The development of a population is linked to its tradition, its culture and its history. Hence, the knowledge of previous generations is vital for the harmonious progress of it. That is why the present study aimed to generate a theoretical construct on community development: a vision of productivity of the rural population from the ancestral perspective.For this purpose, a methodology was used under the interpretive postpositivist paradigm, under a qualitative approach and hermeneutical method. Using the in-depth interview and participant observation as an information gathering technique, as an instrument the generating questions and the notebook respectively. Five (5) key informants supported it. Regarding the techniques used for information processing, categorization, structuring, contrasting, triangulation, interpretation and theorizing were used.The setting was the community of LaIdea, El Parroquia El Hato, Municipio Falcón of the Falcón State. Among the findings is that ancestral knowledge are those transmitted especially orally, starting with a pleasant conversation with family or neighbors on different topics.For reflection we rely on ancestral knowledge. Concluding that, the local development a productive community, is when the environmental, social and identity elements are combined for the benefit of the environment and the community considering the elements that characterize them.

This work is part of international programs aimed at studying Scientific Research in its multiple facets, includingorganizational, aimed at explaining the factors that make up the management of Research Centers. To achieve this goal, the objective is to determine the performance factors of an educational research center. The epistemological and methodological orientation of this study was rationalistic. Based on the Model Theory of Variability of Educational Research and Theory of Research as Organization, the study is registered in the Research Teaching / Learning Line of the Simón Rodríguez University. The result wasthe theoretical vision of the MVEI model with which the foundation of the management of educational research centers was established and the other theoretical aspect of this study, which is the Organization Theory. It was concluded that it is necessary tobuild a different institutional culture in educational research centers, since currently research practices are interrelated with daily practice, being perceived by the organizers of the research centers and by teachers as an improvement of training processes.

This research reveals the contradictions ofpeace culturein educational institutions in times characterized by violence. To achieve this goal, it seeks to build a theory about the peace culturebased on the integration of values that fosters a path for the prevention of school violence. The methodical stancedeveloped of this study, was under the postpositivist paradigm, with a qualitative approach.The research method was phenomenological-hermeneutical. As key informants, there were three students, three teachers and threerepresentatives for 9 in total. The information collection techniques were participant observation, in-depth interview, as instruments the observations notebook andusedthegenerating questions. The information analysis techniques used were categorization, structuring, triangulation and contrasting.Among the findings, informants define school violence as conflictive situations of intolerance between groups of students who seek to impose their dominance over others, and who, feeling attacked or vulnerable, respond with violence. It comes to the reflection that, to consolidate a culture of peace and school coexistence, the theme of values must necessarily be included in all areas of learning, not only at the conceptual level, a typical error that has been evidenced in current education, but make it experiential.

The plurilingual and multicultural reality of Peru raises the need to carry out an analysis of the danger of extinction that threatens the country’s Amazon and Andean region native languages. The original languages are all those languages that were used prior to the spread of the Spanishlanguage and that are preserved and used within the national territory. That is why this research aims to analyze the native languages in danger of extinction in the Amazon and the Andean zone. To fulfill the purpose set, the positivist paradigm was used,with a quantitative approach and descriptive documentary design. The data collection technique was used as registration and as an instrument the content or mixed card. As a technique for analyzing the results, content analysis was used. Among the conclusions, the cultural and social role of native languages is denoted. That is why; its preservation is a vital task that the Peruano state must develop, through institutions that have competence in the matter, such as the Ministry of Education.

Generating a reflective perspective of the XXI century teacher on educational quality guided this research; In order to understand the vision of educational quality that the teacher has, which leads him to a reflective process about his educational praxis. For this purpose, a study was carried out under the current of postpositivist thought postulates, with a qualitative approach and an interpretive paradigm. The method used was the hermeneutic, whose ultimate goal is an explicit interpretation of the phenomenon under study. The information gathering techniques used were the in-depth interview and participant observation. The key informants were three subjects, for the information processing the categorization and triangulation of sources were used. Among the findings is that the teacher recognizes that, to achieve the optimization of educational quality, a trained teacher is required, with the necessary knowledge and skills that allow the teaching and learning process to be properly planned, being efficient and effective in the application of the strategies, methods and instruments suitable for imparting a quality process. Among the reflections, the need to redefine the teacher's profile is evident, towards a teacher with a critical and reflective behavior regarding the importance of their pedagogical practice with social evolution, considering that the teacher-student interaction forces them to have a direct knowledge of all those situations that have allowed the evolution of different societies.

