Cloud computing has been adopted for managing the labs to facilitate maintenance and network management according to cloud computing characteristics, also paper has studied the different types of cloud-based computing to decide the appropriate type that would gain significant advantages for students and lecturers. Surely result of this paper will be the guideline for all universities in Yemen to use the cloud computing in different areas of their work.

The main objective of this work is to develop a practical approach to improve customer satisfaction, which is generally regarded as the pillar of customer loyalty to the company. Today, customer satisfaction is a major challenge. In fact, listening to the customer, anticipating and properly managing his claims are stone keys and fundamental values for the company. From a perspective of the quality of the product, skills, and mostly, the service provided to the customer, it is essential for organizations to differentiate themselves, especially in a more competitive world, in order to ensure a higher level of customer satisfaction. Ignoring or not taking into account customer satisfaction can have harmful consequences on both the economic performances and the organization’s image. For that, it is crucial to develop new methods and have new approaches to the problematic customer dissatisfaction, by improving the services quality provided to the costumer. This work describes a simple and practical approach for modeling customer satisfaction for organizations in order to reduce the level of dissatisfaction using the decisional prediction that allows companies to anticipate and adapt to future changes in their environment to be able to make the best decisions to ensure their sustainability. This approach respects the constraints of the organization and eliminates any action that can lead to loss of customers and degradation of the image of the organization. The problem is mathematically modeled by a Markov chain and practical examples to illustrate the work are given.

Internet has played a drastic change in today’s life. Especially, web browsing has become more exclusive in compact devices. This tempts the people to migrate their innovations & skills into an unimaginable world. With these things in mind, it is necessary for us to concentrate more on the techniques that how the web data’s are accessed and accounted. Developed countries use a widely popular technique called Flat- rate pricing, which is solely independent on data usage. But whereas, developing countries are still behind the concept of “pay as you use”, which leads to high usage bills.With an effort to resolve the problem of high usage bills, we propose a cost effective technique, which reduces the data consumption in web mobile browsing. It reduces the usage bills in the mechanism of usage-based pricing. The key idea of our approach is to leverage the data plan of the user to compute a cost quota for each web request and a network middle-box to automatically adapt any web page to the cost quota. Here we use a simple but effective content adaption technique that highly decides which image or data best fits the mobile display with low cost and high quality resolution. It also emphasis on the trendy technique,” The Data Mining “which mines the requested & required data. The mined data’s are filtered based on the content adaption technique and fit into the display effectively. Interesting and noticeable feature in this concept is that only important web contents requested by the user are exhibited. A feedback process involves in this concept to retrieve the required data alone and also to improve the best fit resolution. With this proposed system web mobile browsing becomes cheaper & contributes an enormous logic for the future project in the field of Mobile browsing.

Nuzzer algorithm based Human Tracking and Security System for Device-Free Passive System in Smart Phones Environment

In recent years, majority of researches are focused on localization system for wireless environment. These researches rely on localization using devices to track the entities. In this paper, we use, a recently proposed Device-free Passive (DfP) that uses Probabilistic techniques to track locations in large-scale real environment without the need of carrying devices. The proposed system uses the Access Points (APs) and Monitoring Point (MPs) that works by monitoring and processing the changes in the received physical signals at one or more monitoring points to detect changes in the environment. The system uses continuous space estimator to return multiple location while the mortal is in motion. Our results show that the system can achieve very high probability of detection and tracking with very few false positives.

Traffic management and congestion control are major issues in Asynchronous Transfer Mode(ATM) networks. Congestion arises when traffic in the network is more than offered load. The primary function of congestion control is to ensure good throughput and low delay performance while maintaining a fair allocation of network resources to users. In this paper, Enhanced Proportional Rate based Congestion Avoidance (EPRCA) scheme proposed by ATM forum has been considered. But this scheme has limitation of higher cell drop problem for the bursty traffic. Improvements to EPRCA scheme have been proposed to reduce cell drop problem and results of improved EPRCA schemes were analyzed with basic EPRCA scheme.

Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) consist of a number of resource constrained sensors to collect and monitor data from unattended environments. Hence, security is a crucial task as the nodes are not provided with tamper-resistance hardware. Provision for secured communication in WSN is a challenging task especially due to the environment in which they are deployed. One of the main challenges is detection of intrusions. Intrusion detection system gathers and analyzes information from various areas within a computer or a network to identify possible security breaches. Different intrusion detection methods have been proposed in the literature to identify attacks in the network. Out of these detection methods, machine-learning based methods are observed to be efficient in terms of detection accuracy and alert generations for the system to act immediately. A brief study on different intrusions along with the machine learning based anomaly detection methods are reviewed in this work. The study also classifies the machine learning algorithms into supervised, unsupervised and semi-supervised learning–based anomaly detection. The performances of the algorithms are compared and efficient methods are identified.

The first part of the paper describes the multi-factor authentication (MFA) systems, which, though not applicable to the field of Internet of Things, provides great security to a user’s credentials. MFA is followed by a brief description of the working mechanism of interaction of third party clients with private resources over the OAuth protocol framework and a study of the delegation based authentication system in IP-based IoT.

The information technology and security stakeholders like CIOs, CISOs and CTOs in financial services organization are often asked to identify the risks with mobile computing channel for financial services that they support. They are also asked to come up with approaches for handling risks, define risk acceptance level and mitigate them. This requires them to articulate strategy for supporting a huge variety of mobile devices from various vendors with different operating systems and hardware platforms and at the same time stay within the accepted risk level. These articulations should be captured in information security policy document or other suitable document of financial services organization like banks, payment service provider, etc. While risks and mitigation approaches are available from multiple sources, the senior stakeholders may find it challenging to articulate the issues in a comprehensive manner for sharing with business owners and other technology stakeholders. This paper reviews the current research that addresses the issues mentioned above and articulates a strategy that the senior stakeholders may use in their organization. It is assumed that this type of comprehensive strategy guide for senior stakeholders is not readily available and CIOs, CISOs and CTOs would find this paper to be very useful.
