In the article there is defined that multi-vector transformations at enterprises should be based on certain reasonable foundations – principles. They give an opportunity to ensure an appropriate level of development effectiveness. There is emphasized on the importance of allocation of such priority principles within their entire list. In the work there is developed the systematization of general principles of providing of multi-vector development of enterprises, which include the following principles: goal-orientation, flexibility, balance, optimality, efficiency, continuity, decompositions, temporal consistency, objectivity and impulses of development. The content filling of each selected principle is concretized. There is also defined the basic conditions for their successful implementation in conditions of uncertainty of environment.

Questions of an estimation of personnel potential of the state is highly relevant and meets the challenges of time. The most known methods developed for the micro-level, and there are very few methodological developments in the assessment of the potential of the region, industry, country. The aim of the study is to discover the nature and methodological determinants of estimation of personnel potential of national economy as the main factor of economic growth and competitive development. In the justification of major theoretical and practical results of this article applied the method of systematization of economic, statistical and comparative analysis, induction and deduction. In the work special attention is paid to methods of evaluation of potential to be used in the formulation of personnel policy adequate to the tasks and challenges that stand today before the Ukrainian society. The result of the study revealed the poor conditions of preservation and reproduction of human resources, human potential, which is a natural source of formation of the qualitative composition of workers in all spheres of public life and develop proposals to address them.

The article provides a feature of human capital. It presents a variety of points of view of scientists on the definition of the concept of "human capital investment". It outlines the main differences of human capital investment than traditional investments. It is indicated that investment in human capital can be carried out at the following levels: personal; micro level; meso level; the macro level. The paper proposed an utilization of modular approach to the formation of a marketing information system and its integration into the General information system of the enterprise for efficient use of information when making management decisions about the release of goods in an industrial plant. Building an information system involves the formation of databases, which can be divided into a database of incoming, internal and outgoing information. The modular approach uses the functional principle of information accumulation and allows to improve official and personal responsibility for the quality, reliability, appropriateness and timeliness provided in the appropriate module information. The article analyzes the problem of accounting for logistics costs in the financial statements of the industrial enterprises. It is proposed to revise the traditional methods of accounting logistics costs provided for in the accounting and management approaches. Proposed allocation of the financial statements of the industrial enterprises of the two main items of logistics costs: the cost of transportation and the cost of inventory management. An improved classification of logistic costs, which is supplemented by two signs: the cost of logistics operations and costs with respect to financial performance. It is expected that the proposed approach to the classification of logistics costs will take account of the full costs within each supply chain, which will calculate the efficiency of the individual supply chain, which is especially important in the context of globalization.

The article shows the main trends in Ukrainian automotive market, discussed the legal frameworks , the activities of the major domestic car manufacturers , their sales, growth and other indicators of implementation of these in dynamics ;given the recommendations for the improvement of marketing strategies of automotive businesses in the circumstances .The output of the domestic auto industry to a new level is impossible without the involvement of international experience of the automotive industry. It is advisable to attract and increase consumer demand, to carry out market research on consumer behavior, to use innovative marketing tools to influence consumer behavior, to improve marketing strategies and to look for new approaches to the client in the circumstances.

The modern car market is the basis of the global economy. The history of statistic rows of the global GDP, cars production and sales, inflation levels and unemployment rates beginning form 1979 has been researched; there was determined interdependence. There were researched crisis and its length, economic growth and its length relatively in the world economy. It is determined that global car market predicts crisis before 2-3 years when crisis happens. Sharp inflation increase happens 1 year before economic crisis as well as unemployment rises is considered to be just 2 years before economic recession. The scenario of global cars sales and forecast for new global economic crisis in 2016-2019 has been developed. Sharp necessity for car industry support and customer demand stimulation by state governments in order not to allow negative economic consequences including economic crisis is determined. We predict global recession beginning from 2106 year on the level 1,5% with the bottom crisis in 2017 on the level of 6%. And then we see that economy will sharply recover in 2019. It will be the era of long wave economy development. Car sales decrease is predicted to happen in 2016-2017 years.
