The control system providing the movement of the gripper of the robot manipulator along the predetermined trajectory is considered in this article. This control system is coordinated. The system provides a concerted change of the control variables under the dynamic modes. The review of modern achievements in corresponding field is presented. The purpose of scientific work is dynamic accuracy increase of the control system providing the movement of the gripper of the robot manipulator along the predetermined trajectory. The model of the control system providing the dynamic link of the control loops are presented in this paper. In this control system the dynamic link of the control loops is realized with the aid of the coordinating links. The designed model of the control system by drivers of the robot manipulator is required for methods of synthesis development of the coordinating complex systems. For comparative analysis we have presented the model of the program control system which has no dynamic link between the control loops. These models are realized in the MATLAB\Simulink program. The coordinating control law of the robot manipulator drives is shown in this paper. The simulation results of various control systems are presented. We have presented the schedules of transition process. They have shown the positional change of the robot gripper in time. On the basis of the simulation results we have confirmed the efficiency of the coordinating control system use for the control drivers of the robot manipulator during the rapid movement along the predetermined trajectory. We have confirmed that for improving the accuracy of the predetermined trajectory fulfillment is required to realize the parametric synthesis of control system considering the discrepancy ratio of the control variables minimization.

The paper formulated optimization problem formulation production of carbon products. The analysis of technical and economic parameters that can be used to optimize the production of carbonaceous products had been done by the author. To evaluate the efficiency of the energy-intensive production uses several technical and economic indicators. In particular, the specific cost, productivity, income and profitability of production. Based on a detailed analysis had been formulated optimality criterion that takes into account the technological components of profitability. The components in detail the criteria and the proposed method of calculating non-trivial, one of them - the production cost of each product. When solving the optimization problem of technological modes of production into account constraints on the variables are optimized. Thus, restrictions may be expressed on the number of each product produced. Have been formulated the method of calculating the cost per unit of product. Attention is paid to the quality indices of finished products as an additional constraint in the optimization problem. As a result have been formulated the general problem of optimizing the production of carbon products, which includes the optimality criterion and restrictions.

The focus of this article has been about automated testing in practice. Using testing tools is quite common phenomenon in software companies. The article studied the use of software testing tools. Testing software is enough ordinary things in the IT software development company. But the using automated testing tools only develop in the educational training of IT professionals. Information study of the use of testing tools for the control of software quality IT professionals and IT students was held. Statistical analysis of the data shows the percentage of how many people use the testing tools, but most still depends on manual testing. The main purpose of the article is to find out the facts related to the research questions of creation of new testing tools for educational purposes of highly qualified IT professionals.

With the use of multi-criteria optimization methods, implemented the adjustment of control system conduct, which takes into account the current production situation that has arisen in the course of the heating packing of each hot blast stove group. Technological type control objects specific feature, which distinguish them among many mobile or electro technical types, is more low-frequency parametric disturbances spectral composition than spectral composition of coordinate disturbances. Most often parametric disturbances reveal themselves in changing control object transmission coefficient in the channel ―controller control action – control variable‖. On a number of occasions transmission coefficient can change in a wide range – in 2…10 times more than initial value. Coordinate disturbances change control variables but don’t change control object features. Besides spectral density of control variable change, under the impact of coordinate disturbances, has its peak in low-frequency range and characterize forced component of automatic control system motion. Parametric disturbances have influence on control variables and on control object properties, in particular on its transition coefficient. In this case, character of transient processes change, i.e. free motion component of the system. Spectral density of control variable changes, under the influence of transition coefficient change, has its peak, in general, in mid-frequency range. In the case, when using filters, even approximately, it is possible to separate out mid-frequency component from the overall process, which characterizes generally free motion of automatic control system, then it is possible to estimate current value of control object transmission coefficient using parameters change of this component. Such control variable components motions separation is used for designing selftuning ACS. In this case the informative parameter is dispersions difference of control object control variable and control variable of its model in the outputs of linear band pass filters. This dispersion difference is in proportion to current value of transition coefficient. In this article the results of simulation modeling computer experiments of self-tuning automatic control system with opened self-tuning loop are represented. The analysis of filtering efficiency, for three filter model options, are represented as well. The analysis was carried out with three different coordinate disturbances spectral compositions, with the same dynamics of control object and its model and with the different dynamics. Recommendations for filters structures alternatives selection are given. The possibility of optimal parametric tuning of filters is examined.

