The continuous improvement of teachers has a significant impact on the quality of the training process of careers in higher education. The objective of this work is to design a pedagogical strategy to favor the improvement of teachers from the methodological, didactic and technological point of view for the implementation of the Distance study modality in the Information Sciences career of the University of Moa ̈Dr.Antonio Núñez Jiménez ̈. The use of theoretical methods was taken into account, among which stand out analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, and of the empirical level the documentary review, the survey in the form of a questionnaire and the observation of self-improvement activities. With the application of the proposed pedagogical strategy, the teachers of the career are incorporated into the different variants of improvement proposed, which allowed them to acquire digital skills. The actions carried out contributed to the preparation of their study guides, taking into account the methodological and didactic requirements for their preparation, planning their subjects and designing them on the interactive platform used by the university. Theimplementation of this pedagogical strategy allows the management of the process of permanent improvement of the teachers, its continuous evaluation and the quality and academic efficiency in the Distance study modality, which reverts to the excellence ofthe teaching-learning process

This paper aims to create a reflection on mediation in education as a strategy to improve the relationship between teachers and students, for having this area in the words of Manzano (2017), its own characteristics and a complex functioning, which causes a very differentiated conflict, find ourselves in a context where different aspects converge, such as the educational, organizational, work and even family, which need a response global and precise in these conflict situations. The necessary flexibility of educational structures implies proposing new conceptions in the teaching and learning process by emphasis on innovation. The purpose of the study is to design a program collaboration for the strengthening of cultural identity in the education of adults in the District of Tambogrande of the Province of Piura-Peru, starting of a socio-critical vision, which postulates that culture is born from the relationships daily, where knowledge flows that over time takes root, forming the idiosyncrasy and the feelings of belonging. The study used a methodology based on the positivist paradigm, under a quantitative, supported by field research with a descriptive level. The population was 100 students, leaving the sample selected at random made up of 28 students of both sexes, and whose ages ranged from 15 and 50 years, approximately. The data collection technique was survey and its instrument the digital questionnaire, in which they were considered five dimensions of cultural identity: history, folklore, gastronomy, religiosity and nature to know that 97% of the students manifested a low level of cultural identity, which demonstrates their refusal to participate in cultural artistic activities of the locality and the country

In recent years, the feedback process has become very important to monitor students regarding their progress and difficulties in reaching their competencies. However, there is little information on the characterization of the research that has addressed this issue. The present topographic review has been proposed to analyze the articles focused on the empirically-based feedback process, published in indexed journals between the years 2017 to 2021. For this, the PRISMA method has been used. The results reveal that 47 articles have been published by a total of 70 authors,of which the predominant ones are women. Most of the studies carried out are characterized by being quantitative, with a non-experimental design and with a type of non-probabilistic sampling for convenience. The research focuses have been students, first and then teachers, especially in universities and to a lesser extent in schools. The publications, predominantly, have been made in journals indexed in Scopus and SciElo

The objective of this document is to characterize those subjects who disguise themselves as researchers in contexts related to scientific production, skewing attention towards those who are dedicated to research in academic contexts. In this sense, it takes into account behaviors associated with both the fabrication and falsification of data, as well as the plagiarism of works. To achieve all this, a descriptive research supported by a content analysis was followed. Among the findings, it stands out that: (a) many researchers consider that intentionality is present in most of the authors who commit fraud; (b) it is not always easy to discover some fraudulent processes, especially when the perpetrators have certain skills that allow them to deceive a large part of the readers; (c) it has been difficult to eradicate the presence of fraudulent authors and those who fabricate or falsify data to falsify results; and (d) the scientific work requires responsible and committed researchers, therefore, it must face those who disguise themselves as researchers who only dedicate themselves, among other things, to setting up teams of complacent researchers who endorse whatever they receive, without being pending. That what is written is affiliated with the ethical and moral standards that must accompany good researchers.

