The growth of the insurance sector in India has been phenomenal over last few decades. The insurance industry has undergone a massive change over last few years and the metamorphosis has been noteworthy. There are 24 private and public sector life insurance companies in India as on 31.03.2017 from which many of them have become synonymous with the term insurance over years, offering a diversified product portfolio and excellent services to the customers. Many insurance companies in India have managed to make their way into almost every Indian household. Government of India is also highly concern to the need of Insurance in current scenario and Launched Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana.

In today’s world due to rapid development of new shopping trend. The retailers launches new technologies for new shopping trend. In today scenario every people are busy. When we are talking about shopping from stores, shopping malls etc., the customers waiting in queue for long time for payment process. This is a problematic conditions for customers. The traditional shopping trend consuming more time of customers during shopping. To remove this problem many retailers are focussing that how to save the time of customers during shopping and payment process. For this purpose many latest and emerging technologies like Near field communications (NFC) technology, image sensing cameras, computer vision, sensor fusion and Machine learning algorithm, Artificial Intelligence etc. that has brought a new wave of techniques to the retail industry to attract and interact with customers in innovative ways. In today’s scenario the demand of smartphones are increases day by day. Many Smartphones having NFC technology. Therefore with the help of these types of NFC enabled smartphones it can change the way of shopping. Therefore in this paper firstly, the author(s) wants to make aware the customers about latest shopping updations and technology in customers shopping delight. Secondly, we knowing from customers what they feel about queue less, cashless shopping experience, for this purpose we have design a set of questionnaire. The questionnaire filled by only from those customers who are really interested in the same. These technology will help to improve the traditional shopping. Using these technologies no checkout, no queues, no cashier require in shopping malls and stores.

Nowadays, due to the rapid development of LED technology, the conventional energy sources like incandescent and fluorescent lamps are rapidly replacing by LED bulb and LED tube lights. For this purpose, the Government has also taken various initiatives to replace the incandescent and fluorescent lamps etc. by LED lights. Therefore, in this paper, the author(s) has presented a new approach about saving of electricity and reducing power consumption by the usage of LED tube lights and LED bulbs. For this purpose, the author(s) has done a survey in a higher educational institution of Ajmer and calculated the monthly & yearly power consumption of tube lights, incandescent bulbs, halogens and CFLs located in that institute. The survey reveals that if all the incandescent bulbs, tube lights and halogens which are energy inefficient; are replaced by LED lights than the power consumption can be minimized and hence the electricity bill can be lowered. In this paper, the author(s) have also designed a project which shows how the energy can be conserved using LED bulb and how this project can be helpful to the physically impaired people.

In the present scenario, with the increase in population, the garbage dumped by people is also increasing tremendously. It is difficult to manage such large amount of garbage daily. It may cause unhygienic environment around us and this would create the health issues. The Government of India has taken various initiative steps to create awareness among the masses for keeping the area surrounding them neat and clean. To achieve the target of cleanliness, the role of electronic technologies is very important. With the help of electronic technologies we can help in Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. In this paper the realistic implementation of the smart garbage management system are proposed. In the proposed system, the garbage in the Dustbin is sensed by the ultrasonic sensor. It will detect the level of garbage and aurdino communicate with GSM which sends message to authorized phone number. We have used GSM module, Ultrasonic sensor and Aurdino for implementation. Aurdino software is used for coding purpose.

Radiation, radiation everywhere but just a few radiations is of expend. Journey of our life from nativity to our mortality, each and every second of our life we are exaggerated by radiations whether we are in our residence or outside.Radiation is energy that is travelling through space in the form of waves or particles. The radiation energy is spreading into atmosphere and getting wasted and it is increasing atmospheric temperature too.Though there are radiations which are useful for an individual like radiations used for cancer treatment; but enhanced amount of anything is always destructive. Nowadays every people have all the necessary electrical and electronics widgets like TV, fridge, washing machine, micro-wave oven, computer, mobile, Wi-Fi modem, power strip etc. in normal house. In this paper we studied about how much radiation is produced by the appliances those are used in house and how these radiations are harmful for human beings. In this paper with the help of spectrum analyzer, AT3000 triaxial antenna, EMF meter, we will calculate the radiations emitted from different mobiles and various house hold appliances that are used in residential complex in Ajmer and a survey is done to calculate the total amount of radiations being emitted from this small area. We also discussed that how much radiation a human body can accept and how to lower down these radiations.

In education sector the trends are shifting day by day as the technological up gradation and demand of the industry came in place the targeted and specialized course content is in demand from the industry norms. The syllabus and the course structure is changing but at the slower pace in comparison to the industry demand. Traditional eaching “the classroom teaching” now has many different alternatives the students want to do more to cope up with the industry standards thus comes the student centric learning approach where the students comes in the first place and the experience and the knowledge of the teacher comes as guiding and mentoring to excel the students. Online learning and distance education programs are available these days another feather in the cap is MOOC - massive open online course, this gives the liberty to the students to learn and understand the content of their choice and as per their need and suitability of the time and place. It is an online content with certification and many course providers are there in India and internationally to fulfill the need. The author in this research paper is trying to analyze different aspects of teaching the shifting trends from “class room teaching” to the “open courseware” in reference to the MOOC, to make the understanding better the author is also floating an online questionnaire to get the views of the youth who are studying the regular course in engineering and technology as well as in other professional courses to know the shifting trends of education.

Big data is difficult to work with using most relational database management system. "Big Data" has required of IT specialists in Software AG, Oracle Corporation, IBM, Microsoft , SAP and Dell. They have spent a large amount on software firms just only for data management and analytics. Big data requires advanced technologies to effectively process a bulk of data within optimized time limit. In private sector eBay uses two data warehouses at 7.5 petabytes. Everyday amazon has to handle millions of back-end operations. Research of big data leads to Mobile analytics also. Mobile is changing the way people communicate, work and play, enhance their knowledge and this is driven by mobile apps which are increasingly being using in digital education. Every day people are engaged in exciting new forms of learning. Mobile analytics studies the behaviour of mobile application visitors and consumer engagement. Data collected as a part of mobile analytics typically includes page views, visits, no. of visitors and countries along with information specific to mobile devices such as device model, device capabilities, service providers, Web page tagging and Visitor identification. Extraction of these useful informations for developer will help of gaining richer and deeper insights and getting an advantage in the competitive market and create smart learning environment in context of user convenience. In this paper, we focus on overview of set of tools that provide capabilities as event tracking with better extraction of data with associated challenges.

As the usage of data has been increased tremendously after “JIO” came in the market other competitors in the market are bound to take corrective actions and they have opted different marketing strategy to cope up with the situation by offering different data packages and mergers. In this paper the author is going to analyze the current market scenario of telecom sector, strategic mergers and market penetration strategy in feature phone’s market with Reliance JIO’s feature phone costing “FREE” effectively, after three years the person can get back the deposited INR 1500/-.
