Raising of problem. Natural calamities, technogenic catastrophes and failures, result in destruction of building objects. Under the obstructions of destructions there can be victims. The most widespread technogenic failure are explosions of domestic gas. The structure of obstructions changes depending on parameters and direction of explosion, first of all size and location of wreckages. Sorting out of obstructions is executed by machines and mechanisms which do not answer the requirements of these works, that predetermines falling short of logistical support to the requirements of rescue or restoration works, and it increases terms and labour intensiveness of their conduct. Development of technological decisions is therefore needed for the effective sorting out of destructions of building objects. Purpose. Development of methodology of determination of logistical support of processes of sorting out of destructions of building and building. Conclusion. Experience of works shows on sorting out of the destroyed building objects, that they are executed with the use of imperfect logistical support, which are not taken into account by character of destruction of objects and is based on the use of buildings machines which do not answer the requirements of these processes, that results in considerable resource losses. Building machines with a multipurpose equipment, which provide the increase of efficiency of implementation of rescue and restoration works, are worked out. Methodology of determination of number of technique is worked out for providing of material-supply of sorting out of destructions, in particular on the initial stage of rescue works for liberation of victims from under obstructions.

Problem statement. Until now slide bearings are used widely in engineering. But the calculation is made on obsolete method that is based on undetermined parameters such as wear of the bearing shell. It is accepted in the literature that if the shaft and liner material are homogeneous, the workpiece surface are cylindrical as they wear and contact between them occurs at all points contact arc. Research objective. The purpose of this study is determine a friction torque in the slide bearings of power-basis parameters. Conclusions. Since the friction is primarily responsible for wear of cinematic pairs “pin – liner” and “pivot — liner” slide bearings. It is shown that the friction torquesof angles wrap, that are obtained by the formulas and given in literature, are not only qualitatively but also quantitatively, namely, the calculation by literature to the formulas the friction torques are proportional to the angle wrap and the calculation by improved formulas the friction torques are inversely proportional to the angle wrap due to the reduction the normal pressure. Underreporting friction torque at large angle wrap is between 40 and 15 %. The difference in the magnitude of friction torque in the run-in and run-out cinematic pairs with real method of machining is 2...3 %, which it is possible to declare of reducing the finish of contacting surface of slide bearings.

Problem statement. Ecopolices are the newest stage of the urban planning. They have to be consideredsuchas material and energy informational structures, included to the dynamic-evolutionary matrix netsofex change processes in the ecosystems. However, there are not made the ecopolice classifications, developing on suchapproaches basis. And this determined the topicality of the article. Analysis of publications on theoretical and applied aspects of the ecopolices formation showed, that the work on them is managed mainly in the context of the latest scientific and technological achievements in the various knowledge fields. These settlements are technocratic. They are connected with the morphology of space, network structures of regional and local natural ecosystems, without independent stability, can not exist without continuous man support. Another words, they do not work in with an ecopolices idea. It is come to a head for objective, symbiotic searching of ecopolices concept with the development of their classifications. Purpose statement is to develop the objective evidence for ecopolices and to propose their new classification. Conclusion. On the base of the ecopolices classification have to lie an elements correlation idea of their general plans and men activity type according with natural mechanism of accepting, reworking and transmission of material, energy and information between geo-ecosystems, planet, man, ecopolices material part and Cosmos. New ecopolices classification should be based on the principles of multi-dimensional, time-spaced symbiotic clarity with exchange ecosystem networks. The ecopolice function with this approach comes not from the subjective anthropocentric economy but from the holistic objective of Genesis paradigm. Raising of problem.Non-compliance requirements of today's industrial enterprises, which were built during the Soviet period, as well as significant technical progress, economic reform and transition to market principles of performance evaluation leading to necessity to change their target and functionality. The technical condition of many industrial buildings in Ukraine allows to exploit them for decades.Redesigning manufacturing enterprises allows not only to reduce the cost of construction, but also to obtain new facilities in the city. Despite the large number of industrial buildings that have lost their effectiveness and relevance, as well as a significant investor interest in these objects, the scope of redevelopment in the construction remains unexplored. Analysis researches on the topic. The problem of reconstruction of industrial buildings considered in Topchy D. [3], Travin V. [9], as well as in the work of other scientists. However, there are no rules in regulatory documents and system studies for improving the organization of the reconstruction of buildings at realigning. The purpose of this work is the development an algorithm of actions for selection of effective organizational decisions at the planning stage of a reprofiling project of industrial buildings. The proposed algorithm allows you to select an effective organizational and technological solution for the re-profiling of industrial buildings, taking into account features of the building, its location, its state of structures and existing restrictions. The most effective organizational solution allows realize the reprofiling project of an industrial building in the most possible short terms and with the lowest possible use of material resources, taking into account the available features and restrictions. Conclusion. Each object has a number of unique features that necessary for considering at choosing an effective reprofiling variant. The developed algorithm for selecting effective decisions of reprofiling buildings is recommended for use in accordance with for the purpose of logical and errors excluding the final result.

