Abstract In the struggle for survival in today businesses need to use the project approach in the
management of energy, which can significantly improve the company's competitiveness in terms of energy
efficiency.
This paper described the theoretical position of the formation of the market of soy and its products by
defining its characteristics, relationships, market participants, and in the context of food security.