A process model simulation conducted business process notation eEPC and BPMN. Also held database design, creation of file structure and create AIS interface. Implemented interaction with the webcam. Justification feasibility of software development, and the definition of performance based on the results petal chart, it is safe to say that an automated way to much more efficient compared to manual mode. The developed software will accelerate the development of scientific periodicals ONAFT, which in turn improve the academy ratings at the global level, improve its image and credibility.

This article is devoted to the development of a new method of synthesis a regulators’ transfer functions matrix of an optimal multivariable open-loop control system. The regulator is designed to maximize an accuracy of a nonlinear multivariable control object transition from one steady state to another. It is assumed that disturbances act on the control object and sensors measuring data has inertia and noise. Both disturbances and noises are an additive combination of regular and random components. Random components belong to a class of interconnected stationary processes with rational spectral density matrices. A substantiated method differs from the known one by the fact that during formulation and solution of the problem somebody uses a new block diagram of the control system, which takes into account the results of metrological certification of a sensor dynamics. Synthesis of the regulator is carried out in the frequency domain by the Wiener-Kolmogorov method. A new algorithm, which is obtained as a result of synthesis problem solution, allows you to find the matrix of regulator transfer functions , which provides a minimum of corresponding quadratic quality criteria’s. The first of them is equal to the sum of certain way weighted squared deviations regular repetition errors of the object path and control signals. The second criterion is equal to the sum of the weighted variance of the random error components and the control signals. To execute the proposed algorithm it is necessary to perform the operations of Wiener factorization and separation of rational matrices. The corresponding functions are contained in the freely distributed software package SciLab.

Production of carbon electrodes characterized by considerable resource and energy consumption, so important is the task of improving the efficiency of production through the introduction of optimal modes of its component processes. Developed and studied a simplified mathematical model of carbon electrodes graphitization, which differs from the known models almost zero time to calculate it. Constructed simplified mathematical model allows increasing effectiveness research process temperature control graphitization carbon electrodes by reducing the time a study to determine the temperature at any point in the process. Research conducted simplified models accuracy by comparing the temperature values calculated by these models, with temperatures calculated for the original complex model, which in this case is regarded as experimental data. As a result, a simplified mathematical model can be used for the synthesis of process control systems, as well as in the control system real time.

This model enables to estimate possibility of the secondary explosion at any object of the enterprise and forms the base for mathematical support of the decision support system for explosion-proof. Such decision support system can be included in the control system of the processing enterprise.

Possibility of decision of task is shown by the use in the system of frequency transformer that feeds the electrodrives of pumps, and also due to perfection of algorithms of the pumps rotation frequency adjusting and logical management of their switching a sequence. This paper considers an example of solving the problem of single-dimensional cutting optimization. It is shown that elements of the theory of genetic algorithms can be used successfully for its solution. A distinctive feature of this task is the next: a set of parts and profiles, which the parts are cut from, does not change in the search for solutions but their sequence order changes. Results of the solution were used to write the ‘dll’-library easily integrable into various application software.

In this paper proved the possibility of developing passive electronic inductive elements based replace metal wire that is wound inductor, the wire is made of electret. The relative permeability of the electret S  10 000, several orders of magnitude greater than the permeability of conventional insulation materials, i < 10, resulting current in the wire acquires properties bias current. The essence of innovation is to replace the source of of magnetic induction flow that pervades the core of the coil. According to the theory of electrodynamics, current bias, in contrast to conduction current, generated no movement of charge along the wire, but the change of the charge in the local volume. Equivalence bias current and conduction current is manifested in the possibility of forming a magnetic field. The flow through magnetic induction coil core regardless of the current it generates, creates voltage at its ends. The paper also shows the numeric characteristics that determine the effective frequency range, specified the reason why electric a wire with і < 10 can not generate magnetic flux through the core and serve as a passive reactive component.

