İslamî edebiyatların bir kolu olan klasik Türk şiirinin estetik yargıları da Grek estetiğinden çokça etkilenmiş olan İslam estetiğinin etkisi altında şekillenmiştir. Klasik Türk şairleri bütünlük, harmoni, simetri ve orantı gibi estetiğin temel özelliklerinin yanı sıra işleve de büyük önem verirler. Kullandıkları her bir estetik nesnenin aynı zamanda bir işlev yüklenmesini bekleyen klasik Türk şairleri, icazlı söz söyleme hedefine ulaşmak için eserlerinde çiçeklere de yer vermişlerdir fakat klasik Türk şiirinde kendine yer bulan çiçek sayısı azdır. Bunun temel nedeni, klasik Türk şiiri estetiğine dâhil edilmekle birlikte söz konusu estetiğe işlevsel katkılarda bulunabilen çiçeklerin sayıca sınırlı olmasıdır. Bir diğer ifadeyle, bu şiirde kendine yer bulan sadece on dokuz çiçek klasik Türk şiiri estetiği içinde birer işlev yüklenebilmiş ve şiire konu olabilmişlerdir. The aesthetic statutes of Classical Turkish literature which is a branch of Islamic literatures, are under the control of Islamic aesthetics that is highly influenced by the Greek aesthetics. Classical Turkish poets in addition to integrity, harmony, symmetry and proportion, which are the main characteristics of the aesthetics, pay special attention to function. The classical Turkish poets who demand from every single aesthetic object to have a function, use flowers in their works to reach their goals of succinctness (icaz) but there are relatively few kinds of flowers used in the classical Turkish poetry. The main reason of the fact is that there are few flowers in number which is included into classical poetry that can be used as a manner of function for the aesthetics of classical Turkish poetry. To put another way, only nineteen flowers used in this poetry have some aesthetical functions and are subject to poetry in general.

Bir sanatsal dil tasarrufu olan edebiyatta, sembolik dil daha çok şiirde kendisini anlamlandırmıştır. Söylediklerini ve söyleyeceklerini doğrudan anlatmak istemeyen şairler bir gizli dünya kurmaya çalışırlar. Kendince yoğun ve değişken bir tavır olarak görünen dilin sembolik imgelere açılması, sözün boyutlarını da ötelere taşır. Cengiz Aytmatov metinleri sembolik dilin mitolojik ve arketipsel kaynaklarına tanıklık eden anlatımlardır. Bu yönüyle bir şiirden çok daha fazla gizli anlam boyutlarına sahiptir. İnsanlığın birikimi ve biriktirdikleri sözün ruhuna bürünerek önce söylencelere, destanlara, masallara, türkülere sinmiştir. Değer hatırlatmasındaki yazar, geleneksel yapıyı kendi prizmasında sözün renklerine ayırarak onu yeniden üretme gayretindedir. “Deniz Kıyısında Koşan Ala Köpek” de taşıdığı onlarca mitolojik, sembolik değerle zengin bir söz katmanına sahip metinlerden birisidir. Neredeyse Aytmatov’un anlatım zenginliğinin tortusu ve neticesi konumundadır. Sayılar, su, ateş, rüya ve söylenceler bir taraftan tarihin var olmadığı anlara diğer taraftan modern zamanlara uzanan dönemlere tanıklık eder. To say what they say and do not want to tell you directly poets are trying to establish a secret world. Intense and variable appears as an attitude of his own symbolic language of the opening image, the size of the carry to the other. Dönüşümcü ve işlemci liderlik stillerinin, örgütlerin yapılarına, kültürlerine ve başarılarına ayrı ayrı etkileri bulunmaktadır. Bu durum, eğitim örgütleri için de aynıdır. İşlemci liderler, örgütün önceden gelen işleyiş sistemine pek müdahale etmezken; dönüşümcü liderler, bilimsel veriler ve teknolojik gelişmeler ışığında örgütün değişim ve dönüşümünü sağlarlar. Dönüşümcü liderlik; okullardaki başarının ve kaliteli eğitim ve öğretimin temel belirleyicilerinden biridir. Dönüşümcü okul müdürleri; öğretmenler başta olmak üzere okuldaki tüm çalışanlarla birlik ve beraberlik içinde hareket eder, okulun hedeflerinin gerçekleştirilmesi konusunda vizyoner ve karizmatik kişilikleriyle öğretmenlere rol-model olur; teknolojiyi ve bilimsel gelişmeleri takip ederek okullarını bu veriler çerçevesinde değiştirir ve geliştirir. Bu tespitlerden hareketle, makalenin temel amacı; dönüşümcü ve işlemci liderliğin genel bir kavramsal çerçevesini sunmak; yapıları ve alt boyutları hakkında bilgi vermek; kişisel ve örgütsel açıdan etkilerini belirtmek; eğitim örgütleri açısından bazı çıkarımlarda ve önerilerde bulunmaktır. Rapid developments in internal and external environments of organizations oblige implementation of more active and effective leadership styles in organizations. There are seperately effects of transformational and transactional leadership styles to the organization structures, cultures and successes. That situation is same for educational organizations too. While transactional leaders do not interfere to the organization’s foregoer running system much, transformational leaders provide the organization’s change and transformation in the light of scientific data and technological developments. Transformational leadership is one of basic determinants of success and quality education in schools. Transformational headteachers move in unity particularly with teachers and all employees, become role model for teachers with their visionary and charismatic personalities in subject of realization of the school aims, follow technology and scientific developments, change and improve their schools as part of those data. With reference to those evaluation, the aim of this article is to present general conceptual framework of transformational and transactional leaderships, inform about their structures and sub-dimensions, state their effects in terms of personal and organizational, make some suggestions and inference in terms of the educational organizations.