The university is the most appropriate place to practice scientificactivity, by virtueof the level of study that they offer. Ecuadorian universities establish lines of research that promote and stimulate research processes in the area of law.Therefore, the present study aims to describe the elements that denote the strengthening of the triad academic research -Ecuadorian law -challenges of the XXI century, within the framework of the Ecuadorian University Education. Research developed from a non-experimental design, documentary type and of descriptive and exploratory character, because it inferred in the analysis of primary sources already established, legal documents and similar investigations.In this methodological context, bibliographic documents, some antecedents and previous works related to the subject were investigated.The data collection technique used was the fiching technique and the content card. For the study of the data, we proceeded with content analysis. In conclusion, Ecuadorian higher education must prepare itself to face the established challenges of the 21st century: the challenge of building a just society based on knowledge, doing good scientific and technological research, transforming the educational systems of the region, among others.

The context of remote education in universities, in the stage of the COVID 19 Pandemic, proposed transforming the didactic intervention paradigm by orienting it towards active mixed methodologies, focused on the student's learning process, in which technological tools were incorporated that allow greater autonomy and responsibility in achieving learning outcomes. In this line of work, an investigation was carried out whose objective was to demonstrate that the application of the Inverted Classroom methodology promoted the development of investigative competences for the planning of an educational research project in a sample of 41 students of the Master's Degree in Teaching and Research from the National University of Piura. The members were practicing teachers in basic level educational institutions, which facilitated the study from the competence approach. The quantitative research, pre-experimental design, was carried out in the context of the Scientific Research subject, using the virtual platforms Classroom and Meet. Google for the programming and execution of the Inverted Classroom Program. The instruments used in the initial phase were a test of knowledge of research methodology and as a final evaluation a research competency evaluation form. In the results of the application of the Student's t test related samples and because the valueof the probability of the test is less than 5%. (Sig. = 0.000 <0.05), the existence of significant differences in the development of the research competences of the students was verified; In other words, with respect to the initial evaluation, the final verification shows that the application of the Inverted Classroom experience has strengthened the development of research competencies.

The article presents the results of adiagnosis carried out on the training offered by the Open University for Adults (UAPA), as part of its policy of social responsibility and educational inclusion, to inmates.Its purpose: To analyze key aspects of the program's operation, in order to make improvements, meet the needs of direct beneficiaries and promote its implementation.The methods of analysis and synthesis, inductive-deductive, survey and focus group techniques were used in an intentional sample of (34) participants from three penitentiary centers.Among the main results are: that there is a state of positive satisfaction with the opportunity that UAPA gives them to access higher education and have a greater chance of entering the labor market after serving their sentence. They recognize the follow-up to the situations presented to the institution by them or their families.There is satisfaction with the follow-up of academic activities in the virtual campus, the application of exams, the admission process, enrollment and payment of tuition. They positively value the attention of the facilitators and school directors, the Social Service and the Professional Practice.As opportunities for improvement, they pointed out: the need for timely feedback from the facilitators to the learning activities; that the Prison does not fully guarantee the conditions required to develop the educational activities, as they do not always pay attention to their complaints, needs or suggestions.

Nuclear medicine presents many benefits for the diagnosis of multiple diseases, constituting at the same time a risk for workers in that area and patients who attend frequently, that is why this study aimed to carry out a study on the radiation safety and protection of workers of a textile company in the area of radiodiagnosis. Field research with a descriptive level, being its population the personnel that works in the area of production and the service of radiodiagnosis, the sample was made up of 75 production workers and 5 of said medical area. As a data collection technique we used the survey and its instrument the questionnaire, as a technique of analysis was the hermeneutic statistical study. Among the results, the interviewees responded in 51% that radiodiagnostic studies are always performed, while 28% of those consulted indicated that radiodiagnostic studies are rarely performed. Concluding with the need to increase occupational safety measures, to personnel working in the area of radiodiagnosis, to comply with the different radiological safety protocols, before exposure to the effects of X-rays, Gamma that these generate.