Statement of the problem. Health and human performance largely determined by the conditions of climate and air quality in residential, administrative and residential and public buildings. At that, in turn, is influenced by the external environment and the climate, and the geometric dimensions of the room, and thermal performance building envelopes, and the location of the premises (Orientation), and many other factors. The result is the formation of complex systems, which control decision-making in conditions of multifactor [1]. In hygienic purposes it is necessary to strive to create the best indoor microclimate conditions, regardless of changes in the factors that affect the climate in residential, administrative and residential and public buildings. Develop systems to ensure the necessary microclimate parameters – it is a complex and important task, which will depend entirely comfortable and cozy environment for the person. The problem of the present time, there is a steady increase in the energy consumption of these systems, due to the rise in price of non-renewable energy sources, and our job is, to simulate the work of software systems necessary microclimate for the changes in the factors that affect it and to minimize the use of non-renewable energy sources. Analysis of recent research and publications. Domestic and foreign hygienists [2, 3, 4] to establish a connection between the climate in the room and in the workplace and the state of human health. Formation of the indoor climate of residential, administrative and residential and public buildings is influenced by many factors that have already noted earlier [5, 6]. Study of the processes of influence of various factors on human health is of great complexity. If we consider each process separately, and in this case they are not currently amenable to theoretical description clearer. To simulate the effect of these factors studies were conducted, which showed that, with sufficient accuracy manage experimentally investigate the electrical field in the liquid conducting medium as an analog of the thermal field [7, 8]. Isolation of previously solved problems. Known methods for modeling are approximate and have drawbacks that reduce the accuracy and limited scope. Therefore, one way to obtain effective thermal solutions is a simulation of thermal processes with further analysis of the results. It was suggested that the thermal field in the room to simulate electric field in the plating bath, and the analog heat flux between surfaces of any room space assumed current density between the surfaces of the model. The smaller the distance between the selected measurement points, the more accurate will be recreated actual picture patterns in the electric field and hence the thermal field in the room [7, 8]. But this method does not enable to take into account all the possible variations that affect the formation of indoor climate. Working with models that use an electric field to the heat radiation transfer simulations showed a significant labor input in the input model of the initial information and the removal of the simulation results. Objectives. Describe the behavior of the system (the influence of the microclimate of the environment and the geometric dimensions of the room, and thermal performance building envelopes, and the location of the premises (Orientation), and many other factors in the indoor climate of buildings), to build theories and hypotheses that could explain the behavior, which It will be observed to use the theory for predicting the future behavior of the system, that is, those factors that can be caused by a change in the system or change the way of its functioning. Conclusions. The proposed approach to addressing the issues raised will reveal the point of interaction between the different elements and factors that affect the indoor climate of buildings for different purposes. In the future, use the simulation method to study changes in microclimate in the buildings of different functions when you change the factors that affect it. This will create a system of automatic control of technological space heating and cooling processes, which will adapt to the changes in the factors that affect the indoor climate of buildings for different purposes.

