Modernization and reforming in an education sphere is transformation, change and a reorganization to this area according to operating requirements. In this connection new financial methods and the levers adapting all education system to new conditions of innovative and technological development are used. The formed complex of financial actions promoting effective development of economic relations in an education sphere became one of perspective directions of modernization of financial relations in system of the higher vocational training: working out of normative per capita financing, and also differentiated specifications of budgetary financing of higher educational institutions depending on character of realised curriculums. For realization of the given directions creation of conditions for attraction of additional means in high schools, maintenance with regulatory legal acts which will protect interests of higher educational institutions is supposed, will give possibility to use the tax privileges which use will promote successful re-structuring of budgetary reform.

Severe market conditions and advancing technology demand a well-planned and a strategic marketing approach in all sectors as well as in education sector. This study examined the relationship between the students’ choice and the marketing strategies of private higher education (HE) in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BIH). To perceive this relation, we chose one of the private universities in Sarajevo. The study is based on a student survey which employed a questionnaire of 55 questions under 4 sub-groups and was done by 146 students. The first step of the questionnaire was determining the motives of the students to attend a private HE institution. The next part was to investigate the information sources of the students. These two steps followed the understanding of the evaluation criteria and the decision process of the students. Finally, the survey was concluded with the post enrollment observations of the students. The data obtained analyzed by SPSS software. The results revealed a strong consistency. The students were willing to have quality education and improve themselves via HE. They were using internet as a prior information source but would not make a final decision without parents’ confirmation. The overall satisfaction of the students showed that our subject university communicates with the target groups efficiently and enjoys the benefits of positive ‘word of mouth’ marketing. Finally, we addressed the marketing strategies that we reaped throughout the study to suggest a course of action to private HEIs in the conclusion part.

This article describes the current state of all meat-processing companies in Ukraine by using such indexes as the main measures for it: number of employees involved in this particular industry and whole processing industry, number of companies in an industry etc. An author suggests to study self-sufficiency of main products as a result of activity of meat-processing companies in domestic market and a dynamics of trade balance by different meat types as a result/ success on international market. The given analysis pay attention to main problems in the industry: negative trade balance, lack of production in strategic spheres, higher prices of imported goods compared to cheaper national product. A structure of export was compared to its import to identify most unbalanced categories in home market. An analysis of geographical structure of export/import operations showed a disproportion that can bring to constant negative transformation of meat-processing industry. A number of strategies to overcome these problems is proposed.

The article gives an overview of the impact of the sanctions imposed against Russia and Russian retaliatory embargo on the trade policy. Also the article presents the analysis of Russia's foreign trade in recent years in the context of export-import operations, as well as by the main countries and groups of countries, which showed that the volume of trade between Russia and the majority of countries that supported the anti-Russian sanctions were considerably reduced. The main conclusion of the conducted analysis is that before the crisis in Ukraine, our main trading partners were European countries, today a growing share in the trade turnover with Russia began to play the Orient.

Scare tactics are often used in road safety campaigns even though years of research into fear appeals have yielded inconsistent results. In Ghana, where all efforts are being made to reduce traffic accidents, the use of fear appeals and threat of enforcement has not been spared. In an experimental study, the researchers investigated the effectiveness of this message on risky driving attitude and also explored the effect of an alternative strategy, fear of prosecution. Findings from this study suggest that fear appeals, fear of prosecution and combination of these two strategies do not have an effect on risky driving attitudes. These findings are used to make conclusions about the design of road safety campaigns incorporating such scare tactics.

Migrant workers, who constitute a major work force, in the unorganized sector, face various psychological stresses and arrive in an aggravated mental position due to their habit of using different varieties of intoxicants. The researcher’s attempt in this paper is to find out the connection of addiction- related stress and social disintegration of the migrant workers with the wide web of exploitation of labour through an empirical analysis. The intoxicants are the only medium for the migrants to leave the sufferings behind them for a time being. This paper highlights the push factors as the fabricated trap to exploit the migrants physically, socially and mentally for surplus production with cheap labour.

This paper aimed at demonstrating the use of GIS in the display of data about primary schools in the walled part of Zaria city, Kaduna State. It is hoped that the database and its graphic display in maps will guide decision making at the primary education level in the study area. Coordinates of the schools were obtained with a handheld GPS receiver, while their attribute data were obtained from the local education authority and triangulated with questionnaires administered to the headmasters of the schools. ArcGIS 9.2 version software was used for buffer zone (1 km). The result indicates that there are 31 public primary schools in the study area. The oldest was established in 1921 and the latest in 2007. Graphic displays of some attributes of the schools were produced. The buffer zones produced suggest no pupil walks more than a kilometer to reach school. It is recommended that in the future, GIS tools should be applied when managing school data. Capacities to achieve this should be developed.

One of fundamental factors of development of national economy in modern conditions is a transport complex of the country. The analysis shows, historically raising of many developed countries in many respects was provided with concentration of the state transport policy on optimization of conditions for creation of mass, large-scale transportations that is caused by the acceleration of technical progress involving the growing need of economy for increase in speed of transportations, the tonnage of vehicles, etc. Territorial reserves of Russia demand harmonious development of all transport complex, including, railway, automobile, air, water. Shows world experiment, in the countries with such abundance of the rivers, waterways as in Russia one of decisive factors of growth of volumes of transportation of goods and passengers, increase of efficiency of deliveries in scales of all national economy, is the maximum use of a water transport which, other things being equal, manages to the state tens times cheaper than the contents automobile and the railroads. Currently time for the domestic market of transport services, unlike world, lack of close integration and interrelations in the form of commodity transport complexes with presence of managing directors of the transport centers influencing formation of tariff policy is characteristic. At the same time the analysis of productivity of a package of measures of tax support of navigation in the Russian Federation, implementation of the FTP "Development of transport system of Russia (2010 - 2020gody)" according to the Concept of long-term social and economic development of the country till 2020 shows their efficiency that is confirmed by positive dynamics of indicators of economic activity of shipping companies, revival of ship-building branch, existence of multiplicative effect due to development of allied industries, revival of business, creation of additional workplaces.

The aim of this paper is to identify perceived quality of Tunisian public hospitals and its effect on patients’ satisfaction. Our empirical analysis focused on three public hospitals (Charles Nicole, Rabta, Habib Thamer). By means of a questionnaire administered to a sample of 300 patients, we could shed light on the satisfaction process of patients in hospitals, check whether there is a relationship between perceived quality and satisfaction and finally we could establish the presence of a relationship between patients’ satisfaction and perceived quality.

In particular, the audience (for example, students) offered by critical analysis to answer the question why so many entertainment media texts so popular with a mass audience? The author thinks that the media texts relating to the mass / popular culture, have success with the audience is not due to the fact that they supposedly only target people with low aesthetic taste, subject to psychological pressure, easy to believing the lie, etc., but because their authors respect and learning needs of the audience, including - information, compensatory, hedonistic, recreational, moral, aesthetic, etc.

It becomes one hallmarkthat makes the director's conception in a bright, full, with a fine sense of humor, laughter through the tears performance with naturalistic rural life of the first days of war. In short, about those paradoxes, which has been mixed up lives of ordinary people, and that with a bit of humor so significantly been implementedon the stage.
