Fortified fruit bar was made using bael pulp with an objective to optimize the product in various terms and to estimate the cost of fruit bar. Bael was used for fruit bar due to its high nutritional value and due to its popularity in india. Fruit bar is a concentrated fruit product with good nutritive value. Fruit bar principally made from fruit pulp retain most of the nutrients, minerals and flavor constituents thus forming a good nutritional supplement besides being a confectionery product. This paper presents a control strategy for a three phase unified power quality (UPQC) for an improvement of different power quality problems. The UPQC is realized by integration of series and shunt compensation system. The shunt and series system is realized using a three phase, three leg voltage source inverter (VSI). A control technique based on unit vector tempulate technique (UTT) is used to get the reference signals for transmission line, while Icosφ algorithm is used for the control of shunt, series transsformer.

This project studies how application of virtual instrumentation in power systems laboratory can help reduce financial costs used to invest on physical devices like cathode ray oscilloscope, digital multimeters among other devices. It tries to address issues concerning how a student can conduct remote laboratory experiments and gain hands-on experience. At the same time, the directed study also tries to explain the difference between conducting remote laboratory experiments and running simulations.
