The article reveals the problem of educating creative activity as a factor in the civil socialization of the individual comprehends the phenomenon of creative activity and civil socialization, interprets their real representation and sociocultural potential for the development of civil society in modern Russia. The authors analyze the positions of scientists on the essence of the key terms of this problem and the results of a survey of students on the individual activity, factors that contribute to and inhibit the successful socialization of youth, as well as effective forms, methods, means of educating creative activity, on the importance of project, research, volunteer, analytical, evaluative and reflective activities in the educational process of the university. The main problems and prospects for the creative activity in the sociocultural space are summarized.

After the declared state of emergency in Bulgaria and in the world due to the Covid19 pandemic, the last two months of the summer semester of the 2019/2020 academic year, the students from NSA “Vassil Levski” and VTU “St. Cyril and St. Methodius” continued their education in remote form in the learning platforms of the two universities, where adapted teaching materials were provided. The aim of the study is to study and compare the opinion of students from NSA and VTU regarding distance learning in basketball at both universities. Research methodology: in the platforms for distance learning the students from NSA and VTU were provided with a questionnaire of 12 questions. The questionnaire is anonymous and was filled in at will by 197 students (106 students from NSA, studying for a bachelor‘s degree and 91 students from VTU, studying for a master‘s degree). To achieve the set goal and tasks of the research, the following methods have been applied: a review study of the specialized literature and a survey. Statistical methods: the results were processed with SPSS 23, using frequency analysis by one-dimensional and two-dimensional frequency distribution, and comparison of the distribution of signs with Pearson‘s χ 2 criterion. Results: The answers of the students in the survey show that everyone regularly enters the platforms, as this is 80.2% of VTU and 78.3% of NSA. Students from both universities find their way easily with the materials in the platforms, 90.1% of VTU and 70.8% of NSA approve the way the teaching materials are presented. 72.6% of NSA and 67% of VTU share that they prefer basketball classes to be held in the hall. With regard to the university factor, statistically significant differences were observed in the answers to nine questions. With regard to the gender factor, statistically significant differences were observed in only two responses. Conclusion: students from both universities prefer basketball classes to be held in a gym, but they want the training to continue in the distance learning platform. The asynchronous form of distance learning is unacceptable for students (60.4% of NSA and 70.1% of VTU).

The article addresses the issue of preparing the music pedagogues for artistic-creative communication with the artistic imagery of music and with the students in the music classes. The integral factor for mastering the parameters of the artistic pedagogy by the students is the mutual conditionality of the artistic musical thinking, the complex overall knowledge of music and its perception through the prism of the musical activities in the music classes. A key moment in the development of the ability for artistic-creative communication is the direct connection between the processes of internalization of knowledge (its transformation into personal knowledge) and its implementation in a real environment through student pedagogical practice.

The paper presents the results of a study focused on the development of speech in the educational process in kindergarten. The results are interpreted in the context of significant pedagogical and social determinants that determine the integrative connections between communication, speech and language. They are shared as grounds for developing educational-applied models for stimulating the subjective activity through group communication.

The theoretical research focuses on the educational experience for the formation of media literacy among school-age children in different countries around the world. The article presents various options for the formation of media literacy, based on three educational models. According to the first model, media education is represented in the form of a compulsory subject in schools, which is studied by students in different grades. According to the second educational model, media habits are acquired within the interdisciplinary (integrated) approach – the use of the media in traditional school subjects, including native and foreign languages, literature, social sciences. The third model offers practical and informal integration of media education as a supplement and replacement of specific subjects or the intersection between them. The article examines in detail the media training opportunities offered in Canada, the United Kingdom, Finland and Spain, as their experience in media education is applied in a number of other countries around the world. Special attention is paid to the first steps in the introduction of media literacy training among students in Bulgaria, which is carried out only in the last 5-6 years.

Current study examines the constructivism and behaviorism concepts applicable in the education of children with intellectual disabilities. The paper is focused on the possibilities of both approaches in overcoming some of the challenges in teaching children with intellectual disabilities and outlining the different techniques to support the efforts of the educator for the effective education and development of researched group of children. The results outline that dividing the content units into smaller parts, connecting the information to the real life situation, using models and illustrations, moving from the known to the unknown, and encouraging active participation of students are most effective approaches in education children with intellectual disabilities. Constructivist and behaviorist concepts of learning and teaching do not differ methodologically and substantively in the education of children with intellectual disabilities to their peers and differences are related only to duration of individual approaches.

Along with acquiring of knowledge in the universities for a certain type of activities, the availability of qualities of each individual is of importance too – motor, psychic and personal. They are in the base for the successful sport career and professional realization. The significance of personal qualities has been established, both for sport and professional career of human being. For the labour activity, they are professionally significant. Such are the volitional qualities and the personal anxiety. We have directed to compare the level of development with students, dealing with basketball, in educational groups of the discipline „Physical education“ and in the representative basketball team at the UNWE, in the beginning of the educational year. As regards the variability with both indices (volitional qualities and personal anxiety), the coefficients of variation define the groups of students as comparatively homogeneous. The average values for both indices define the students as individuals of “strong will”. Statistically, reliable differences with comparison of the results have not been established and with both signs investigated. For establishing the influence of basketball game on these personal characteristics on both aggregates, it is recommended to repeat the study in the end of the educational year

This research was conducted on a selected sample of 87 male respondents, boxers at the age of 18 to 33 years with the aim to determine if there are some differences in motor skills between boxers with different levels of competitive success. The sample is divided into three sub-samples according to the competitive success as follows: I category of 20 boxers who achieved the best sport results in the boxing from the Republic of North Macedonia, participating in the World, European and other international tournaments, II category of 25 of boxers who participated in international tournaments, domestic tournaments, Republican league and state championships and III category of 42 boxers who participated in international tournaments, domestic tournaments, Republican league and state championships but had not achieved significant sport results. For assessment of the motor skills a system of 21 motor tests was applied. The differences in the general motor tests between the boxers with different levels of competitive success are determined by the covariance analysis with the partition of weight and height. Based on the results it can be concluded that the significant basic motor skills which differentiate the boxers with different levels of competitive success is the coordination – agility, the strength of the muscles of the arms and the shoulder area, the speed of the frequency of upper extremities, the explosive strength of upper and lower extremities and the placement precision. The results from this research can help the coaches to properly plan and program the work with the boxers during the training process.

The article discusses one of the areas of the literary education of students in the initial stage of primary education: developing interest in reading. The timeliness and relevance of the problem treated determine the purpose of the study: based on international pedagogical experience, to define a model that increases the interest in reading within the competency-based approach, and highlight the role of motivation as a building element of this model. Analyses of the structure of motivation for reading, and the means of integration of cognitive processes and creativity when working with artistic text are done, being the aim to increase the motivation for reading of first to fourth grade students.

Current research outlines a brief overview of up-to-date autism spectrum interpretations as a complex social, behavioral and communicative development. Current trends in the problem analysis worldwide are presented. Autism spectrum disorders are classified as Neurodevelopmantal disorders which gives a new look to the issue of etiology, prevention and therapy. School physical education and sports is intended to provide the growing-up children with adequate motor activity. It is however, necessary to look for new impetuses to diversify the activities in the classes of physical education and sports and in the additional units. The objective of this study is to establish the level of development of the motor capabilities in 7-year old children, as a result from the applied experimental methodology. The ring and indirect game method formed the foundation of the program developed by us. Exercises for development of the coordination capacities, exercises involving overcoming one’s body weight, relay and mobile games were the leading methods. The study showed achieving of a functional loading, which provides moulding effect on the physical development of the children.
