The article deals with international treaties concluded between Canada and international organizations, so such treaties are an objective of the research. The paper is also devoted to the treaties, concluded within the framework of international organizations. Author of the paper is trying to classify international treaties, which were concluded by Canada with international organizations; particular attention was paid to the Canadian participation in multilateral international treaties. In general, article describes treaties concluded between Canada and the following international organizations: UN, NAFTA, the Francophonie, NATO, WTO, Arctic Council and OAS.

The article deals with questions of Europol cooperation in the sphere of crime prevention on the territory of the EU. Integration between the EU countries allowed to broaden not only the internal market but also to remove borders of the criminal space. Special attention is paid to the basic features of the development and functioning of the Europol. Different aspects of organization and coordination of the cooperation between the Europol and Finish law enforcement bodies are also described in the text. It is highlighted that common information network plays a very important role for the organization. Common information network with its analytical authorities and normative procedures of working with information is the real heart of the Europol. By removing of borders between the countries-members of the EU allowed criminality to spread all around Europe, but the creation of the Europol proved that the EU is possible to protect public order.