“Hutût-ı Meşâhir” mecmuaları bir nevi hatıra defterlerini andıran çalışmalardır. Hatıra defterlerinden farkı, çok çeşitli kimselerin, kendilerine sunulan deftere, el yazıları ile o an akla gelenleri, şiirleri, özlü sözleri yazmaları veya maharetlerini aktarmalarıdır. Şimdiye kadar ancak baskılarını görebildiğimiz bazı hutût-ı meşâhir mecmuaları içerisinde en kapsamlı olanı Yaşar Şâdi’nin hazırladığı sözünü ettiğimiz mecmua gibi görülüyor. Yaşar Şâdi, 1336/1920 ile 1338/1923 yılları arasında kültür, sanat, edebiyat, müzik ve ricâl-i devletten ulaşabildiği geniş bir kesimden defterine hatıra yazdırmıştır. Çok değişik kesimden ve geniş bir yelpazeden isimler bu defterde bir araya gelmiş görünmektedir. Devrin kültür, sanat ve edebiyat anlayışının da yansıdığı bu defterde birçok isim şiirleri, görüşleri ve sanat eserleri ile yer almaktadır. The periodicals of “Hutût-ı Meşâhir” can be considered as a type of journal. (Hutût-i meşâhir: The writings of celebrities) Many different people may be offered to write on these journals with their handwriting and they are expected to express themselves via anything like poems, aphorism or any other artistic skills spontaneously. The most comprehensive journal among the reprints of “Hutût-ı Meşâhir” that are discovered up to now, is the one that belongs to Yaşar Sadi. In the period covering 1336/1920 to 1338/1923, many people from cultural life, art, literature, music and people including the leading administrators of the time wrote on this journal. The journal includes a very wide range of writers. The writers contributed to the journal with their work of art that reflects the understanding of culture, art and literature of the time.

