It is considered that the educational model of Ecuador is innovative, due to the constant updating of its strategies to provide education, this educational dynamic was increased and accelerated with a greater frequency of use of ICTs because of the Covid-19 in many educational centers, which allowed the continuity of the curricula. This is a study carried out at the First level of Basic General Education of the Educational Unit Monsignor Juan Wiesneth of the El Rosario Campus of the Naranjito Canton, Ecuador, which consists of an analysis of the influence of ICTs on the development of academic skills in students at the above level. It is a qualitative-quantitative type research with a sample consisting of 26 teachers from district 09D18 and 25 parents of students from the institution, includes in-depth interviews with three experts and the school’s authority, as well as the design and use of a questionnaire as a tool to gather information. The objective is the analysis of ICTs and the influence of parents of the Educational Unit Monsignor Juan Wiesneth of the El Rosario Campus of the Naranjito Canton. It was possible to conclude that the influence of the parent or legal representative is fundamental according to the observed results, but they are not determinant because it is a work in conjunction with the teachers and the rest of the educational community

Azoospermia affects 1% of men, and the incidence in sub-fertile couples has been reported up to 10%-15%. It has been considered by the World Health Organization (WHO) since 2009 as a major health problem, affecting between 8 and 12% of couples of reproductive age in a biopsychosocial manner. The aim of this research was to describe the biopsychosocial approach in patients with azoospermia and the influence on the development of a family crisis.Methodologically, this research responds to a descriptive, cross-sectional documentary study, with a systematic review of specific information based on the descriptors related to the topic. As a result, it is important to address a global problem affecting human reproduction; where guidance is required to modify the passive posture of the individual by a more active attitude that allows greater participation in the decision-making process, and generate emotional control of the situation. In conclusion, the spectacular development that has lived in recent years the field of assisted fertilization has opened the door to new situations previouslyinvisible because they are focused solely on reversing the reproductive disability

Literacy is an elementary competence for knowledge and connection in today’s society. A dynamic society, whose growth is accelerated by changes in educational formats, which requireteachers of this time to apply new digital, didactic and pedagogical resources for the development of cognitive abilities, emotional, organizational-group, creative, for critical thinking and assertive and effective responses. The objective was to analyzethe use of technological platforms in literacy to determine the level of cognitive development in the eighth year of basic general education students of the Monsignor Juan Wiesneth Educational Unit. Methodology; It consists of a study of the qualitative-quantitative type, which involves the bibliographic review of descriptors related to the topic. The survey technique is used and the selected instrument is the questionnaire. As a result, students were linked to new digital study methodologies. However, forthe period 2020 -2021 it was observed that there are multiple digital tools and ignorance of them. In conclusion, education has always been in constant evolution and we must be at the forefront of it with the support of digital platforms and advanced technological resources

The teaching of a language has been a relevant topic throughout time, but its approach has rarely been treated with a multidisciplinary vision; however, taking into account the importance of adequately handling a language or more languages, so that assertive communicative skills are strengthened in today's globalized world; which requires day after day the exchange of information; the possibility of communicating with our peers in the different dimensions of human life, without language being a barrier. The objective of this research was to characterize, from a theoretical review, the significant factors that influence the teaching of a language. Research that methodologically responds to the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach of documentary type, descriptive level. As a data collection technique, the documentary review was used, the instruments were the signing and the notebook, with content analysis being the analysis technique used. Among the significant factors that influence the teaching of a language, this study revealed: motivation of all the actors involved in the process, teachers committed to the educational process, a teacher who appropriates the new educational trends for the teaching of languages, coupled with active and participatory students committed to their own learning and finally, a curriculum adjusted to current times that, from the use of support tools designed based on the agreed teaching objectives, uses the software modalities and contextualized educational platforms that allow the achievement of adequate skills to speak, understand orally, read and write a language from a biopsychosocial perspective.

The covid19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on the economic activity of many countries and the slow reactivation of that area that they present, as a result of the different waves that have degenerated. That is why the purpose of this study is to determine the economic reactivation using digital projects. To meet the stated objective, a documentary investigation was used, presenting a descriptive level. To this end, the recording and coding of the data was used as a data collection technique and the content or mixed record as an instrument. The data analysis technique used was content analysis. Among the conclusions, the opportunity that the entrepreneur has to make a successful commercial project based on digital tools and the need for training in this non-traditional marketing area is established.

