The article presents characteristics of the modern era of humanity and the planet move to a new level of consciousness at the beginning of a new cycle of galactic evolution, which is fundamental change. Special attention is paid for explaining the changes that occur (more frequent natural disasters and man-made accidents) and their dependence on the goals, intentions, emotions and feelings of people. The possible ways of training space worldview, corresponding with the impending new era in which each person will perceive himself as a citizen of the universe are reviewed. Shown that the global system crisis has spiritual causes that are caused by materialistic, resulting in the election of civilization technological path of development which will inevitably lead to a standstill. To overcome the crisis must be overcome selfishness, giving up violence, wars, negative thinking, and social life built on the principles of government. Without reform of education this problem can not be solved

The author of the article examines the views of the West European thinkers about the essence of the concept "intelligence". Dynamics of this concept development, its gnoseological and sociological components are determined. The views of I.Kant, I. G.Fikhte, F.V. Schelling, V.F.Gegel are analized. The author affirms that understanding of the West European philosophers of the content of the concept "intelligence" became the basis for its further deeper understanding as the emphasis placed on the intellectual component of intelligence, cognitive ability of the person as entity of its spirit has given the chance to generate specific view about sources and content of spirituality of man. The author concludes that the views of the West European thinkers have substantially caused modern understanding of the maintenance of the concept "intelligence"