H. VIII. asır müelliflerinden Hatib et-Tebrizî’nin tasnif ettiği Mişkâtü’l-Mesâbîh’e ilk şerhi eserin telifine de vesile olan hocası Şerafüddin et-Tîbî yazmıştır. Tîbî talebesi Tebrizî’nin eserine, telifinden hemen sonra yazdığı el-Kâşif isimli bu şerhinin yanında Zemahşerî’nin el-Keşşâf’ı üzerine yapmış olduğu çalışma ile de meşhurdur. Diğer taraftan Tîbî, İslâm dünyasının siyasî ve sosyal açıdan krizde olduğu, İlhanlılar idaresindeki Tebriz ve çevresinde Şiîlik faaliyetlerinin baş gösterdiği bir dönemde yaşamış ve eserlerini telif etmiştir. Mişkâtü’l-Mesâbîh ve Tîbî’nin esere yazmış olduğu ilk şerh bu dönemde sünneti/ sünnetle “ihya” çabalarının semeresidir. VIII. Asır Tebriz bölgesinde Olcaytu Han döneminde yürütülen Şiîlik faaliyetleri başta olmak üzere “bid’atçı” akımlara karşı ‘sünnî” düşünceyi müdafaa eden âlimlerden biri olması hasebiyle Şerafüddin et-Tîbî’yi, talim-tedris faaliyetlerini ve eserlerini kısaca tanıtmak gayesi ile bu makale kaleme alınmıştır. Sharaf ad-din at-Tibi had written the first commentary to Mishkat al-Masabih which was classified by Khateeb at-Tabrizi who is one of the authors of the eighth century after Hijra. Tîbî is well-known with the work that he did about al-Keshaf of Zemahshary in additon to the commentary work, named as al-Kaasheef, which he wrote just after the work of his student “Tabrizi”. On the other hand, Tibi had lived and compiled his works in a period which the Islamic world was in crisis in terms of politics and society and that was a period when the activities of Shiite had appeared in and around of Tabriz under the administration of Ilkhanate. Mishkat and the first commentary work written by Tibi are the products of revivification efforts of Sunnah or with Sunnah. This article had been written with the aim of introducing Sharaf ad-Din at-Tibi who defended the Sunnah against bid’ah and the activities of Shia during the reign of Olcaytu Khan in the eighth century after Hijra in Tabriz, and also to introduce his era, teaching activities and works of him.

Kur’ân’a yapılan güzel hizmetlerden biri de onun çeşitli dillere tercüme edilmesidir. Şüphesiz Allah kelâmını beşer lisanına tercüme etmenin büyük zorlukları vardır. Kur’an-ı Kerim gibi üstün edebî ve mânevî özellikler taşıyan bir kitabı tam olarak başka dile aktarmak mümkün değildir. Bu nedenle Kur’an’ın başka dillere aktarılmasına “tercüme” yerine “eksik ifade” anlamına gelen “meâl” terimi tercih edilmiştir. Kur’an’ın Arapça dışındaki dillere çevirisinin Hz. Peygamber (s.a.v.) zamanında başladığına dair rivayetler vardır. Zamanımızda 100’den fazla dile çevrildiği bilinmektedir. Araştırmalardan elde edilen verilere göre Kur’an tam olarak, ilk defa Hicrî IV. veya V., Miladî X. veya XI. Asırda Saman oğulları devleti dönemde önce Farsçaya sonra da Türkçeye tercüme edilmiştir. Daha sonra da Anadolu Türkçesine satır arası veya tefsir şeklinde tercüme edilmiştir. One of the important services to the Holy Qur’an is its translation into various languages. There are certainly great challenges in translating the word of Allah into the various human languages. It is not possible to fully translate a book containing such outstanding literary and spiritual aspects such as the Holy Qur’an. Therefore the translation of the Qur’an into another language is called “Meal” (missing expression) instead of “translation” in the Turkish language. There are reports stating that the translation of the Qur’an into other languages began at the time of the Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). Today the Qur’an is already translated into more than 100 languages. According to data obtained from the research, the first translation of the Quran was done in the IV. or V. Hijri Calendar (X. or XI. Gregorian) during Samangogulları period, first into Persian and then into Turkish. Later, it was translated into the Anatolian Turkish language in the form of cross the line or commentaries.

