It is experimentally shown that the temperature coefficient of sensitivity of field-effect transistor in channel depletion mode is independent from the process parameters of the transistor structure. In this case temperature coefficient of sensitivity and the magnitude of base thickness growth by temperature for all field-effect transistors have the same value.

In the paper we cite theorems that by fulfilling the condition of mechanical incompressibility of a material reduce the problem of nonlinear theory of viscoelasticity with V. V.Moskvitin determining equations to the problem of physically nonlinear theory of elasticity of theonomical bodies. Under the noted condition the represented theorems allow to reduce the problem on linear theory of viscoelasticity to the appropriate problem of elasticity theory. The suggested theorems are illustrated on an example of problems.

In the EFL/ ESL class contexts where there is so much risk of having a boring and unattractive atmosphere many educators enthusiastically embrace the use of Internet-based materials in order to help the learners have a better understanding of what they are going to learn. In this paper it has been tried out to discuss certain benefits and outcomes of using online language games in ESL/EFL classes. Following that, the issue of why, when, and how to play these games has been examined. Afterwards, the problems associated with using such games in language classroom such as cultural problems and the issue of time have been discussed and finally some practical examples of innovative internet-based techniques in the form of online games have been provided. These activities have mostly been designed for teaching vocabulary to EFL/ ESL learners, but modifying these activities, the material developer can have such Exquisite examples which facilitate teaching and learning of other skills.

The effect of Management system on growth rate and daily gain in one humped Sudanese camels calves were investigated, twenty four (24) camel calves (12 males and 12 females) at the first day of birth were selected, from the Sudanese Arabi Kababish bred. Camels’ calves with their dams were maintained under semi-intensive and Traditional management system for 18 successive months. Calves in semi-intensive system in addition of their suckling of their respective dams they take supplementation diets (one kg of concentrate/head/day), ad libtium watering, health care and spraying weekly against ticks and external parasite. The live body weight of camel calves were obtained through direct weighing in 6 months interval, through four periods including birthday, 6 month, 12 months and 18 months. The results indicated that there was non-significant difference (P>0.05) in Birth weight of calves raised under semi-intensive and traditional system. In both systems the male (39 ± 0.31kg) is significantly (P<0.05) heaver than the female (36 ± 0.34kg). The body weight of the calves under semi-intensive system during six, 12 and 18 months of age are 123 ± 2.21, 221 ± 2.17 and 326 ± 2.40 kg respectively, and on the other hand the body weight of the camel calves under traditional system during six months, 12 and 18 months are 96 ± 1.59, 159 ± 2.35 and 208 ± 2.50 kg, respectively. The results showed highly significant difference (P<0.01) between systems of management, The over all mean daily gain of camel calves under semi-intensive and traditional system were 535 ± 9.83 gram and 317 ± 5.46 gram, respectively. The average daily body gain from birth to six months, six – 12 month and 12 -18 month of age in semi-intensive system were 477 ± 10.94, 542 ± 8.25 and 585 ± 8.37 gram/day, respectively. On the other hand the results showed that the average daily body gain form birth to six months, six – 12 moth and 12 – 18 months of calves managed under traditional system were 352 ± 10.55, 272 ± 15.98 and 316.71 ± 5.46 gram/day, respectively. We concluded the farming system effect significant on calves’ daily gain growth rate, intensification management system will be improved camel meat production, and also the male was heavier than female on birth weight in all management system.

In this research was developed a monitoring system of hydrogen produced by the electrochemical reaction using urine as an energy source, this system can measure in percent the flow of hydrogen gas produced by the pressure of the reaction system and the current applied through the electrolysis process: In this system was used: sensor AMS HPS-100, current sensor ACS712 - 20A, Flow sensor AWM42150VH, Atmospheric pressure BMP180 sensor, card Arduino development Uno R3 and Seeeduino CAN BUS Shield card values were measured hydrogen concentration up to 45% with an uncertainty of 0.5%, flows between 5- 15 mL / min with errors up to 2% and 0.0-2.0 amperes flows.

Results of the randomized cloud seeding experiments in South Africa has received renewed interest in seeding the clouds with hygroscopic particles and prompted the search for the optimal size of hygroscopic seeding particles to seed the clouds for precipitation enhancement. The hygroscopic flares used in the operational cloud seeding programme for precipitation enhancement over a rain shadow region have been subjected to material characterization. Thin films have been prepared on the silicon glass substrates from the smoke ejecting from burning hygroscopic flare material in a clean and dry environment where hygroscopic expansion was not possible. Deposited thin films have been characterized with the Scanning Electron Microscopy combined with Electron Dispersion X-Ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX) to know the chemical composition and size of the particles (CCN) released. The results suggest that the flare used in the operational cloud seeding programme is producing the theoretically optimal size giant CCN of hygroscopic nature. The details of the characterization of hygroscopic flare material have been discussed in this paper.

Simple and sensitive method has been developed for determination of olmesartan medoxomil in both pure and pharmaceutical formulation. This method obeys Beer’s law in the concentration range of 15-55 µg/ml, exhibiting maximum absorption at 258.10 nm. In this method no interference from the common pharmaceutical excipients was observed.

This study is based on points, and some given properties and definitions about vertex, neighbours and independent or dependent definitions in the Graphs are extended to FLS. It is seen that FLS is a complete graph. Arguments of graphs are transferred to FLS. Therefore, as the necessary preliminaries, concept and operations in graph relative to FLS are introduced. Their combinatoric properties are investigated. We know from [2] that FLS is a generalization of graph in the idea fuzzy. Some studies are performed on Health and Engineering sciences particularly in Dentistry and Mining at the FLU [5].

Computer-aided diagnosis (CAD) system is developed to assist radiologists to interpret digital mammographic images. The system learns the nature of different tissues in digital mammograms and uses this information to diagnose abnormalities. In this study, we develop a hybrid CAD system for digital mammograms combining several algorithms for selecting the significant features. The impact of quantization level of gray-level co-occurrence matrix(GLCM) on the performance of the system is analyzed. The proposed technique starts with peripheral equalization method that is a dedicated preprocessing technique for mammograms enhancement. Then regions of interest (ROIs) are excerpted by utilizing centered region of 32×32 pixels. A set of 422 quantitative attributes are extracted and normalized from each ROI. The features selection is performed using t-test, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, Wilcoxon signed rank test, Sequential Backward, Sequential Forward, Sequential Floating Forward and Branch and Bound Selection algorithms. Voting k-Nearest Neighbor, Support Vector machine, Linear Discriminant Analysis, and Quadratic Discriminant Analysis classifiers are applied for CAD recognition. The proposed system is evaluated using quantitative metrics including sensitivity, specificity, positive predictive value, negative predictive value, overall accuracy, Cohen-k factor and area under ROC curves. The results show that the Sequential Forward algorithm offers potential for high performance with all classifiers especially with quantization level equal size of ROI.

Moreover, the corresponding results of the commutators with rough kernels are discussed. Also, Marcinkiewicz operator which satisfies the conditions of these theorems can be considered as an example.
