In this article, the author tries to analyze the main reforms in the education system in the Republic of Uzbekistan. In recent years, practical work has been carried out to organize all levels of education in accordance with modern requirements. Also, the author of the article draws attention to the moral education of students, where the issues of moral education are a matter not only of a person, but also of the state as a whole. Issues of moral education, which contribute to the awakening of moral consciousness and self-awareness of the individual, develop the ability to self-control and conscious choice of a moral position, form a young person's self-esteem and personal responsibility, help to form a correct understanding of the purpose and meaning of life. The country pays special attention to preschool education. In a short period of time, that is, in four years, the number of kindergartens in the country has tripled (from 5200 to 14200), and the coverage of children has increased from 28 % to 54 %. In recent years, a number of decrees and decrees have been adopted on the organization and modernization of all levels of education in accordance with modern requirements. Upbringing exists only in close connection with education. This is because in the process of learning and cognition, not only a person's knowledge increases, but also his spiritual and moral qualities are accelerated. Reforms in the field of education today do not lag behind reforms in other areas in terms of their relevance and practical significance.

This paper’s aim is grasping the issue of tradition-change in the Russian Federation from religious and cultural perspective. In particular, it will consider the return to power of the Russian Orthodox Church in post-soviet era, analysing the ideology on which its role is based on, and its connections with Kremlin’s ideology. After the failure of the Soviet project, a large part of Russia’s political elites believe that Russia must adapt its political and religious systems according to its own history and identity: this shift means henceforth the idea that Russia must not be a copy of Western world. One harbinger of this idea was the concept of “managed democracy” developed by V. Surkov and embraced by the Kremlin in 2004. The concept may be interpreted in strict relation with the one of Russkij Mir, developed later to identify the community of ethnic Russians, The second harbinger may be seen in the “traditional values” discourse, that present Russia as a different civilizational universe. Although it is difficult to trace the exact moment in which the term traditional values was used for the first time in explicit opposition to liberal values, it is designated to denote the moral sphere, and this field has become the center of the Church presence in the public debate. In 2014, in his annual state of the nation address, President Putin pointed to traditional value as one of the country’s policy priorities: this is perfectly coherent with Russia tendency in the public sphere to define its international activity in terms of moral duty. This is true in particular in relation to the liberal – secularized West, appointed as the “antichrist”. What are the terms and reasons of this opposition? Which kind of principles allow us to identify the Russian community as different from the western one?

In many ways, the globalisation process facilitates the development of international media. The standardisation of work and the reporting process is now a trend in media outlets around the world. Both the political right and left often present similar political agendas to the public. Such a reality forces us to question whether the traditional dichotomy between the right and left still exists. In this paper argues from the analysis of a globalist agenda on both sides that both the right and left are two peas in the same pod.

China and Russia are regional powers, and their relations have developed in many dimensions. When the Soviet Union collapsed, Sino‐Russian relations have gradually developed from the beginning to view the other side as friendly nation to constructive partner and the situation now being strategic cooperative partnership between both nations. Economic cooperation is the most important of the upgrade of bilateral relations, in which energy is the core issue. Both sides realize that economic cooperation is beneficial for their economics respectively, and that cooperation plans are to set into action positively and persistently. This thesis is divided into two parts: the first part describes the process of Chinese energy strategy and its contemporary energy needs; the second part elaborates the importance of Russian energy in the world and the situation of energy cooperation between both nations. Regardless of crude oil or natural gas, Russian’s reserve volume and export volume are the head in the world. Acquiring energy from Russia and member nations of Shanghai Cooperation organization (SCO), China needs much energy because of its economic development rapidly. In the process of energy cooperation, China can intensify its relations with nations in this Eurasian region, including military relations. China reaches its economic goals obviously by its energy diplomacy with Russia, and gets even more considerable strategic benefits from its energy diplomacy with Central Asia nations, in comparison to economic benefits.
