Perspectives of the exercise of leadership in post-pandemic

The development of the covid19 contingency represented for the planetary world and Ecuador, a change in traditional organizational structures, implying a transition from the mechanical physiographic era, to another of an electronic technological nature, in which the instrumental demandshave varied the forms of relationship interaction. in work teams, which disrupts the prototypical conception of leadership, demanding the search for possible epistemological redefinitions; this even in the perspective of what will be the post-pandemic scenario. For the foundation of the intellectual product, the general objective is to recognize leadership in the post-pandemic. Regarding the methodical path, a quantitative approach production is presented with a comparative descriptive reference, taking assupport the support derived from documents and research papers, based on a monographic study. For the development of the construct, the following terms are associated: pandemic leadership, pandemic organizations, business management, post-pandemic leadership. The conclusions are reached that post-pandemic leadership must be susceptible to deep redefinitions, which can be associated with the management of entities in new possible productive scenarios, admitting with this; the feasibility of concretizing thescope of persistent successes in the alternation of modalities in transformation