The process of acquiring writing in children is associated with a number of factors that favor its execution, among them is the psychomotor component, which would have a significant impact. It is for this reason that the study aims to study the relationship between psychomotor development and writing inchildren of six years of age. In marked research under a quantitative approach, field design, descriptive and correlative type, cross-sectional and nonexperimental, being its sample established in 80 students. The survey was used as a technique and the Neuromotor Evaluation Test (EVANM) and the Literacy Analysis Test (TALE) were used as an instrument. As a result, it has been established that fifty-three percent (53%) of the children studied have a consolidated level of writing. Conclusion It was possible to determine the presence of a direct and significant relationship between fine psychomotricity and initiation to writing in 6-year-old students of the second grade of basic education

From the characterization of the organizational climate approached from the feelings ofactors immersed in higher education to build a theoretical approach, was the purpose proposed by the researchers. Methodologically, it corresponds to a qualitative study framed in the postpositivist paradigm, hermeneutic-phenomenological method, supportedby a documentary review. Within the techniques to approach the information the interview was used in depth being 3 key informants. Using categorization and triangulation for information processing, the theoretical approach emerges. The findings were grouped into 3 socio-affective, administrative and ethical categories. Taking as a theoretical approach that there is a close relationship between the group atmosphere and work environment with repercussion or impact on the productive and quality indicators of higher education institutions, highlighting the resignation to practical terms, policies, leadership, motivation to achieve, conflicts, control and supervision in the framework of technological changes to which organizations have been exposed in the framework of globalization

This research aimed to propose strategies of Trade Marketing for the product line "Biscuits By Nané" of the microenterprise Your Bakery, in the Corporación El Rosado, parish Puntilla, of the Samborondón Canton. It is a descriptive, explanatory research with a mixed qualitative quantitative approach. Based on a field research framed in a feasible project. As a data collection technique, the survey, observation and interview were used, as well as descriptive statistics as a technique of analysis of the results, the resulting sample was 383 people from a universe of 102,404 inhabitants of the canton Samborondón.The results indicate that people are unaware of the brand and the product that is offered. The strategies of Trade Marketing designed are based on the Cross merchandising, tasting of products, improvement of the visibility of the product, display with screen and advertising in social networks. With which it is sought to encourage the purchase of cookies and so the microenterprise can reach an increase insales with a safe return on investment

The legal system of the Republic of Ecuador promotes quality in public management; therefore, it is pertinent permanently review its operational structure at all levels with a view to strengthening its capacity to respond to the demands of society. The objective of this study is to design an organic statute for the public management processes of the urban planning and land use planning department of the autonomous decentralized municipal government of Quevedo, in order to optimize their efficiency and quality. Based on a quantitative approach, it is a feasible project type research, with a descriptive level. The population consisted of 1 department official and 14 officials of the unit. The techniques used were the interview and the survey, and the instruments used were the interview script and the questionnaire. The analysis techniques were statistical study and content analysis. Among the results, the need for the document in question stands out, as well as the intention to participate among the members of management. It is concluded that the impact of the economic situation reported by management has a decisive influence among the determining factors that promote critical organizational knots. Linked, for example, to the technological infrastructure, cancellation of hired personnel, training and updating programs, benefits and incentives, human talent, among other considerations. All of these conditions are adverse to the fulfillment of the agency's goals and to the spirit of its human talent.

AJE is a company that presents deficiencies in the provision of customer service, it is in attention to this that the present research poses strategies of marketing services for the loyalty of customers of the company AJE, located in the city of Guayaquil. It is a mixed research: qualitative and quantitative, in which the descriptive, explanatory method is applied. The empirical methods were the interview, using survey and observationas instruments of information collection. The results of the instruments applied indicate that customers consider customer service to be the most important factor when purchasing products. The implementation of service marketing strategies based on a protocol of attention, customer tracking, attention through virtual interaction channels, a program of rewards and education to customers in marketing and sales; positively influence the loyalty of retail customers of the company AJE, feeling that the company cares more about them