Bu makalede Mustafa Kutlu’nun Anadolu Yakası isimli hikâye kitabı, Metinlerarası İlişkiler yöntemiyle incelenmektedir. Yazı, önce Metinlerarasılığın kökeni, çerçevesi ve ilkeleri üzerinde durmakta, daha sonra Anadolu Yakası metnine söz konusu ilkeler çerçevesinde diğer metinlerin nasıl ve ne şekilde dâhil edildiğini, Kutlu’nun sanat anlayışına göre bu kullanımların neye tekabül ettiği irdelenmektedir. Buna göre, Mustafa Kutlu’nun hikâye metninde alıntı, gönderme, anıştırma ve öykünme gibi teknikler uyguladığı tespit edilmiş, postmodern bir yazar olmamasına rağmen Kutlu’nun metinlerarasılığı kullanma şekli ve anlayışı incelenmiştir. In this article, Mustafa Kutlu’s story book, Anadolu Yakası, is studied according to the intertextual relations method.The article firstly dwells on the origin, framework and principles of intertextuality, secondly, within the framework in question, how and in what way the other texts are included in the text of Anadolu Yakası, and lastly why Kutlu uses these methods. Accordingly, it is stated that Mustafa Kutlu used some techniques such as quotation, allusion, implication and emulation. Furthermore, it is examined that how Kutlu uses intertextuality eventhough he is not a postmodern author.

Kemalist iktidarın radikal dini reformları ve ekonomik krizin toplumsal hoşnutsuzluğu derinleştirmesi, ülkeyi iki temel noktada değişime zorlamıştır: Ekonomide devletçilik ve çoğulcu politik sistem. Bizzat Mustafa Kemal Atatürk’ün emriyle kurulan Serbest Cumhuriyet Fırkası, sözkonusu iki temel yönelimin bir arada yürütülmesini öngören siyaset mühendisliği ürünü olarak, 12 Ağustos’ta tarih sahnesindeki yerini aldı. Serbest Fırka 17 Kasım’da aniden feshedilmesine rağmen parti tabanı aylar boyunca varlığını sürdürecektir. Toplumsal muhalefetin sindirilmesi, sıradışı mehdici bir isyana verilen orantısız cevaba rağmen mümkün olmamıştır. Bu makalede, 23 Aralık 1930’da meydana gelen Menemen Olayı uhrevi kurtuluş hareketleri perspektifinde ele alınıyor. For several reasons, the year 1930 can be defined as a genuine turning point for the history of modern Turkey. The radical religious reforms under the Kemalist leadership and thegrowing social discontent due to the Economic Crisis forced the country to go through a transformation towards two essential directions: economic statism and pluralistic political system. Created on the personal order of Mustafa Kemal, the Liberal Republican Party took its place in the historical scene on August 12th, as a pure product of the political engineering which was envisaging the simultaneous implementing of this double orientation. Though the Liberal Party was unexpectedly dissolved, its electorate continued to exist for several more months. The disproportionate response to a singular messianic uprising did not succeed in the suppressing of social protests. Born in Magnesia and ended in Menemen on December 23rd, 1930, this insurrectionary wave has shaken the power profoundly, with the murder of a sub-lieutenant.

Bu makalede Selçukluların ve Türk-İslam kimliğinin gelişimi ve siyasi gücün simgelerle avluya yansıması değerlendirilmiştir. Büyük Selçuklu İmparatorluğunun simgesel ihtiyaçları üzerinden abidevi dört eyvan şemasının camiye uyarlanması anlatılmıştır. The courtyards within the islamic world have been analysed by numerous architects and researchers during the twentieth century. Next to Ottoman examples, courtyards of Andalusia, North Africa and Middle East dominate the courtyard literature while Seljukid examples are hard to find. This essay constitutes an analysis of the Seljukid courtyards by investigating the cultural identity of the Seljuks as well as the development of the Turkish Islamic identity and political power of the Seljuks, which influenced the architectural examples gaining on complexity and representation. Basing on the necessity of monumentality, the implementation of the royal four-eyvan-scheme to the mosques is explained.
