The first article addresses the issue of interconnection and correlation of the Nomenclature of Vocational Training Fields and Specialties, the National Qualifications Framework and the Classifier of Occupations, as well as the particu-larities of their implementation in higher education. The emphasis will be on the analysis of the functionality of these policy documents in the context of the structure of higher education in three cycles: bachelor, master, doctorate. It will analyze factors that cause disabilities in this respect on the labor market, but also between cycles of higher education.

Approaching students’ motivation by only focusing on the internal (intrinsic) motivation and external (extrinsic) motivation has already become a cliché. This approach, while being important and necessary, and thus worthy of the focus education researchers and practitioners place on it, is not sufficient. The study shows that school can develop (and/or reinforce) other types of motivation, such as preventive, promotive, and altruist motivation. The study underlines the fact that, while intrinsic and extrinsic motivation deal with how students relate to their own activity, the preventive, promotive, and altruist motivation deal with how students relate to their present and future life.

The article analyzes students' views on the process of training in higher education, on teaching-learning methodology. The empirical study shows that the continuity in the teaching methodology implementation is the teachers' awareness of the dynamic character of the training methodology: the diversification and combination of didactic strategies in relation to the training profile of the specialists, the finality/competences, the contents, the individual characteristics of the student, the accumulated experiences, the conditions in which the educational process takes place.

The rational application of ICT contributes to the efficiency of studying process and intensification of collaboration and cooperation relationships: teacher – student, student – student. Interactive training, interactive learning are assisted by a interactive evaluation, which presents itself as a formative assessment and formative. Using interactive testing systems in combination with other technical means allow modeling of classroom teaching activities thus making it easier to obtain a high quality learning of the university course Programming Techniques. Integrating interactive evaluation in teaching process allows monitoring of the learning process of students and at the same time, if necessary, modifying, adjusting immediate of teaching approach based on results achieved in the subject under consideration and thus contribute directly to increased academic performance of students.

This article deals with some methodological aspects related to the formation of communicative skills at medical students. The author argues and explains the advantages of the interactive methods in this didactic approach, providing relevant examples from the university context in which she works. In the current educational context, the support materials of the Romanian schooling (manuals, auxiliaries, special notebooks) approach various topics. Some of them have contributed to the changes brought to developments on different plans, others just completing them. We argue that paremiology can be a concrete support of education and thus outlines the main reason why we have proposed a thorough study of paremiological expressions in the context of education. Teachers face a challenge when the interests and concerns of children are not subtly focused on the content that the school has to provide in line with the curricula. This study aims to provide a start of the solution by identifying para¬phra¬ses in school textbooks and establishing the dominance of the topics addressed. Proverbs - forms of popular expression - often conceal pointless meanings because of the semantic barrier. Sometimes they operate with terms that are outdated, especially for urban students. Concluding, the call to proverbs does not seem impossible. Students demonstrate willingness and understanding in the context of explaining the terms and messages they transmit and this is a good reason for us to study the role of these folk elements in education.

In the last years, with more frequent manifestation of climate change, resilience becomes a prerequisite for increased functionality and optimum adaptation in the presence of risk factors for mental and physical health of individuals, generated by exposure to natural disasters. Climate resilience competence is part of social and civic competences as it not only boosts personal resistance to crisis situations through key knowledge, skills and attitudes for survival, but also triggers empathy manifestation and sets out for safety-oriented actions for oneself and others.

This article presents the quantitative and qualitative results of the research on the "Adaptability" (MLO) method by A.G. Maklakov and S.V. Chermyanin, conducted on servicemen of the National Army of the Republic of Moldova. This questionnaire determined adaptive abilities, that is, the degree of conformity of mental and social-moral normality, which ensures the effectiveness of the adaptation process, which is the most important integrative characteristic of mental development. Thus, in the ascertaining experiment, the predominance of the average level indicators on scales was revealed: adaptive abilities, neuropsychic stability, moral normativity, communicative abilities.

There is no clear differentiation in the psychological literature that would allow the delimitation of the loneliness phenomenon by attributing a psychological category, a psychic process, to identify the mechanisms of loneliness, the ways of its manifestation. This article presents a synthesis made by authors that identify differences in the interpretation of loneliness as a state, experience, process, feeling, and attitude. There are grounded the arguments in favor of loneliness as a feeling that encompasses all the others both in terms of quantitative and qualitative temporal aspects. Loneliness is experienced through stadiality, with the possibility of passing through it as a state, as a living, as a process and then as a feeling.
