conceived in an integral way and varies according to its educational level. Therefore, Inicial y Primaria Bolivariana will be qualitative according to the advances and achievements.

In recent years, Venezuelan education has been highly criticized, either by the methods used by the teacher to teach or the way he learns and the way the student is perceived in society. Hence, this research was intended to understand the gnoseological vision of teacher planning by areas of knowledge in the U.E.N. “Maestro Luis Beltrán Prieto Figueroa” in Aragua state Girardot Municipality (Venezuela). Methodologically, it was supported by post-positivist epistemology, with a qualitative approach and the dialectical hermeneutical method. We worked with five institutions’ teachers. The survey was used with the modality of the in-depth interview for the collection of the information. The categorization, structuring and triangulation were applied. As the results, the informants agreed that planning by areas of knowledge is a good way to organize learning, but that they lack much to learn, since they have weaknesses in making the integration. In conclusion, it was revealed that teachers have an episteme in relation to theory, but do not put into practice what they know.

This article has as a general objective to propose strategies based on orality for the strengthening of the Pemón language in indigenous children of the Center of Initial Education of the community “San Ignacio de Yuruaní”. The research had aimed at identifying the factors that have influenced the impairment of the language within the linguistic community that makes life in that center. Through this work, the collected information, has allowed us to detect what have been the elements and factors that hinder the teaching and learning processes of the Pemón Taurepan language. Consequently, obtained results were that support the proposal of a design that promotes linguistic competencies through oral practice and the study of the ancestral forms manifested in their conversational structures. To promote the rescue of cultural values and traditions is expecting, due to their language disuse, are in danger of extinction. It concluded that, to preserve the indigenous roots of the Pemón Taurepan language need, is urgently. Through the orality promotion, which is the basis on which the preservation and cultural exaltation of this ethnic group is based.

The institutional climate has a multifunctional and globalizing character in which many factors can determine productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of workers. This article aims to analyze the organizational climate from the perspective of its actors in the National Adult Education Unit “Escuela Taller Monseñor Arias Blanco” (Aragua state, Venezuela). In this case, we investigated the way in which the members perceive the leadership, support and control of the director, in addition to the effectiveness and efficiency in planning and organization of school activities, integration, and degree of belonging and interpersonal relationships of the educational community. Methodologically, the interpretive paradigm was followed, with emphasis on the study ethnographic. The participant observation and interview were used as information gathering technique semi-structured. The result showed that the institution has a tense climate, with an autocratic and authoritarian leader, with divisions among the staff and with a negative vision of the school by the community of the sector.

The article general objective is to present a proposal of one Pedagógical strategies and activities program in order to improve the effective use of information and communication technologies, in the educational praxis of secondary education teachers, in the municipality Gran Sabana of the Bolivar state. Methodologilly it is a field investigation and a feasible project modality. A dichotomous questionnaire was use, with 20 items. It was conclude that information and communication technologies are a valuable tool that can help teachers define management strategies for available technological resources for the enhancement of its applications, the maximization of benefits and the appropriate adoption of the changes caused by the appropriation of this type of resources in the educational field.

The research focused on evaluating the curricular designs of two Venezuelan universities: the Universidad Pedagógica Experimental Libertador (UPEL) and the Universidad Nacional Experimental Indígena de Venezuela (UNEIV) Undergraduate, in attention to Intercultural Bilingual Education and own education. The research method used was evaluative within the qualitative approach, supported in the design of documentary analysis at the descriptive level. The curricular designs of the mentioned Universities were analyzed and, an instrument called data collection matrix, was used in which all the information related to both designs was deposited, which were analyzed comparing interculturality and own education. It was concluded that both universities are different because UPEL-IPREM, although it does offer training in the bilingual intercultural area, is with a Pedagógical purpose and a more general vision: train teachers in these areas, while UNEIV prepares communities leaders with a strong indigenous presence from an ancestral worldview.

This article’s propose is to present a Co-responsibility Community Plan in order to strengthen citizen security, in the town of San Francisco de Asís of the Municipality of Zamora in the Aragua state. For guarantee to the community the participation strategies to design a security and violence prevention plans. Through implementing the police body’s transformation and strengthening the citizenship concept with the community organization. It is expects that this plan boost the organized communities participation as proactive agents for crime and violence prevention. This research, methodologically, was support by a field study. A non-experimental design was apply, of the descriptive level and the feasible project modality. Two likers scale ́s type questionnaires, were prepare to be answer by the Communal Councils of San Francisco de Asís spokespersons and the Police Command authorities. In conclusion, today more than ever, for the success and legitimacy of public action the citizens must be take into account. In order to guarantee the citizen participation established by the Constitución de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela (1999), reactivating and involving the population in security matters. Therefore, it is recommend creating surveillance, preventive and educational joint groups that, conjunctively with the communal councils, police and the citizens urging compliance with ordinances to fight crime.