Higher Education Institutions in Peru are subject to two complementary processes: Accreditation and Licensing. These study houses, at the local, regional and national level, put at risk obtaining approval in these processes due to the scarce research, innovations and actions of social responsibility of teachers. That is why the present research aimed to establish social responsibility actions as a means to strengthen the driving team’s investigative competences in their role as a research teacher at theEscuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública“Piura”.For this purpose, the study is framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach under the study modality Action Project Report, descriptive level. The population and sample were the teachers of theEscuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública“Piura”.The data collection technique was the structured interview applied to the teachers to find out if they had carried out research or innovations, the questionnaire was used as an instrument and then the analysis was carried out that led to the design of the actions.It was concluded that with the establishment of social responsibility actions as a means to strengthen investigative competencies in teachers of theEscuela de Educación Superior Pedagógica Pública“Piura”, the aim was to train staff in the area of scientific research and production, motivated to the fact that it is an area where a great institutional weakness has been noted.

The objective of the study was to characterize the curricular processes and the academic performance of the students of the Enrique López Albújar Educational Institution in Piu-ra-Peru, during the 2017 school year. The methodology used in the research was framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, field research modality, and descriptive level, 62 teachers and 281 students represented the population and sample. Regarding the data collection technique, direct observation and the survey were used, and the instruments used the notebook and the questionnaire. The analysis technique of the results was descriptive statistics. The results, it was determined that curricular planning is a process that presents intermediate levels of efficiency, with weaknesses in aspects of diagnosis and articulation with the curricular project. The participation of the actors and the process orientation. In terms of the academic performance achieved by the students in 47.7% corresponding to the level of achievement called expected achievement. Conclusions, it was established that the curricular processes are carried out with certain levels of efficiency and the academic performance of the students, on average, is located at the level of achievement called in process.

Job performance is directly related to the motivation and commitment that staff have with their institution, affecting the organizational climate. This situation has given rise to the concern of the present study whose objective is to design strategic guide-lines for strengthening the organizational climate of the Departamento de Recursos Humanos del Hospital General “Dr. Israel Ranuarez Balza” from San Juan de los Morros, Guárico state. The research was framed in the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach, under the Feasible Project modality, supported by a descriptive field design. The population was made up of 80 workers from the institution. The survey was used as the data collection technique. Among the instruments used are the questionnaire. The analysis technique of the results was the statistical study and the statistical infe-rence. Among the results obtained, the lack of criteria for diagnosing the training of the workforce with a view to improving their performance in the hospital institution can be mentioned. Likewise, the lack of development of personnel training programs was evident. Conclusions, this scarce valuation of the existing resources in the institution for the selection of suitable personnel is evident. Finally, the little regularity with which the needs are determined in terms of the quality of the personnel required for a given job. Likewise, guidelines are proposed to reinforce the employee’s identificationwith the institution, the work culture , maintain communication create a harmonious boss-em-ployee environment, and maintain motivation.

The child discovery the world with his own body and the assimilation of motor skills, these activities are developed for them from an early age to arrive at symbolic, graphic expression and abstraction. That is why the objective of the research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the Psychomotor Activities Program to improve mathematical skills in 5-year-old boys “A” and “B” of the I.E. Nº 083 - Sechura 2014. The methodology used corresponds to the positivist paradigm, with a quantitative approach. The modality was a feasible project with an experimental, evaluative field research design. The po-pulation was made up of 76 5-year-old students “A” and 5-year-olds “B”. The sample being non-random and intentional and comprised of the entire population. Test and observation were the data collection technique, the program and the notes were the instruments. The frequency and percentage level of the statistical method were used as the data analysis technique. Among the results obtained, 5-year-olds “A” have con-siderably improved their skills; however, there are children who still need to reinfor-ce math skills, but to a lesser extent after applying the program. In conclusion, the program has significantly developed mathematical skills in the experimental group in 5-year-olds “A”.

Unemployment is a problem that is affecting the whole world, and one of the great strategies that minimizes the effects of unemployment is entrepreneurship. That is why the purpose of this research is to Strengthen the entrepreneurial skills in theresidents of the "El Fortín" sector of the City of Guayaquil. This research was approached from a quantitative perspective, with the field modality. The population and the sample consisted of 34 inhabitants of the fortin sector of the city of Guayaquil. Data collection was carried out through observation and survey. It was obtained as a result that the inhabitants of the El Fortín sector recognize that they have some weaknesses in the area of entrepreneurship, however they expressed willingness to strengthen their skills in the area. Therefore, it is concluded that this experiential experience allowed the development and strengthening of competences in entrepreneurs, which guarantees economic dynamization in the study sector.

Quality and control for organizational management is a system that allows organizations to fulfill their purposes and goals established as corporate identity, guaranteeing the integral satisfaction of their actors. The purpose of this research is to determine the foundations for organizational management quality and control. This research was developed under a qualitative, documentary, descriptive perspective. It consisted of the review and analysis of the specialized literature. It was obtained that there is a series of standardized foundations, which can be adjusted according to the particularity of each organization, which guarantee excellent quality control for organizational management. But to implement them, all the personnel who will execute it must be involved and trained, with a series of steps, rules and procedures that are essential for its application.