The use of social networks has increased exponentially in all countries of the world, even in those that are immersed in the greatest poverty, being this situation a breeding ground for the use of the same in the educational and political area.Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the incidence of political marketing in non-formal social education from the multivariate perspective of social networks, research conducted under a positivist methodology, presenting a quantitative approach, a field research type, with a descriptivelevel.The population was estimated at 500,000 people and the sample consisted of 384 subjects from the southern sectors of the city of Guayaquil, the technique used was the survey and its instrument was the dichotomous questionnaire. A statistical study was used as a data analysis technique.Among the results, 85% of the respondents stated that they have responded to online surveys through e-mail or social networks, 45% of them also stated that they have participated in surveys through telephone calls and none of them have been answered personally. It is concluded that the five variables presented in the hypothesis play an important role in determining the competitiveness of the policy.

The rates of traffic accidents have always been a matter of attention for the State, because they represent an indication of how its road policies are developed, which is why this research deals with the analysis of Public Road Safety Policies in Ecuador, from the point of view of citizen action. Research conducted with a quantitative approach, being a field study, presenting a descriptive character. The study population consisted of a psychologist specialist, with participation in safety education programs. As well as, a sample of 726 subjects (women and men, of legal age, with a vehicle and belonging to the geographical area under study).Interview and survey techniques were applied, using an interview script and a questionnaire, respectively. The results showed the characterization of current public policies on education and road safety, reporting critical knots in their operation, with great incidence of the scarce budget available.The Ecuadorian government's policies on education and road safety are relevant and in harmony with the international agreements signed by the nation. These policies are implemented through public plans and programs related to education and road safety, through training processes with the support of governmental and private entities.

Thematerial is designed using photographs and precise texts for better appreciation. Atarget group was chosen, giving way to the respective investigation techniquesand to be able to execute our purpose in the community of the Ónix de La JoyaHousing Complex, located in Daule. The study isbased on a positivist paradigmwith a focus quantitative field research type with a descriptive level, cut-off cross.The population consisted of 55 women, while the The sample was made up of thetotal population. A semi-structured interviewwas developed with a script of five open questions. The population is made up of seven officialswho work in the insurance issuance department of the company Mapfre Atlas S.A. Insurancecompany. Presenting as results a prototype of the procedures manual for the issuance ofpolicies, an adequate solution to be executed to solve the aforementioned inconveniences,optimizing the service provided by the company.

Educational institutions are immersed in a continuous change of their educational environment, in the community in which they are located and of the pedagogical tools at their disposal. For this reason, it is imperative to link school, family and community. To this end, this study aims to establish the relationship between school, family and community as a strategic scenario for educational management in rural contexts. Research conducted under the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach. The research design was field research, at a descriptive level. The population under study were 23 teachers of the Liceo Bolivariano Campaña Admirable, located in the municipality Acevedo, parish Ribas of Miranda State, attached to the Rural School Nucleus La Marinera. The sample was of the census type. The technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. Among the results, 52% of the teachers consulted answered that the representatives do not attend the institution when summoned, while 70% said that the community does not participate in institutional activities. In conclusion, it is established that the strengthening of school management by the school, family and community is a necessity and an aspiration of the educational process for many years. Therefore, we must seek the integration of school, family and community as a monolithic thread in the entire educational process, for the benefit ofthe students of the Liceo Bolivariano Campaña Admirable.

Sexuality in students is a topic of great concern due to the tendency it presents, in terms of the way it is developed by high school students. That is why this study aims to propose an Action Plan for the promotion of responsible sexual education inthe students of the Unidad Educativa Nacional San Sebastian. The research was located in the positivist paradigm, under the quantitative approach. The research modality was the feasible project, supported by a field design. The investigated reality was approached directly with a descriptive level. The population consisted of (53) students of the Unidad Educativa Nacional San Sebastian. The data collection technique was the survey and the instrument was the questionnaire. The analysis technique was percentage statistics. The analysis of the data showed that 63% of the students responded that the teacher does not conduct any type of discussion on sexuality with the students, while 37% of those consulted indicated that the teachers do. Therefore, it is necessary to implement actions that integrate the teacher and the family to create a support network that promotes healthy and responsible sexuality. That motivates students to have a responsible sexuality, developing a culture strengthened in ethical, moral and coexistence values in their social environment.

