Acesso Livre is the magazine of the Association of Servers of the National Archives of Brazil (Assan), created with the goal of being an alternative means of dissemination and free access to discussion and understanding of the reality of archival institutions and memory, as well as issues concerning the administration and public policy, democracy, accessibility, systems and information and communication technologies, rights and social movements, among other issues that influence the preservation and access to cultural heritage and daily life of professionals who work or make use of these institutions.
