Research is generally a subject viewed by students with aversion, being one of the many reasons why students do not make an effort, and only meet the requirements to pass, without appropriating the necessary tools. Ignoring that research is essential for your success in practice and professional growth. That is why the objective of this research is to determine the level of research competencies of the students of the UNCP Faculty of Human Medicine in 2022. The methodology used responds to the type of quantitative, retrospective research. The non-experimental research design of descriptive and cross-sectional type. The study population is made up of students from the IV to the XII semester: 200 Students. The sampling technique was non-probabilistic for convenience, leaving 53 medical students. This has allowed us to conclude that competency-based training considered as a teaching-learning process is valuable because it allows people to acquire knowledge, skills and attitudes, so that every day they improve their performance in a certain work environment. And the different training processes by competencies must be considered so that they are carried out continuously and permanently, because the idea is that every day through the acquisition of new knowledge, an improvement is achieved in the professional field of the doctor

The United Nations (UN) defines violence in dating relationships as any violent act that generates physical and psychosexual damage to the victim, including threats of death or deprivation of the autonomy that he or she has as a person, whether produced in the public or private. The objective of this research is to analyze violence in dating relationships among adolescents between 13 and 19 years old in the Casa Bonita neighborhood in southern Esmeraldas. A quantitative study with a descriptive and transversal approach was carried out, with a deductive method, in a sample made up of 20 participants who met the inclusion criteria, using a structured survey based on the violence meter and designed with the Likert scale model. The results showed that 40% of the sample were between 13 and 16 years old. Regardingthe signs of violence in adolescent dating, 80% of the participants considered that these elements are fear of retaliation, family pressure, followed by 70% of adolescents who feel shame before society; 65% indicated that low self-esteem is a clear example of being a victim of violence. This research aims to describe the process of learning basic concepts through illustrations and digital animation. The research work was carried out through a review work, of a descriptive and comparative type where the theoretical information was comparedwith the observable reality of the “Mis Pobres Angelitos” Foundation, with the objective of knowing its criteria about improving the learning of the students. children with videos and animations. The research Projectcarried out by the entrepreneurial community of the Higher Technological Institute of Administrative and Commercial Vocational Training, consists of the design of a series of marketing strategies to publicize and position their ventures, especially those generated on the linkage project called “Environmental awareness campaign;“Be part of the solution, not part of the pollution.” To achieve this objective, a methodology based on Observation and theoretical review is implemented. This project is not finished, which is why a preview of what has been achieved so far is presented. In the same order of ideas, it is mentioned that the resources used are made up of people, documents and computer equipment. Learning a new language is increasingly necessary in our society, it gives us not only work opportunities, but also social ones, it is the door to travel, promote, meet new people and even build solid business relationships. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the importance of teaching in the learning of a second and third language. The method used is consistent with quantitative research, which starts from the exploratory level where the variables of interest in the research will be identified. This will allow us to classify even more elements and structures at a descriptive level, behavioral patterns and propagate the profiles of the variables considered separately. The utilization of fractal geometry in business management is posited as a perspective to confront organizational challenges during periods marked by uncertainty (Mandelbrot, 1982). This idea is grounded in the analogy observed in numerous natural phenomena, where fractal behaviors are evidenced, even in geological systems. Additionally, in the environment, the coexistence of chaos and order manifests itself in various proportions (Camacho, 2015).Since the 1970s and 1980s, studies exploring the relationship between organizational processes and the chaotic nature of the environment (Weik, 1976), "organized anarchy" (March and Olsen) (Guerrero, 2007), and the applicability of complexity in these processes (Gallardo, 2022) have been conducted. In this context, the application of fractal principles allows inferring intrinsic complexity in business dynamics, highlighting non-linear patterns and self-similar structures. In correspondence, the purpose of this study lies in expounding on the potential applicability of fractal geometry fundamentals in organizational management. The research follows a positivist, non-experimental, documentary, and interpretative approach; carried out through content analysis and relational matrices. The results suggest perspectives for application by inferring that business management, in its dynamic and changing nature, continually faces unpredictable scenarios, considering them as particular moments, open systems that respond to the environment. Based on these notions, fractal geometry, closely linked to chaos theory, emerges as a resource providing conceptual perspectives for managing the variability and irregularity present in organizational processes. Therefore, considering these premises, companies can explore their capacity to adapt to turbulent environments, identifying non-linear relationships and optimizing strategies based on the self-organization inherent in fractal systems