Raising of problem. The problem of quality of atmospheric air takes a special place among problems of protection of a surrounding environment. It is caused first of all by vital necessity of atmospheric air for all alive on the Earth, influence of a condition of an atmosphere on global climatic processes and biosphere as a whole due to huge mobility of air weights with which harmful impurity can be transferred. These questions for industrial regions where the level of anthropogenous influence has reached critical size are especially actual. The Dnepropetrovsk area concerns to such regions also. By development of scripts of development of such regions and their territorial components there is a necessity for definition of possible consequences of anthropogenous processes, which occur (or can occur) in atmospheric air. It demands strengthening прогнозных functions of ecological monitoring, in particular on atmospheric air, at planning and building of territories, at a choice of the optimum script of town-planning. Purpose. To improve a subsystem of an estimation and the forecast of a condition of atmospheric air on an example of system of ecological monitoring «Pridneprov'e» the Dnepropetrovsk area by means of introduction of a complex of the mathematical models focused on large industrial region which will allow at presence of criteria and parameters to receive as statistical (for the short-term forecast during steady atmospheric processes), and dynamic estimations of a condition of atmospheric air, the forecast of changes of parameters of atmospheric air and distribution of polluting substances, and also their influence on an environment and the person. Conclusion. The offered approach allows to consider complex parameters of steady development, territorial, branch, social, economic and ecological, time aspects, opportunities of atmospheric air as a polyresource, provides the forecast and an estimation of a condition of atmospheric air in system of regional ecological monitoring at a choice and realization of strategy of steady ecological and economic development of territory.

Problem statement. One way to conserve the scarce high-quality raw materials resources and to reduce transport and energy costs is to use the accumulated technogenic mineral systems, as well as to study technogenic raw materials which were not previously used [1–3]. A shortage of high plasticity clays determines the need for using local low-grade loamy raw materials for the manufacture of wall ceramics. Strength properties of the ceramic brick can be improved by using expensive corrective additives or local technogenic raw materials [4–7]. Purpose. Development of compositions for the ceramic brick, modified with technogenic mineral systems. Conclusion. The author has studied the influence of the mixture ratio on the structure and fundamental physical and mechanical properties of the ceramic brick modified with technogenic mineral systems. The author has also developed the best ceramic batch compositions based on technogenic mineral systems conferring the required physical and mechanical parameters of the ceramic brick; they consist of: overburden (67 %), refuse heap (28 %) and red mud from NGZ (Mykolaiv Alumina Refinery) (5 %) for making 150 Grade ceramic brick with an average density of 1,650–1,730 kg/m3 at a temperature of 850 °C, which allows to reduce firing energy costs. It has been established that the sintering initiation temperature of the modified mixture decreases by 150–200°C compared to the unmodified one.

Problem statement. Housing belongs to the most important elements of the traditional culture of the Ukrainian people. The essential and defining element of both ancient and modern housing are heating and lighting devices. The importance of the problem is that not everyone knows the elements of the national housing of Ukrainian interior designing for lighting and heating. The furnace, bench, stove belong to the composing of traditional heating systems of folk housing of Ukraine. Varieties of sources, means, methods and devices were torch, candles, lanterns, lamps by which people light the room in the daytime or evening time. Purpose. Share a variety of heating and lighting devises in the interior of peasant houses of Ukraine to research the materials from which they were made, to determine the particular use. Conclusion. The main heating device of Ukrainians is a traditional oven. However, it should be noted that the space heating function was performed as stove and bench. Different devises of light: torch, flame, candle, lamp, are known in the system of artificial lighting of premises of ancient Ukrainians.

Problem Statement. The problem of architectural-town-planning learning of the river Islands in large rivers of the country has a convoluted history, which has radically changed the attitude of people to such areas of land many times. The modern stage of society development and urban development has again raised the issue of the revision the attitude to the Islands in reservoirs, including in the area of the Dnieper rapids, featuring the unique properties of biopositive impact on all the kinds of living organisms. The material embodiment of a new approach involving Islands in the program "Ekopolis "Iriy-Sad" on the Dnieper rapids", architectural and urban aspects of which are being developed since 2008 at the Department of architectural design under the direction of V. V. Vorobyova [ ]. However, articles of various authors on island territories, have not proposed the right approaches yet, which let us look at underrapid island on the Dnieper from the position of the new requirements of the times, which determined by the topicality of this article. The analysis of publications on the environmental aspects of architecture, urban planning and landscape design for the conditions of the river Islands between Dnipropetrovsk and Kiev, showed the absence of theoretical developments and practical recommendations, taking into account their natural and anthropogenic potential in the framework of solving the task of ecologization of the Dnieper valley and the transition to the latest technology organization of space for human life. The purpose of the article is to reveal the potential of the Islands in the area of the Dnieper rapids and the ways of its applying in architecture, urban planning and landscape design. Conclusions. Modern approaches to urban and architectural applying of river Islands do not take into account the fullness of the structural organization of the matrix of the ecosystem (exchange) relationships, organized in the form of net structures with different mission. Its features are not taken into account during development of functional-planning structure of the island territories, and the organization of the spatial composition of their building. In the end, architectural-town- planning "implants" destroy metabolic processes in island ecosystems, although created from environmentally friendly materials. Many of the Islands remain undeveloped, and are seen as recreational areas without the required level of improvement and engineering technical support. To stop this process, you must go to the techniques and technology architectural-town-planning development of the Islands precluding destruction of their ecotopes and ecotsenoses.

