The Russian technical literature defines notion control as a slight change of object property values (or their combination) in desirable direction. Unfortunately, some valuable parameters of these changes, essential for the control process are not clearly set. For example, the amount of such change as time, in the course of which it should occur, is not set. As a result, the object undergoes some changes, but not control in the full sense of the word. To prevent confusion, the article has analyzed 13 types of changes, which the object can undergo and only two of them are really regarded as control.

In today’s system of global marketing the national economic development and increasing international competitiveness are determined by two key factors: natural, recourses and nations ability being engaged into business. The core idea of this article is to present the situation of small business in Russian Federation. So the research is carry out to analyze the evolution of small business and the possibilities to use world method and experience of running and operating small business, to adopt them successfully to local political and economic situation. To compete internationally and produce qualified product is rather difficult process, so the necessity of creating the highest possible condition arise. People engaged into business activity should be ready to meet today’s economic challenge and be able to resist any financial crisis.

The article analyzes ties between the spatial and economic relations with respect to the problems of spatial and regional economy. The article shows that spatial relations are poorly studied by spatial economy, describes the impact of spatial relations on the solution of a number of economic problems, singles out a group of topologic and field relations. The topologic models are proved to be the basis for economic and spatial characteristics linkage. This article presents correlative methods for spatial and economic characteristics linkage, shows the building of the spatial information field with economic indicators and highlights the necessity of spatial relations application for economic problems solving.
