VALUE GUIDELINES FOR THE FORMATION OF SPIRITUAL CULTURE AMONG THE FUTURE EDUCATORS AS A COMPONENT OF A PROFESSIONAL IMAGE

The article covers some aspects for the formation of spiritual culture among future educators as a component of a professional image. The main components of the educator's professional image are revealed natural qualities (communication, empathy, reflexivity, eloquence) of quality, formed as a result of education and training (moral and ethical ideas, psychological health, communication skills, spiritual culture); life and professional experience. It has been established that the image of the educator, in scientific research, is considered in the context of the problems of formation the individual stale of the educator, and is defined as a qualitative characteristic of the personality, which contributes to the expression of its internal attitudes, personal and professional qualities, life position, spiritual culture. The analysis has been made of different views on the problem of the formation of person's spirituality. It has been found that spiritual culture depends on psychological especially of the personality, its moral values, related with evaluation categories and the general culture. The main value guidelines for the formation of the spiritual culture of future preschool specialists are summarized: humanistic values (tolerance, empathy, altruism, perception), moral values (conscience, dignity, honesty, respect, truthfulness, justice), professional values (diligence, responsibility, professional knowledge and skills, pedagogical tact, professional ethics), self-educational values (reflection, desire to know the world, oneself, the meaning and purpose of one’s life). It has been established that purposeful work on the formation of value guidelines in the process of training contributes to the development of professional and personal competence of future preschool educators.