To study the structure of metals and alloys and its influence on their properties are widely used traditional methods of macro- and microanalysis, X-ray, spectral, thermal and inspection (X-ray, magnetic, ultrasonic). They have their own threshold, often narrowly focused and applied directly depending on the purpose of the research object (pipe, forming rolls, metal, etc.). Currently existing mathematical models of forecasting the qualitative characteristics of metal products based only on an analysis of statistical data do not provide physical-chemical interpretation of the processes that occur during the formation of the structure or who could definitely take into account the effect of the chemical composition and other parameters of the technology. Therefore, the forecast results can not always meet the requirements. In order to obtain acceptable quality results produced by the product specifications developed by the forecast methodology should include the use of both classical and modern methods of structure evaluation. So, to determine the relationship between mechanical properties and structure elements of cast iron roll is planned to use the theory of fractals and multifractal. The proposed method is the most appropriate to quantify the majority of real structures, which the integer approximation of the figures of Euclid introduces some uncertainty, and therefore not always acceptable in practical problems of modern materials. In this regard, it is assumed conducting special experiments, the analysis of which allows to develop a qualitative evaluation of the mechanical properties of the investigated steels and cast iron. As a result of analysis of the production technology of steel and iron and research work aimed at solving the problem of evaluating the mechanical properties of the formulated problem statement of operational forecasting of these properties and the basic ways of its solution.

Statement of the problem. In recent years, products based on gypsum binding materials is widespread, as their application allows to increase the productivity and quality of work. However, their production is constrained by lack of efficient dry additives. Domestic additives for adjusting the properties of gypsum binders are mainly in the liquid state. The use of imported additives increases the cost of products. One of the ways to obtain the dry additive is the use of polyvinyl acetate dispersion, which is widely used in liquid form to adjust the properties of cementations materials. But by the reworking to the dry condition the dispersion is aggregated. Furthermore, the additive does not have the required functional properties. The main problem of the production of dispersible polymer powders is development of the mechanism of their dispersion and film formation, and selection of regulators. So the stabilizers in the system prevent the coagulation of the emulsion (dispersion). Protective colloid provides obtaining of the dispersion powder, then is able to disperse in the water. And, finally, drying (moisture removal) leads to the film formation.

Purpose. Systematization and formalization of organizational, technological and economic factors reflecting the specific features of the construction of affordable housing and performing substantial impact on the cost of building production and the duration of works. Methodology. Substantiation of the list of factors exercising a decisive influence on the cost and duration of construction of affordable housing, using the methods of expert estimations. Findings. It was made a search for new and more accurate orientation relations between the crystal lattice in the pearlite and bainite austenite decomposition products. Methods. It were used the methods: transmission electron microscopy, the micro-, mathematical matrix and stereographic analysis. The purpose of the research is with theoretical, numerical and experimental methods to set up to a 0.2 degree angular orientation relations between the lattices of ferrite and cementite in the austenite decomposition products in the temperature range 400 ... 700°С. Results. It was established a new, refined value for grids in the diffusion decay of γ → α + (α + θ). Practical significance. It was proposed a new oriented dependence and the corresponding double gnomonic projection with poles to planes α and θ phases, which can be used in patterns of crystallographic lattices relations studies at phase transitions, as well as the subsequent modeling of complex physical processes of structure formation in metals and binary systems.
