The objective of this research is to obtain a diagnosis with the application of tools to help determine how the application of safety standards is currently and occupational health, as well as its relationship with the state of physical and mental health and climate organization in which the activities are carried out. for a small company dedicated to the assembly structure and lamination, which is located in the state of Tlaxcala, with the purpose of generating a safer environment for the workers and of greater confidence for the company at the moment of carrying out the work giving a strengthening as an organization. Three techniques are used research, such as the survey, which served to know their physical, mental and climate health organization, this information is used to match how these states influence the application of the rules. The interview and in-depth observation were also used to detect areas of opportunity in the process, this information Supports the design of a system appropriate for the execution of the works. Some of the results obtained are the state of workers in their physical health, to what extent they have suffered health problems in the last months that have worked. Mental health, experiencing discomfort and discomfort during the time they have worked. Safety to what extent your work is exposed to certain conditions and the organizational climate will reveal the relationship between partners as well as the employer worker relationship.

Objectives: In the present study, we aimed to evaluate the scientific productivity of middle and high-income Arab countries of the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region in the past 10 years and to compare this output with primary reports affiliated to three non-Arab countries of MENA region. Methods: We included primary reports that are indexed in PubMed or SCI-expanded and were conducted within the middle and high-income Arab countries of the MENA region. The retrieved records were compared to primary reports conducted within the following non-Arab countries of the MENA region: Iran, Israel, and Turkey. The online search was limited between 1st January 2008 and 31st December 2017. The statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS software version 24. Results: Egypt was the leading Arab country in the number of published original articles that was indexed in PubMed (N =1941) and SCI-expanded (N =745), followed by Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and United Arab of Emirates. In total, the number of PubMed or SCI-indexed original articles, conducted within non-Arab MENA countries, was higher than those conducted within Arab countries, the difference between both groups was statistically significant (p =0.008). In total, the Arab countries had a statistically significant lower number of registered clinical trials compared to non-Arab countries of the MENA region (3150 vs. 8139 records, respectively; p= 0.012). Conclusions: In conclusion, the past decade showed a prominent increase in the scientific productivity and performance of middle and high-income Arab countries; however, their scientific productivity is still lower than other countries in MENA region.

The content of this article studies a phenomenon known as Industry 4.0, which refers to a new Industrial revolution leveraged by a set of new technologies, especially by cyber-physical systems. The main objective of this research is to obtain an overview of the state of art of Industry 4.0 initiatives among governments of the member countries of the OECD, as well as looking for the most representative architectures of development of Industry 4.0 to establish an analysis of similarities and differences between them in a subsequent investigation. These initiatives are made possible through programs either established completely by governments or by the collaboration of both public and private organizations with the objective of taking advantage of the phenomenon that Industry 4.0 supposes. The method used to identify Industry’s 4.0 initiatives establishes 34 OECD member countries plus 5 in process of accession as a population and uses a standard search through conventional internet search engines based on the bibliographic study methodology, emphasizing governmental portals of economy and technology.

In Mexico, important changes are currently happening that involve our quality of life, especially because of the feeding we are having. Since we are born, we have been thought that the more milk we consume the better development and growth we have. This information is inherited from generation to generation. This so accelerated kind of life we live makes us not to pay enough attention to our kind of feeding, starting with that of our children. In this case we are referring to those parents who are incapable of breastfeeding to their children, so they decide to feed them with formula the one that sometimes causes rejection on children or children are lactose intolerants. So, their parents must spend more money to buy products from this line. Tlaxcala is a Mexican republic state recognized for its culture and gastronomy. Despite there is knowledge of lactose intolerance there is no knowledge about the seriousness of this illness if it is not treated since the child shows early symptoms. Therefore, the substitute product of milk-based on oilseeds (almonds, sesame and sunflower seed) for lactose intolerance children has properties to replace breastfeeding part providing necessary nutrients for good development in their growth. Besides consuming it helps our immune system. A proximal analysis was made in fall 2018 through a prestigious institution in Tlaxcala state about the substitute product of milk-based on oilseeds for lactose intolerance children based on the norm NOM-051-SCFI/SSA1-2010.

Background: It is well proven that becoming overweight and obese during pregnancy increase complications in mother while delivering and neonates. Objective: Present study is envisaged to understand the correlation between maternal body composition and complications in mother and neonates. Methodology: It is a cross sectional longitudinal prospective study carried out at a tertiary care hospital in Oman among 300 randomly selected pregnant women. Results: Preeclampsia was recorded in 44% of patients and more than 67% of them were having more than one complaint. Maternal BMI, total visceral fat, resting metabolic rate are significantly (p<0.05) impacting neonatal birth weight and APGAR score. Maternal body age is correlated significantly (p<0.05) with birth weight and head circumference. The birth complication cesarean delivery, gestational diabetes, and gestational hypertension are significantly correlated with maternal body age, total body fat, and gestational age. Conclusion: Authors conclude that majority of the pregnant woman in their third trimester suffering from overweight or from high-fat deposition in their bodies are noted to have risks of macrosomia, impaired APGAR score, gestational diabetes, gestational hypertension and undergo cesarean delivery.

But people are often greedy, want to expand their territory, gain more slaves, more cattle, want to become powerful leaders. Therefore, since ancient times, there have been many border wars, conquering other countries. Humans had to fight constantly with arguments covering and defending the encroachment and ruling territory. Some researchers have proposed many types of borders: historical borders, natural borders, linguistic borders, religious borders, racial boundaries, cultural borders ... Tu Quang Du said: "Geographic boundaries take territory, territorial waters, are internationally recognized as standards, and strategic borders are not subject to territorial limits, territorial sea, or not. Strategic borders determine the survival space of a nation, a nation, so it is necessary to find every wing to push the battlefield from the geographical border to the strategic border (Du, 1987). Globalization is an inevitable phenomenon in human history. Over the past few decades, the pace of global integration has become increasingly profound due to unprecedented advances in technology, communications, science, transportation, and industry. As a result, the exchange of goods and products, capital, information, knowledge, and culture among countries have overcome all limitations of space and time, bringing positive effects to the development of economies and for people's lives in many parts of the world. The current globalization process is impacting many aspects of international life, including national borders. Globalization is an expansion of the market beyond national borders, a market trend that is less and less bound by territorial geography.
