The work is devoted to an extremely urgent topic, both in theoretical and applied aspect. The purpose of the work was the study of military professional motivation of military personnel who undergo military service under the contract in the border troops. There are several approaches to understanding the psychological content of military professional motivation: the first campaign is based on purely linguistic approaches to the understanding of this category; The second approach, considers military professional motivatus in the direction of activity; The third approach is based on the determination of military professional motivation by other, similar to the direction of interpretation. The work is disclosed, the psychological essence of the content of military professional motivation, as: the psychophysiological process, which manages the behavios of a person and determines its organization, orientation, stability and activity.

The article is devoted to the definition of the concept and specifics of the corporate (institutional) form of public-private partnership. The key features, models, means of self-regulation, systems of interests, the state of legal support of self-regulation in public-private partnership relations, problems and needs of enshrining this form in national legislation, as well as advantages and disadvantages of corporate (institutional) forms of public-private partnership are identified. In addition, such a model of public-private partnership as corporatization or corporatization of enterprises is considered, taking into account foreign experience, and examples of its application in many countries are given.

The article formulates and scientifically substantiates the need to create mechanisms of compensatory influence on the indicators of business activity of enterprises. This is due to the desire to «secure» their functioning for the period of implementation of national restrictions that arise as a result of the adaptation of the country's economic model to the basic principles of sustainable development. The development of a scientific and methodological apparatus for managing industrial enterprises is argued, which will make it possible to select optimal management decisions for all types of resources, including natural resources. Also, this device will make it possible to predict the impact of the external and internal environment on the life of the enterprise and promptly respond to changes to ensure economic development. The prerequisites for the creation and implementation of the mechanism of resonant compensatory management at different levels - state, sectoral (macro-), regional (meso-), as well as at the level of individual organizations that are part of conglomerates (micro-) are also given.

German economic publicist texts of 2021 have analysed; found out economic composite terms (620 lexemes); it is carried out structurally semantic classification of the probed units, found out them productive models. A descriptive method, method of distributive analysis, design method and elements of quantitative analysis, is applied. It is set that composite words belongs to the productive methods of nomination of professional concepts. The most is made by double-component – 82%, three-component – 18%. New compos in economic terminology form the unique difficalt monolithic basis, to the components of which can belong both roots and simple derivatives are or difficult bases. Their component composition can be very various. For terms-compos the high informing and, at the same time, relative compactness is characteristic.

On the basis of the observations obtained, a practical analysis of Azerbaijan's foreign policy was carried out, the main priorities of the state were determined, the substantiated strategic importance of the Caspian region in the system of modern international relations. The main priorities of Azerbaijan's foreign policy in the Caspian region are analyzed. The peculiarity of the Caspian region in the modern system of international relations is investigated, its transboundary specificity and integration peculiarity are determined. Effective regional cooperation between riparian states and the particular importance of energy projects are confirmed. The strategic importance of the signing of the Convention on the Legal Status of the Caspian Sea is emphasized, a political and legal analysis of the document is carried out. The analysis of the main factors on the formation of the foreign policy of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the Caspian region is carried out. It has been proven that the presence of oil and gas, as well as the transport potential of Azerbaijan, influence the construction of the foreign policy course of the state. The implementation of strategically important projects in the Caspian region at the initiative of Azerbaijan strengthens the regional and international status of the state. It was determined that the multi-vector and balanced foreign policy of Azerbaijan contributes to overcoming external threats and possible conflicts with various centers of power.

The article analyzes the implementation of demagoguery strategy in Donald Trump's election rhetoric in 2016-2021, which best demonstrates the politician's intention to fight for electoral support. The main strategies of demagoguery in Trump's discourse were described, namely populism, verbal manipulations and the entertaining nature of his public speeches (known as fascination or showization of discourse). The most common speech tactics for implementing the strategy of populism are the tactics of empty promises and lies. The strategy of manipulation is realized through verbal aggression, invective discourse, use of vulgar and taboo vocabulary, simplification of discourse (use of elliptical sentences), as well as the strategy of subjectivation associated with hyperbolized-positive self-presentation in Trump's discourse.

The product range of the enterprise, pricing policy, the existing marketing strategy of promotion of the goods on the market, the basic methods of promotion are analyzed. The dynamics of sales volumes of the enterprise 's products is investigated. Sales channel level detected. The analysis of intermediaries is carried out. The geographical coverage of methods of product promotion has been studied. Deficiencies in existing promotion methods have been identified. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and practical aspects of the strategy of promoting the goods of the enterprise on the market. The purpose is to analyze the existing strategy of promoting the company's products. In the course of research methods of the analysis of time series, comparison, a graphic method were used. As a result of the study, the results were obtained on the current strategy for promoting the company's products. The obtained data can be used in the activities of the studied object. Conclusion: the company uses a strategy of "pushing".

The article considers the concept of "psychological maturity of the individual" and highlights the leading approaches to understanding this phenomenon, its structural elements and their indicators. It is determined that psychological maturity is a multicomponent construct that manifests itself at different levels of personality interaction and consists of socio-psychological and individual-personal characteristics. Psychological maturity is expressed through personal, social, emotional and intellectual maturity. The level of development of these elements is manifested through a number of indicators, such as the individual's desire for self-actualization, the peculiarities of the process of forming the self-concept and the relief of the "Me" - the core of personality, the formation of value hierarchy and meaning orientations, attitudes and interactions with the social environment.

Publication explores significant imput of independent graphic workshops in the American printmaking in the second half of the twentieth century. Brief overview sums up main preconditions that led to the graphic boom in postwar America, including government support for graphic arts and artists in difficult economic times of the Great Depression in the 1930s, significant European influence as a result of immigration of famous European artists to the United States in the midst of World War II, as well as the role of the United States as a post war global leader, including in the field of culture. The phenomenon of these workshops, format of their work, their contribution to the development of graphic art in America and the world are thoroughly studied. Emphasis is placed on the artistic collaborations with famous American artists as a main essence of the workshops` work, with the specific examples of such cooperation and its role for the global art and printmaking in the United States of this period.

In the event of liquidity traps, coordinated fiscal and monetary policy is aimed at strengthening the national currency, reducing the openness of the economy, ensuring a favorable investment climate for the national producer.

The article highlights the creative activity of Ternopil artists of professional ceramics for the interior in the collection of the Ternopil Regional Museum of Local Lore. The artistic ceramics of the region gained a significant rise in the 1970s and 1990s. At this time in Ukraine, the traditions of folk art were closely intertwined with innovative approaches in meeting the aesthetic needs of the population. The deployment of activities of graduate artists of the Lviv State Institute of Applied and Decorative Arts contributed to the development of professional ceramics. The resource and technological base of the Ternopil Porcelain Factory became an important factor for the realization of their creativity. In our article, we consider decorative works for interior use, such as vases, decorative plates, plaques, small plastic, architectural panels. A selection of works in the museum's collection presents the creative contribution of Vitalij Kolisnyk, including vases, plates, and sculptures. The collection contains the creative Yevhen Ovcharyk’s set of works, such as a portrait of Taras Shevchenko on a porcelain plate and architectural panels, a series of portraits of Hetman Lesya Tomkiv, decorative plates, and plaques by Olga Rybun.