Because the planet has been deteriorating more and more, due to the negative impact of humanity.One of the problems is solid waste, as a polluting factor, and it is our obligation as citizens to attack it. Starting with our change of behavior, to a more ecological and environmentalist one.The purpose of this article is to present the solid waste management program as a strategy to improve environmental awareness in fifth and sixth grade students of the Public Institution 14502-Canchaque 2020. Using the analytical-deductive method, presenting a non-experimental research design, of the field research type with a descriptive level.The population consisted of 18 students in fifth and sixth grade of primary education at I.E. Institution Educativa N° 14502-Canchaque, for the year 2020. The data collection technique used was the survey and its instrument was the checklist. In addition, the analysis technique used was the statistical analysis and statistical interference.In conclusion, it is important that students reflect on the environment and its impact on the development of the person, in that sense, various theories such as those of Bronfenbrenner and Vygotsky, which support the research, were analyzed to improve the level of environmental awareness in the students under study.

Currently, violent and aggressive behaviors have been multiplying within the educational space, the reasons respond to various causes. In this sense, we seek to reduce these violent acts through the practice and control of emotional intelligence, because through it we can guide, the ability to understand and guide emotions effectively, so that students are successful in different areas of their lives.The study of emotional intelligence and violent behavior in elementary school students, aims to establish the development of emotional intelligence as a tool for the reduction of violent behavior in sixth grade students of the IE José Carlos Mariátegui in the district of Castilla. Using as research methodology, the positivist paradigm, framed within a quantitative posture, with a description field research. The population consistedof 30 students in the sixth grade of primary education of the educational institution in the year 2020. The data collection technique used was the survey and direct observation, and the instruments used were the questionnaire and the notebook. Statisticalanalysis was used to analyze the data obtained. In the results, it is evident that sixth grade students of the José Carlos Mariátegui School reached medium and higher levels of physical, verbal, hostility and anger violent behaviors in more than 60% of them. In conclusion, the emotional intelligence program is proposed as a strategy to develop the dimensions of emotional intelligence to improve the violent behaviors of sixth grade students of the José Carlos Mariátegui School.

Today's education needs to respond to the demands of the new social dynamics, which is predisposed to an excessive load of information and emotion from various sources.That is why it is necessary to encourage mathematical, logical thinking in students for the construction and reconstruction of their knowledge, so that they can acquire the skills for their good performance. In this sense, nowadays, abstract thinking is considered as the ability to observe specific situations in order to decompose and fragment them. In this way, generating new knowledge, effectively boosting mental abilities. The purpose of the present study was to propose a program based on mental skills for the improvement of abstract reasoning in seventh grade students of primary education at the República Argentina Fiscal School. For this purpose, a methodology based on the quantitative approach was used, being a feasible project with a descriptive level. The sample consisted of 40 seventh grade elementary school students of the Escuela Fiscal República Argentina. The data collection technique was the survey and its instrument was the questionnaire. In conclusion, it is recommended to the directors of the fiscal institution to apply the program proposed in this research, since it is based on an organized structure, according to activities that improve the deficiencies evidenced in the abstract reasoning of the students.

Nowadays, the educational field demands more and more knowledge, since the situations experienced today require a subject that responds to the demands of the moment and that manages his emotions in an adequate manner, constructs his own significant learning and demonstrates a satisfactory performance, both academically and in the workplace.The objective of the research presented is to propose the AREST Plan to strengthen scientific competencies in fifth grade students in Piura. Based on the positivist paradigm was used, being its approach quantitative, with a non-experimental design, cross-sectional and descriptive level feasible project type.The selected sample consisted of 29 students, the data collection technique was the survey and its instrument was the questionnaire, and the statistical study was used to analyze the data. The results showed that 62.1% (18) of the students were at a low level and 31.1% (9) at a very low level.After analyzing the data collected, the diagnosis was based on the AREST Plan, which is based on Bar-On's Emotional-Social Intelligence model with the Emotional Quotient Inventory. The skills of assertiveness, social responsibility, empathy, problem solving and stress tolerance were selected.In addition, it is linked to Daniel Goleman's Emotional Intelligence theory. In conclusion, the AREST Plan is an emotional education proposal composed of strategies based on constructivism, inserted in the area of science and technology, to strengthen their scientific competencies.