У статті розглянуто автоматизація блоку очищення установок розділення повітря середнього тиску, яким враховуючи сучасні вимоги ринку, необхідно підвищити рівень автоматизації. Проведено аналіз існуючих вимог до установок середнього тиску. Поставлена мета роботи – розробка інформаційної технології для підвищення рівня автоматизації блоку очищення установки розділення повітря. Для досягнення поставленої мети необхідно було проаналізувати технологічний процес блоку очищення. Обґрунтовано необхідність вибору дворівневої системи автоматизації. Нижній рівень являє локальну система управління і контролю, а верхній – управляючий обчислювальний комплекс як робочу станцію на базі персонального комп'ютера. Розглянуто локальну систему управління та контролю, яка складається з блоку вимірювальних засобів, засобів регулювання та системи управління і контролю нижнього рівня. Приведено опис обладнання, що було використано для автоматизації блоку очищення. Розроблено програмне забезпечення робочої станції, що представлено графічним інтерфейсом користувача та управляючою програмою. Приведено опис алгоритмів керування блоком очищення, що підтримує роботу системи у трьох основних режимах, та дозволяє автоматично переходити між ними. Розробка і впровадження автоматичної системи управління роботою блоку очищення установки розділення повітря середнього тиску дозволило підвищити безпеку та ефективність роботи установки в цілому.

It is paid attention to an aggravation of a problem of renovating of the process equipment which has spent a resource of working capacity. It is noted, that the basic part of production assets of the country is consist of the similar, worn out equipment. It is specified that similar position is characteristic for all branches of a domestic production, including food processing. The main tasks of a problem of partial renovating of the worn out equipment, allowing to raise a level of its technological efficiency are considered. The complex of the works providing technology, design of renovated technical object and its maintenance service is specified. This complex is consist of of some characteristic organizational-technical problems: inspection of a condition of the worn out equipment, the analysis of parameters of the planned mode of its use during the set future period of its functioning, development of means of renovating, practical realization of actions of programs і, including start-up in work and adjustment, its tests in operation, the analysis and an assessment of results of renovating. Features of the decision of problems of a problem in different conditions and at a different degree of wear of technical object are considered. Features of the decision of tasks of a problem in various conditions are considered and at a different measure of wear. It is noted, that the program of renovating includes two groups of works: increase of a level of technological efficiency of functioning of the equipment, and updating of statement of process of its operation. Potential of partial renovating and expediency of its wide appendix are shown at a current position of a major part of the operating domestic equipment. It is underlined, that at each enterprise there is a certain reserve of resource possibilities concerning carrying out of the program of updating of appropriate volume. It is specified a possibility of reception of large complex positive effect at the decision of tasks of a problem of partial renovating the worn out process equipment.

The flame stability with regard to two-dimensional exponential perturbations both for the combustion in the half-open fire-chamber and the flame propagating in half-open channels is investigated. It is proved that only instability is possible for the combustion process. At the same time the one-dimensional flame instability is guaranteed near the front wall of the fire-chamber where the fuel supply is realized. Possibilities for the control of combustion in the halfopen fire-chamber and diminishing of intensity of pulsations are discussed.

The method of calculation of damage of covers of fuel elements of VVER-1000 is based on power version of the theory of creep which is experimentally confirmed. Results of calculation which allow to find algorithms of shifts of fuel assemblies with minimization of probability of depressurization of covers, can be used at design of the computer integrated control system (CICS) of the VVER-1000 reactor. The offered structure of CICS, which can be used when developing innovative technology of increase of safety and reliability of operation of the VVER-1000 nuclear fuel due to reduction of probability of depressurization of covers of fuel elements behind the mechanism of deformation damage.

The base principle of multidimensional automatic control systems synthesis for artificial microclimate industrial systems is examined. The complex dynamic model of the industrial air conditioner with the steam humidifier in state space is gained. The method for an air microclimate monitoring by an indirect parameter of moisture content in air mix, which calculation is based on the measured values of temperature and a relative humidity, is offered. Synthesis procedure of a multidimensional linearly-quadric digital control with integral component for the industrial air conditioner is offered. Synthesis procedure of a multidimensional control differs from existing by presence of an air conditioner equipment sampling logic where control parameters adapt for the climatic equipment. The synthesis example of an optimal multidimensional control for air conditioner CV-P 2L N-63B/F-N is resulted, the matrix of feedback is synthesized, which determines the vector of optimal control trajectory based on plant state. The principles, mathematical models, procedures and algorithms recommended to use by the automation specialists for synthesis and analysis of industrial conditioners control systems.
