Big data is a term for vast data sets containing large, more varied and complex structure with the difficulties of storing, analyzing and visualizing for further processes or results. Research for Big Data will focus on analysing the challenges and contingencies associated with the immense, unstructured, enormous and dynamic nature of Big Data. These Big Data attributes are fitted poorly for relational models of conventional database systems and end-user requirement for complicated, real-time decision-making stay unmet. Big data is now a reality: The volume, variety and velocity of data coming into your organization continue to reach unrivalled levels. Big data is difficult to work with using most relational database management system. "Big Data" has required of IT specialists in Software AG, Oracle Corporation, IBM, Microsoft , SAP and Dell. They have spent a large amount on software firms just only for data management and analytics. Big data requires advanced technologies to effectively process a bulk of data within optimized time limit. In private sector eBay uses two data warehouses at 7.5 petabytes. Everyday amazon has to handle millions of back-end operations. Research of big data leads to Mobile analytics also. Mobile is changing the way people communicate, work and play, enhance their knowledge and this is driven by mobile apps which are increasingly being using in digital education. Every day people are engaged in exciting new forms of learning. Mobile analytics studies the behaviour of mobile application visitors and consumer engagement. Data collected as a part of mobile analytics typically includes page views, visits, no. of visitors and countries along with information specific to mobile devices such as device model, device capabilities, service providers, Web page tagging and Visitor identification. Extraction of these useful informations for developer will help of gaining richer and deeper insights and getting an advantage in the competitive market and create smart learning environment in context of user convenience. In this paper, we focus on overview of set of tools that provide capabilities as event tracking with better extraction of data with associated challenges.

Indian market is the world’s market lucrative where every MNC wishes to come and make its presence, along with the biggest opportunity of business. It is a very price sensitive market. It has been again proven by the introduction of Reliance JIO earlier with yearlong “freebies” and 4G data communication. Now there is a new feather in the cap a “feature mobile” again “FREE” effectively for the Indian market. With this market penetration strategy Reliance JIo is trying to cover the untapped “feature phone” market with 4G data communication with effectively free JIO’s feature smartphone. As the usage of data has been increased tremendously after “JIO” came in the market other competitors in the market are bound to take corrective actions and they have opted different marketing strategy to cope up with the situation by offering different data packages and mergers. In this paper the author is going to analyze the current market scenario of telecom sector, strategic mergers and market penetration strategy in feature phone’s market with Reliance JIO’s feature phone costing “FREE” effectively, after three years the person can get back the deposited INR 1500/-.

The success and the failure of any business as a matter of fact depend largely on the employees: thus human resources are very essential to the organization as they are the key to prosperity, productivity and performance. How employees are perceived, treated and how they feel about themselves and ultimately their output directly and indirectly has an impact on their performance and development of the organization. De motivated employees under no circumstances will churn out decreased performance. The aim of this study is to find the effect of motivation on the performance of the employees in the banks. Probability sampling techniques have been used in the study. Data obtained through survey was further analyzed through Bar Diagram, Pie Charts and Graphs. Sample Size was 100 employees of private sector bank. Convenience Sampling has been used in the study. The study revealed that indeed there is a relationship between performance and Motivation of employees and aside the known fact that money is the key amongst the motivational factor to employees, it was realized that employees becoming gradually becoming particular about trust,respect and high expectation, recognition and appreciation and good working environment. The study therefore concluded that greater strides to be made to motivate all staff to enhance performance. It has been suggested that management attaches more importance to the issues of employee Motivation to make the bank survive among its competitors.

As ages passed, India still retains its educational culture.

Abstract— Rapid development and adoption of mobile devices and apps have become a phenomenon in past decade, which creates a new and huge opportunity for advertising and e-commerce. Mobile advertising has attracted attention from almost all industries especially from retail industry. This report aimed to investigate the latest progress, future trends and challenges of mobile advertising in e-commerce. Based on a literature review, the report described the importance and advantages of mobile channel: ubiquitous, life on the screen, and enhancing brand loyalty and spending. Then the report discussed and findings and presented future trends (fluent native design, opportunity with mobile wearable, and personal interactive search engines) and challenges (consumer learning and poorly designed apps disengage consumers) of mobile advertising with recommendations made for advertisers.

Electronics is a cosmic branch of engineering; it has its presence almost everywhere. From last 2-3 decades the automobile industry has gone through many drastic changes since earlier days. The oldest automobile companies were FIAT, HM (Hindustan Motors) etc. Later on MARUTI came into picture changing the economy of the automobile industry, Maruti 800 with sales of 2.4 million; it was the top selling car in India. Further, manufacturers like TATA, MAHINDRA, TOYOTA, etc. were in market with latest updating in technology in Indian automobile. In cars, like human brain the ECU (Engine Control Unit) is the brain of cars. The ECU plays a major role in the performance of the engine of a car’s fuel injection system. In this paper the author(s) is going to highlight the role of electronics in automobile and with the help of electronics how ECU plays a major role in the performance of the engine of a Luxury car’s fuel injection system.

Abstract—This study was aimed to assess the relationship between work environment, motivation and job satisfaction in private school teachers of Lahore, Pakistan. Standardized questionnaires were used to collect the data from 300 private school’s teachers. The data was analyzed through SPSS by using correlation, principle component analysis and multiple regression. The results indicates that there is a positive relationship between work environment and job satisfaction in school teachers. Result showed that there is a significantly positive impact of Work Environment on Motivation and there is also a positive influence of Motivation1 on Job Satisfaction. Results indicate that Motivation partially mediates between Work Environment and Job Satisfaction of school teachers in Lahore, Pakistan.

Abstract—the purpose of this study is to attempt an analysis of the different factors that usually cause to fluctuate the online shopping behavior of customers in Pakistan. Because of the newness and apparently complicated nature of this phenomenon, there is very little information to which the customers have a direct access. Therefore, the objective of this research is to study and uncover different factors that affect the online shopping behavior of people in Pakistan. The research will be conducted with the help of a model that will examine the impact of factors like financial risks, convenience risks, non-delivery risks, return policy risks and product risks on the behavior of online consumers in Pakistan.
