The study area, Nuh is one of the backward regions of Mewat district of Haryana state, India. Agriculture and agro-based dairy & poultry business are back bone of the region’s economy. The people of this area are natural agriculturists deprived of proper irrigation. Irrigation canal system of the area depends on Gurgaon canal. This region has the history of salinity and scarcity of potable drinking water. In the present study existing scenario of the study area was analysed in terms of cropping pattern, water use, and net benefits from agriculture. MATLAB based optimization model being proposed to evolve customized optimal saline resistant cropping policy with laying emphasis on maximizing the net benefits, human labour employment generation, and proper utilization of land & water resources. While evolving the cropping policy, saline resistant crops and soil health constraints are also considered. It was concluded that suggested cropping policy proposed to irrigate 37.97 % more area than existing condition. Further it is able to generate 8.62 % more net benefits, 40.15 % higher labour employment (in man days) than that of existing condition

Language Technology units such as Machine Translations require dictionaries. But available dictionaries are simple set of word pair [3]. Since the text is collection of inter-related sentences and in which group of words may mean differently than the meaning of individual words, dictionary proves insufficient to provide requisite knowledge to language technology units. To enable Language Technology units with requisite information, therefore, multiword expressions are required. While syntactic multiword extraction is simpler, that of semantic Multiword expression is difficult for process automation, since the identification itself is difficult. During the year 2011, the ongoing work of monitoring the intensity of gamma radiation (30 keV to 10 MeV), some of this radiation surges increasing were observed. There were no lightning or electrical dischargesover the instrument of measures in the period time and area. As was observed strong wind arriving from the southeast and after also heavy rains coming. A typical case described in this paper was witnessed by the authors on November 28, 2011 at 17:46 local time, with a sudden and sharp increase in gamma radiation intensity on site. The vertical electric field intensity in the region is monitored and that increase period was observed through rapid variations but small intensities. It is suggested that the source responsible for producing this abrupt increase of gamma radiation at the site is the presence of radon gas (Rn-222), coming up with the intense rain in the region of São Jose dos Campos in State of São Paulo, Brazil