Geometric thinking is an ability that is acquired throughout the life of the subject, according to the evolutionary stages. This mental process is used to understand the three-dimensional thinking of space. That is why, its study occupies a place in the school curriculum, due to the contribution it offers to the formation of individuals, which allows giving strategies, skills and tools for their performance in life. The objective of the research was to carry out a study of the strategies of contextualized situations that improve geometric thinking in students of fourth grade of secondary education of the Educational Institution "Túpac Amaru", Tumbes-2020. In this sense, the research was framed in a quantitative approach, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, field research type, with a descriptive level.For this purpose, a sample of 35 fourth grade high school students of the Educational Institution was selected; the data collection technique was the survey and its instrument was the test. The statistical study was used as a data analysis technique. According to the results, it was identified the low level of geometric thinking of students, which are evidenced in tables, according to statistical standards, so there is a need to focus on the problem, proposing the strategies of contextualized situations, the fundamental purpose of this research.

The teacher's role in teaching mathematics is of vital importance, since the student's interest and pleasure in the subject will depend on him/her, through the innovative and creative strategies that he/she applies and that generate a positive attitude towards it, since, due to habit, prejudice, or predisposition, they have always had a rejection of mathematics, generating frustration and anxiety in some of them. In Peru, the results of mathematics assessments at the primary level, at the international, national and regional levels, have reflected an incipient progress, and there is still much room for improvement; that is, more attention should be paid to this area, which is based on the development of mathematical competencies through mathematical problem solving. In this sense, the purpose of this research was to analyze the JUMAT program to improve the development of mathematical competencies in fifth grade elementary school students at I.E. N° 14646 in the district of Morropón. The population and sample consisted of 90 students in the fifth grade of Primary Education at I.E. N° 14646. The data collection technique was the test or non-parametric test, and the instrument was the test.

Comprehensive early childhood care is a priority to ensure the realization of childcare and ensure optimal development through coordinated national and inter-institutional actions in each region, proposing policies and measures to meet the main needs of underage children.All these objectives are based on human development, from the early stages of childhood to promote a harmonious development and a good life. The purpose of the research was to analyze the DAIS Program for the improvement of knowledge of early childhood development in the Community Educational Promoters of UGEL Piura 2020.Using a positivist methodology, with a quantitative perspective, which presents a non-experimental design. It is a field research with a descriptive level. The sample consisted of 60 community education promoters of the city of Piura. The data collection technique used was the survey and its instrument, the questionnaire, was structured with the Likert scale. Statistical analysis was used as a data analysis technique.The results obtained show the low level of knowledge of early childhood development in the community education promoters. The theories of child development under three years of age were considered, contributing to the design and proposal of the DAIS program to improve the knowledge of child development in the community educational promoters of the initial level of UGEL Piura-Peru. Five experts indicated that the program applies in favor of the solution of the educational problems found validate.

The construction of the meaning of learning in traditional education has been focused on correcting, identifying errors and finally, grading. This demotivates students, since their effort, whatever the result, is diminished and undervalued. The dynamics of today's education require another formative vision, one that includes all the actors in the process, which represents a challenge for institutions.In addition, it articulates the true competence, only of the teacher, but also the interests of the students. Therefore, the present study aims to analyze the implementation of the REFOR program for the improvement of teaching competence in the evaluation of learning in apublic institution of Catacaos. It is a descriptive field study, which used a sample of 31 primary school teachers from the José Jacobo Cruz Villegas Educational Institution in Catacaos.In conclusion, the five dimensions of teaching competence in learningyielded an average of 75% as a cumulative percentage of the low and medium levels; therefore, the REFOR program is an excellent alternative for teachers to improve their competence in the development of formative feedback.
