Background: banks, as the main components of any countries` economic backbone, perpetually try to satisfy the needs and expectations of their customers to increase customer satisfaction, since in today`s competitive world, gaining competitive advantage is a high priority for any organization. On the other hand, the emergence of information technology in the banking industry has provided speed, security, efficiency, and quality of services through electronic banking and electronic payment tools. Therefore, banks and credit firms are constantly trying to increase their quality of services to satisfy their customers and gain competitive advantage. Objective: since customer satisfaction is a high priority as one of the goals of banks and credit firms, this study aims to investigate the role of e-payment tools and e-banking in customer satisfaction. Methodology: this study is an applied research regarding goal and a correlation type descriptive-survey regarding methodology. The statistical population consists of 80 gold customers of Pasargad bank e-payment company and the sample size was determined 66.35 using Cochran`s equation. Moreover, a questionnaire s used to collect the information. This questionnaire was developed in two sections by the researcher. The validity of the questionnaire is confirmed by a group of experts, including professors and specialists of the field, and its trust is computed using Cronbach`s alpha (α=90%). Furthermore, SPSS software and Pearson`s correlation test were used to analyze the data. Results of the research indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between e-payment tools and e-banking. Therefore, the results can help to identify effective factors of customer satisfaction and in turn providing competitive advantage for this and similar organizations.

The aim of this paper is explaining authenticity in Sartre philosophy and it’s relation to internet as an educational technology. Initially, using deceptive and analytic method, the authenticity has been explained in Sartre philosophy. Sartre. He believed that authenticity mean being honest to yourself, having freedom, take responsibility of freedom and respect other’s freedom. In analyzing these conceptions in relation to internet, we can say internet enhances ability of choosing and freedom. On the other hand because of lacing face to face communication and being anonymous on the internet, it will result to decreasing responsibility and commitment. Existence anguish that is believed to be a positive quality in Sartre’s view, can motivate thought and action.

Wireless Sensor Network (WSNs) are deployed at aggressive environments which are vulnerable to various security attacks such as Wormholes, Denial of Attacks and Sybil Attacks. There are various intrusion detection techniques that are used to identify attacks in a network with high accuracy level. This paper has focused on Denial of Service attack, since it is the most common attack that affects the environment severely. Therefore a new hybrid technique combining Hidden Markov Model with Ant Colony Optimization (HMM+ACO) has been proposed that gives improved performance than the other techniques.

It takes the control plane away from the individual nodes and centralize the network control by utilizing a flow based traffic management. Mininet is a cost effective and an efficient way to emulate and study SDN. This paper presents a study of programmable networks with basics of Mininet.

In recent years, WLANs are widely deployed everywhere due to the low-cost and easy installation. Selecting the best access point is the major research problem. The stations in the network should get associate with the suitable access points that results in higher throughput. In IEEE 802.11 wireless networks, the simple association strategy is to get associate to the AP with the strongest RSSI value, which may cause load imbalance and may eventually leads to traffic overhead. Access point selection is still a critical problem.So, a new metric or combination of metrics has to be derived that facilitates the effective selection of an AP to achieve better throughput.
