Ways of physical education of schoolboys are indicated. Technical and tactical elements of game is considered in rugby-5. In research 32 schoolchildren of 5th forms took part aged 10–11 years. The article defines SCATT optoelectronic system accuracy of weapon movement registration. Three types of errors in defining the coordinates of the aiming point on a SCATT target were found. They were: asymmetry of the left to right and up to down results; the absolute errors in each direction; the dependence of the distance error magnitude upon the center of the target. It has been found that the optoelectronic registration has the biggest errors in left and up directions from the center of the target (199–283 %), and relatively less big in right (54–188 %) and down (18–188 %) directions. In order to make corrections while defining the aiming point coordinates on a SCATT target, the correction factor of the distance from the aiming point to the center of the target must be used

Efficiency of the mountain training is certain on the basis of comparative estimation of physical preparedness of sportsmen, specialized in the speed-power types of sport, conducting training camps in the conditions of midlands and at the level of sea. For determination of level of physical preparedness, development of motive qualities (force, quickness, special endurance, speed-power capabilities) the developed complex pedagogical tests were used for sportsmen , specialized in at run on 400 m. The research was aimed to analyze the level of health of young people studying in different educational institutions of Ukraine, Russia, and Belarus. There was also a purpose to determine the basic regularities in the health status dynamics of students living to the northwest of the Azov Sea. Over-nutrition, low physical activity, neuro emotional stress and bad habits were specified as the main factors leading to non-communicable diseases of students. The deterioration of the youth health status in the northwest of the Azov Sea is highlighted in the article. In particular, there are up to 45 % (of the total number of cases) pathologies in cardiovascular system, up to 26 % – violation of the musculoskeletal system. It is noted that this problem should be solved by initiating state rehabilitation programs

In the article the level of physical preparation of students and graduates of higher educational institutions of Ukraine is researched. The analysis of scientific papers about low level of conditional physical preparation of students is given. It is shown that existing in Ukrainian higher educational institutions system of physical training is not effective. An experiment on organization of the process of physical training on the basis of personally-oriented technologies was carried out at the State Higher Educational Institution «Ukrainian Academy of Banking of the National Bank of Ukraine» (Sumy). 445 students of the age of 17–23 took part at the experiment. Systematic-synergetic technology of educational process organization has been worked out. Questionnaire data of оver 4 thousand students of UAB NBU (Sumy) were used in the research. It was found that the usage of modern technologies of the educational process organization, such as consideration of motivation, level of preparation and interests of students, creation of conditions at the place of living, gave opportunities to create an effective system of physical training, made it possible to create an effective system of physical education