The protection of workers against diseases and accidents related to their work environment is a fundamental issue for business organizations, therefore, the objective of safety and prevention of health risks at work in any field already any level must be mainlyto warn in a timely manner the dangers and not to subsequently mitigate their consequences. The purpose of this study was to analyze the theoretical foundations of safety and prevention of occupational risks in organizations. It was made up of a non-experimental, documentary and descriptive study. Different legal and bibliographic sources and investigative background were reviewed. As a conclusion, it was obtained that the safety and prevention of occupational risks in the organization tries to guarantee the physical, psychosocial and environmental well-being of the workers through the establishment of processes and procedures for the identification, collection, processing, analysis and interpretation of information on work accidents, occupational diseases and risks at work based on the health of workers.

The administrative organization is the set of methods and procedures put into practice to order, control and direct a company through its departments, resources and processes, in order to achieve its goals or objectives outlined in advance. So the purpose of this research is to establish administrative strategies for the development of social activities organized by the Madre Dorotea convent. This research was carried out from the perspective of positivism, with the quantitative paradigm, and a descriptive field modality. The population and the work sample were 10 nuns who reside in the Madre Dorotea Convent. The data collection that I carry out through the technique of observation and survey. The diagnosis showed difficulties in the care of the children, the 52 already attend at the same time and the issues and skills that they must address are not appropriate for both groups. Therefore, it is concluded that there is a need to establish an administrative organization to guarantee the fulfillment of its adequate services to the population thatthe convent serves.

The main objective of this research is to analyze the educational manager’s behavior in the organizational context of community participation. To achieve this purpose, the research was based on the theoretical contributions of specialized literature, as well as on a methodology based on a documentary, analytical, field, non-experimental study. Document analysis, transfer and bibliographic review were used as a technique for data collection. This research is justified by allowing the educational manager’s behavior be analyzed in the organizational context of community participation, which will enable a greater integration of the school community in the educational institution. Furthermore, offer the educational manager the same information that allows him to improve his performance and achieve educational objectives through the optimization of its management, this will promote educational excellence. Taking as a conclusion that organizational behavior becomes, then, a tool for the educational manager to achieve the objectives set out from healthy interpersonal relationships, between teachers, administrative staff, managers, students and the community.

The present study proposed to carry out an analysis of the organizational climate and the role of the research teacher to achieve professional satisfaction, which will allow feedback on the processes and improve all those factors that negatively influence the framework of administrative sciences in the education sector ; In such a framework of ideas, the work was developed using documentary, bibliographic and non-experimental descriptive design, techniques such as content analysis and instruments such as the file, the summary were used. Research centers were visitedin order to locate sources and previous works. It is concluded: a balanced organizational environment is a binding element in professional satisfaction in educational organizations, it is obviously reflected in the product and quality of the educational fact, the role of the teacher as a researcher is fundamental, in this sense, the work and research they fail to see the school as a production company. It is relevant to review the importance of the organizational climate in professional satisfaction and the role that the teacher has to perform as a researcher to promote this process.

In recent advances and achievements, researchers, through their work, have played a distinguished role, fighting exclusion, denouncing and overcoming barriers, promoting policies, reforms and support that promote precise transformations in school institutes to respond to the diversity of your students. For this reason, the study developed was proposed to analyze the role of the researcher in the context of inclusive education in students with special educational needs. In this sense, the present investigation relied on a non-experimental, documentary and character design. In such a methodological context, bibliographic documents, some antecedents and previous works related to the subject were investigated. It was concluded that the proposals developed by the teacher in their role as researcher to improve the processes inherent to inclusive education must be increasingly considered to change the school towards inclusive schools (essential if we want to achieve education for all) cannot be left to the margin its protagonists: the student (all his diversity).

The Skills Evaluation is conceived as a process of integral formation that has as purpose the development of abilities, skills, attitudes and capacities of the being, to know, to do and the coexistence of the people. It is an evaluation model that many universities have assumed, within the framework of skills training. However, its implementation has not had the expected success, because most teaching staff still refuse to put this new evaluation approach into practice. For the realization of the present work, it is established as objective, to carry out a critical and reflexive analysis on the applicability of the skills evaluation in the university settings. Therefore, a monographic study was carry out through the search, review, analysis and interpretation of documentary sources, for the analysis of the information the technique of content analysis and text comprehension was used. The instruments implemented were analysis matrix, and the folder system, correspondingly. Among the conclusions, the importance of applying skills evaluation in university settings is highlighted, because it is conceived as a feedback process, reflection and continuous improvement that aims at the integral formation and self-realization of the person.
